I so wanted to be able to do business here because my preference would have been to purchase an American car as opposed to and import. Unfortunately, that is not going to happen. This is one of those great examples of absentee management at work. Aside from the person who greeted me when I walked in the with no sales people on the floor. All of them was sitting behind their desks either engaged in looking at their cell phone or their laptops. Not one ever approached us asking if they could provide any assistance of any kind. Which makes one think where is the owner? Where is the sales manager? I would think and perhaps I am wrong that the idea is to sell vehicles. This is not the first time that I have had this experience at this particular dealership but it will almost certainly be the last.

Mike and his crew are lifesavers. No matter what they are so nice. Cars always done right!
