Placing the order was the hardest part of the whole process… I literally had to spell almost every single word I said. And not just once. Even if that one of the addresses on the orders I placed was incorrect and I had to verify the address on the phone and online. I found the process very difficult. All that being said packages were delivered, and the recipients were happy to receive them.

Terrible service. I walked in and there were about 4 girls standing at the register. One woman came up and asked if I needed help. I said no, just looking as I never been there before. I look around and I make my selection and go to register. As I stand there these girls are not on the floor anymore. And the one woman helps a customer that walks in as Im standing there instead of ringing my ONE item up. I wait....I wait. ....wait some more. The lady comes over to get a booklet by the register and goes back to the customer to continue talking to her. Really?! And why are there so many associates for such a tiny shop, yet cant help the 1 customer standing there. Then as Im walking out the door, I hear her tell the customer I asked if she needed help. Really? I did standing at the register genius! First and last time ever stepping foot in that store. PLUS the prices are very high. No thanks!

They took care of everything I ask about and explained about shipping date packages would arrive . I was pleased on how The Store Manager handled a first time customer . I will go back again.

They have the best steaks and burgers. Their hotdogs ate pretty good. Oh wait, they also sell this apple tart... its to die for.

They didnt have the item that was advertised on a special price.. associate wasnt too friendly about it either, i intended to buy steaks and some lobster tails as well that day but the fact they were out of the item I specifically came for coupled with the way the associate spoke to me about it, I walked out and decided not to purchase anything

WAY over priced, for nothing special. If their steaks were better then what can be had from Giant or Wegmans then I could maybe see someone spending 28$/lbs. But, theyre not. Its regular steak, not black angus or anything even remotely along those lines! They wanted 90$ for a DOZEN bacon wrapped scallops! You can make your own dozen for easily under 30$! This is seriously insane! If you think these pieces are fair, or these meats are a cut above the rest, you must have been born yesterday.
