The actual work done was great! however, they wanted the full amount upfront before work was even started (which we did anyway giving benefit of doubt). after work was done, we had to wait 20 minutes for a receipt that stated the payment was not paid and a balance was due for full amount they charged upfront. Didnt realize this until getting home. Tried calling both numbers on invoice. No answer.... just seems really shady
