This dealership conducts business with integrity and goes out of the way to ensure their customers are properly taken care of. They do not add unnecessary market adjustments to vehicles just because of the current market. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a reliable and fair priced vehicle.

The process of actually buying my new vehicle wasnt an issue. Troy (I believe) in financing was great and very helpful. However, after the purchase was complete, I had a question the following day regarding some features that were listed for the purchased vehicle on Cioccas website but it didnt seem to have. I left messages for both the sales manager and my specific sales person on different occasions. Neither one ever got back to me. I literally just wanted to clarify if I was missing something or if it was just an error on the listing. In the meantime my 90 day free trial of satellite radio included with the vehicle purchase ended after day 4. Pretty clear that once the deal was done, I wasnt a priority to them and basically no longer existed. What a bummer. Might want to change the greeting for the dealership when you call that talks about customer service being top priority.

So, the unexpected happened. I am in need of a used car. Well, who isnt?? No one has any inventory. Luckily, ciocca dealerships have plenty! So many dealerships within their system to choose from. Theres almost too much!Im still in awe how simple the process was. Great selection. They are honest, a pleasure to deal with. Make life easier for yourself. Call Mike G. He will make this process easy for you. He went over all the previous owners service records with me. It put me at ease knowing the vehicle was taken care of. Car drives unbelievably well. I CANNOT be happier. I cannot recommend them enough. They arent the typical car dealership. No pressure, just pleasant and easy to work with. Look no further. They are absolutely wonderful.Ciocca is a one stop shop. This is not my first purchase. My mom even bought a car from ciocca. I dont entrust many people or places with my family. Thats saying a lot!! He made sure to ask questions to help me find just the car I needed. He toured the service facility with me so I would know what to do when maintenance is needed. We had already put a deposit on another car at a different dealership, but saw one randomly online at Subaru and decided to check it out before picking up the other. So glad we did! We purchased quite literally the cheapest car on their lot, but still received 5 star service. I had spent a few weeks using websites like trueCar, Cars, and CarGuru looking for a vehicle when I found one listed at this dealership. I sent a quick email of interest over to the dealership and heard back from them the next day. I set up an appointment to come test drive the vehicle but asked for a few additional photos prior to my driving 2 1/2 hours down to test drive it and received an email containing the photos that same day. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and transparent. They answered all of my questions and helped me make a decision that was right for me. A most peculiar experience, wildly frustrating. Contacted this dealer about a car listed online, we are not local and asked for some additional photos before we drove 6 hours out. We then received a slew of emails from multiple people that never addressed any of our requests or even directly answered us.. just ignored emails and following up, making sure you got the info you wanted. It is so bizarre, I just want to buy this specific vehicle but it seems this dealership is over run with bots. Avoid!

Every stereotype one would expect at a pre-owned car lot. Would not recommend to anyone. I was strung along and eventuality leveraged to make a sale.

A few weeks ago, I saw a vehicle listed online for sale. I drove up to see it and was unable to locate it. I Spoke with a salesman on the lot and after checking, he said that the truck was still going through the service department. If I wanted to I could see it I could, but wouldnt be able to drive it. I said that was fine. He then took me offsite to a service garage where I looked the truck over and decided it was in good shape. I decided I would want to drive it when it was finished. I called the following week which was a few days later, and the salesman who I spoke with was not in, and the truck was no longer listed online. I did finally reach him and explained that I was very interested, and just needed to drive the vehicle. If all was well, I would just need to get a check from the bank. I was told that there was something going on with the oil pressure, and they would get back to me the following week when I returned from vacation. A week goes by, not one phone call or email. I finally call today just to be told that the truck went to wholesale because of the oil issue. If I had any advice for these guys, it would be to refrain from listing cars and trucks on their website until they have passed through service. John seemed to be pretty honest up front, but now Im not sure with how they handled this situation. It shouldnt take 4 days to call someone back with an update about a vehicle. If it wasnt fit to sell, then just tell me that. I wasted an afternoon of my time and also felt like I had to chase someone around just to test drive a used truck. Ive worked at a dealership in the past, and this certainly isnt how you do business. I had every intention of giving my business to Ciocca, but that is no longer the case after my experience.

Please be very alert, pay attention they Finance Mgs Ben loves to use and talk customers into a 3rd party pay or - Pegasus but will not give you all the information. It is true nightmare and a grave lack of communication amongst the employees especially at the higher level. Buyer Beware!
