NOTICE: STAY AWAY!! This is a rip off company.Stay away. We have had equipment issues since the first day I bought it. I understand things happen and break but now after having this service not even 30 days in I am ready to pay their $2100 fee to cancel Just to never deal with them again. The Company itself is a rip off.. I am paying for a service that doesn’t even work half the time. After multiple customer service phone calls to Protect Alarm directly and finally tonight we had the customer service “manager” hang up on us with no help at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Hopefully Protect Alarm reads these reviews and listens to calls and will work on their customer service to better the company.

This is a great company that is family run and cares about your safety We have upgraded our system several times, but never pushed by sales pressure. Service is excellent and prompt.

Protect alarms has a security system at our retail store and our warehouse. Both locations can be monitored by our staff anytime on the web and also on our cell phones. Being able to control both locations systems through text messaging to a real plus. One of our staff set off the alarm by accident and Protect Alarms was calling us within 30 seconds. Talk about fast service. I wish I had more locations for them to protect.

This company will sue you to and take you to court no matter what your reason (lay off, health) for breaking the contact! Deceitful, obnoxious, and heartless! Never sign a contract with Protect Alarms!
