Erika is simply amazing - her expertise, patience, and kindness throughout the process was SO appreciated and she helped make my vision come to life! Communication was outstanding and they have a plethora of beautiful dresses to chose from. There are locations throughout the US which made it super convenient for my out of town bridesmaids to try on dresses in their cities as well. Highly highly highly recommend!

I have had such an incredible experience with Bella Bridesmaid Allentown and its owner Erika! This is my second time working with Erika, this time as a bride! We started our dress search prior to the COVID-19 Shutdown. Needless to say I was worried about my girls not being able to try dresses on or get them in time. Erika helped me every step of the way during this crazy time and was so patient during it all. Her willingness to work with everyones crazy schedules and time frames is phenomenal. She helped me coordinate my gray color palette perfectly, after me changing my mind over and over again! Shed help by sending me several pictures of various dresses and colors to help create by gorgeous palette. Erika knew exactly what dresses were the best choices for each bridesmaid and their body types. All of my girls are so happy with their dress choices! Erika was always willing to offer her expertise advice, answer my millions of questions, phone calls, text messages, and assure me that my babes would be well taken care of! We had virtual fittings, with Erika to help us measure for the girls dresses prior to ordering. We ran into a few bumps along the road: working with a 9 month pregnant bridesmaid, swapping bridesmaids, few companies shutting down due to COVID, and dresses not being available (all out of Bella Bridesmaids control). Erika was on top of it all!!! Never missed a beat. She helped me work through all the obstacles, always quick to respond to me, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Erika helped with allowing me to borrow dresses for some of my girls to do a at home fitting. She even had a designer ship a dress to my home for a fitting!!! This is long overdue!! Thank goodness for Erika at Bella Bridesmaids! My overall experience at Bella was amazing, the team is super professional and dedicated to you when you enter the store! The ordering process was super easy for my bridesmaids - the online portal is a great tool! Two of my bridesmaids did receive the wrong size dresses (Dessy) and couldnt get into them... although I was a little nervous as my January wedding was approaching, Erika remained super calm and ENSURED that the correct sizes would arrive in time... and that they did! Not only do they have a beautiful selection of dresses, but they have a wonderful team as well. I highly recommend!

Erika is hands down one of the most amazing people. My wedding time was beyond stressful with covid and other circumstances. I was a nervous reck! She made the whole experience so much more fun and memorable. She is so patient, and just so kind! We had a blast at the bridesmaid fittings! Words really cant describe what a fantastic experience that not only I, but my entire group of bridesmaids had while working with Erika, Stacey, and the rest of the Bella Bridesmaids team. Not only was everyone knowledgeable, personable, and professional, but they all had an incredible ability to make the sometimes tedious process of dress shopping fun and super enjoyable! Not only do their dresses come in a HUGE array of colors, styles, and cuts, but theyre also super affordable! Stacey and Erika were also able to guide our group towards dress selections that we never would have picked ourselves, but once we tried them on we instantly fell in love with all the different styles we decided to go with. This shop, and its owner Erika, were absolutely wonderful to work with! My bridesmaids and I were pleased with Erikas attentiveness, patience, and assistance in all matters. My daughter and her maid of honor went into Bellas yesterday, after being rudely turned away by Davids Bridal (despite the fact that they say walk-ins welcome). I am being completely honest here. This is a lovely store. I walked into this store with my daughter looking for a prom dress. Erica was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, there wasnt enough time for her to get a dress in for prom. She focuses on weddings. We could have just left, but she sat down and wrote down the names and phone numbers of 4 dress shops that can accommodate prom. If she is this helpful with someone who isnt purchasing from her store, imagine how she treats her customers. Based on my 5 minutes in her business, I completely and totally agree that she deserves 5 stars. Thanks, Erica!

I wish I could give them more stars! I highly recommend this Bella store. Erika and Stacy are amazing! They are very knowledgeable about design, the dresses, and the designers. They were so incredibly patient and willing to have me (bride) return for several appointments. They helped me pick a beautiful mix and match palette and tweak it several times when bridesmaids didn’t like certain colors or styles. They brought in dresses from other stores so I could see my full palette in person before the final decision. They made me feel special and showed that they truly cared about my wedding. They actually talked to Jenny Yoo herself about my palette. They gave advice about accessories and mother of the brides dresses to go with the palette. They were super helpful in fittings helping bridesmaids to choose the best dress for their body type and all my girls left feeling good about the dress they chose. This is not just about churning out business for them. Erika and Stacy embody the definition of true service! They are also super fun to spend time with :)

She was also extremely responsive and went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect!In addition to having an amazing team, Bella Bridesmaids is extremely convenient if you have out-of-town bridesmaids because they can get fitted at other locations (e.g., Harrisburg, Philadelphia). Erika and her team were fabulous working with my daughters for fittings and so helpful. We found the perfect flower girl dresses—they even match my future sister-in-law’s gown! Even when we had a special request, Erika went above and beyond to assist and her correspondence was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Allentown Bella Bridesmaids saved me! I had a bad situation at another store and they were able to come in at the last minute and order six of my bridesmaids dresses in the exact color I wanted. Erika the owner is on top of everything and she was a pleasure to work with. Very kind and helped all my ladies get their measurements in ASAP. I highly recommend working with this shop. My wedding is in July and I cant wait to see my ladies in their dresses :)

I went in to Bella Bridesmaids to find a dress for a special event! These dresses are absolutely gorgeous! From the styles to the different colors and patterns i am so impressed! I have never been so happy with a dress! The quality of them is also amazing! I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and got dresses at other stores and have never been that happy with the quality, so this is a major plus!! Bella Bridesmaid is the best of the best when it comes to selection, experience, and ease of ordering. Erica is truly a professional & it is clear that she enjoys what she does. The online catalog made it extremely easy to review the dresses prior to trying them on and ordering afterwards. I wish that Bella Bridesmaids was in business when I chose bridesmaid dresses for my own wedding!

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience has been with Bella Bridesmaids of Allentown! I am the matron of honor in my sisters wedding and we tried a few bridal shops closer to home for my MOH dress. Thankfully we didnt settle and made an appointment at Bella! Not only did they have dresses waiting for us when we arrived, but the FIRST dress was THE dress! And they took that care and knew exactly what we needed and wanted after one short phone call! The color dress we wanted to order had a dress of the same color in the store. We wanted to see what it looked like. It was at the dry cleaners. The owner personally left amd ran a few blocks down the street to get it immediately so we could see the color! I then had to call back a week later after finding out I am pregnant to change my size and they changed my order within 2 minutes with no hassle! Love them, the dresses, prices, and the entire experience!

Had an amazing experience there not too fond of but they made experience great very patient and willing to work with the customers.
