Went in looking for a new mattress. We had done extensive research online so we had it narrowed down. Moses helped us realize that the most expensive didnt mean the best for us. We were there for quite a while but we ended up with a mattress that I think we will love and he helped us stay within our budget! On this I must say the staff went above and beyond to satisfy me and my fiance! We had a bad experience and they rectified it with everything that they had and I am eternally grateful for the manager Forest, and Michelle who rectified my faith in mattress firm. I would consider shopping there again I did it 15 years ago and I had an excellent experience and do to Michelle and Forest I will consider them in the future again.
