On their commercials they say no credit no problem. That you can get a car anyone can get a car. They sailed to make one thing clear they need your life history in order to get a car from there. But the people there are very friendly and they will help you in any way that they can. I do not blame them for their companys policy so be forewarned around DriveTime

They pull you in there with a very low down payment and when you apply, turns out to be 4 its more! They claim the very low down payment is for anyone despite your credit score, yah ok. No thanks. We know better places to go.

If you value a quality vehicle with quality warranty dont waste your time with drive time. Worst company Ive encountered. The literally make a buy here pay here seem more legit. Go with carvana or a real dealership. This place makes you pay for a warranty that they find loopholes to not cover or pay.

Sue Bass is amazing!! She got me an amazing car and decent payments. Ended up with a lower down payment than expected. She went over everything with us inside and out . She’s very personable and makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave the lot. She she even went next door to get my grandmother a salad. I called her a week later about a concern I had and she made me feel like I was in good hands and like usual pointed me in the right direction. Any question or concern you have she will answer it and If she doesn’t have the answer she won’t stop until she finds it . Very commendable customer service .

Did the whole process on line and came up that I only needed 95 dollars down went to location and began process until I was told that I needed 7000 dollars down.It is the old bait and switch. It could also be called a scam.Businesses like this should be shut down and never allowed to open again.

Terrible experience. They do not tell you everything you need to bring in, we were given the run around after stopping in at the appointment set, they told me what else I needed, then we go get it, come back only to hear they need more information. Wasted time and gas getting there, when I could have been making superb Incense for my customers. My car is down and I cant get it fixed until better days come. Sorry, the Allentown, PA location are jerks.

Me and my fiancé just purchased a car from this location and it was great experience. They had a lot of patience with us wanting to test drive multiple cars and our sales guy brian was awesome and had a great personality and was not to pushy at all compared to other sales guys we talked to in our car search. Ben was also very nice and helpful and whoever the manager was was awesome too.

So once I got done putting in all my information I was told a 1600 for a down payment so one of the agent call me we set up a date for me to go into the office I told them before I got there I am coming from two and a half hours away I do not have any pay stub so I was told to bring my bank statement which I did when I got there the gentleman that I spoke to told me that it looks like theres no taxes being taken out of my paycheck so when he submits this to the bank the bank is automatically going to take out the taxes which is going to send me in and higher brackets of a down payment so I said okay lets see thats when he started to tell me so its going to be like $3,000 down so I was like what so despite the fact that I waste my time going down there because I was told that I am definitely going to drive away with a car so I said okay I left I came back home read the application again and I was still told 1600 so I just called the gentleman back and I was told this time I would have to put $2,000 down and I said you know what this is confusing me because your app is saying one thing but then when I come in youre telling me a total different thing so can you please clarify it by then he sounded aggravated and was talking with a toning sound like you didnt want to be bothered because I was questioning it so by now Im just like you know what if this is how youre going to handle customers and forget it because I dont understand how your app is saying one thing and then now Im coming in your giving me another price and then when I asked you about okay is this the only drive time location is there any more around you have an attitude and dont want to give me no more information so I would definitely say the customer service is poor and definitely pay attention to what theyre staying at your down payment because the app give you one thing then when you go inside to the actual DriveTime company they want to give you a different price and not only that want to give you a car that they want to give you like are you kidding me so to me I felt like this all boils down to false advertising

So the first car that I wanted was at a different dealership location that had to be picked up. The night before I was to get I get a called from DriveTime telling me the vehicle had a check engine light on and won’t be able to be sold. So after being on the phone for awhile we were able to decide on another vehicle which had what I was looking for.The next day comes for me to get the vehicle which was also at another dealership location they had to pick up. I get a call saying they were missed inform on the vehicle and it isn’t able to be sold to me. Ok no big deal since I had other options.I get to the dealership and we were looking at different options and definitely found the best choice! I ended up getting a much newer vehicle at a better price and I couldn’t be any happier. Ended up with a 2014 Jeep!They say everything happens for a reason and this definitely was on of the reasons.Thanks DriveTime and also definitely awesome people who work at this dealership. They go above a beyond to help you and stay in communication during the whole process.

This has been the most friendly experience when buying a car. I had 2 cars in mind conning in but they didnt work for my needs but Sue was able to quickly make recommendations to find exactly what I was looking for. From walking in to driving off the lot was a very easy and pleasant experience.

The commercials say the down payment you are given on the website is the down payment you pay. Funny that I entered my information accurately and the website said my down payment would be $1,200. Go to the dealership and get told the down payment would be $5,000. So basically the price you’re given on the website IS NOT the price you pay. Just another company doing false advertisement

Jasper was great but their down payment plan a joke 195 was the number. But no cars on lot for 195 down payment for 500 there was 2 Ben decides what you get to look at and that was 2 cars. Make sure you read the fine print jasper is new you can tell ben drug it out with faxes saying they werent received an hour process turned out to be an all day affair 7 hours later got a car thanks Ben!!!

Jasper was very informative. .. gave me all my options correctly... not like other sales persons who just wanna throw numbers at you to get you in the dealership. I highly recommend him and would definitely do business with him in the future.

Drivetime on Lehigh Street is the best! I would never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Ive never been in a car dealership like this one where they treat you like your their best longstanding customer. KeeKee my rep was great, she put me at ease and explained the process. Ben went through every detail of my purchase to make sure I understood everything. I regret that I didnt get the name of the gentleman that detailed the vehicle for my pickup but he made my van look like it just rolled off the line. Dont waste you time at the big dealerships where your just a $ symbol. Get to DriveTime!

Not cool at all

If I can rate this place NO STARS I would. I got a care from here less than 2 years ago. The mileage was so low, under 28,000 it had factory warranty for up to 5 years or 60,000 miles. I called several times about the car and DriveTime said there was nothing they can do. The vehicle has massive issues that the Kia dealerships couldnt figure out just months after purchase. July 4, 2019 I was driving the car to see my son and it violently shook and stopped running. It was towed to a Kia Dealership where they told me it has internal transmission issues. To find out, instead of the car having a minor fender bender it had to be in a major accident where the front was severely damaged. Dont believe these fools. They talk a great game. Their cars are garbage. Mind you the first car I originally picked out wasnt accelerating and I took it back. Their cars are junk!

The company stole 3,500 from me. I made a down payment for 3,500 I had the vehicle for 39 days total and they repod my car. All I WANT IS A FULL REFUND AND THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WILL WITH THE VEHICLE! I HAD JASPER nice guy it was a smooth process getting the car but 39 days in and a repo happens! SOMETHING SHADY IS GOING ON! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY & I WILL GO ELSE WHERE! I FEEL ROBBED OUT OF THOUSANDS AND TRANSPORTATION! YOU DONT DO BUSINESS THIS WAY!
