Absolutely Horrible experience with this Dealership. First time purchasing a vehicle in my own. The car was not detailed when picked up, I got screwed with my loan an warranty. An was not told the complete car fax report for my vehicle. Now Im stuck with a vehicle that is worth way less, an would have to put down an extremely large difference just to do so.I would NOT Recommend using the Enterprise.

Just bought my 3rd car from Enterprise Sales. The sales rep was a guy named Michael. He was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and relaxed. All the little problems in buying a car were worked out and I got the car quickly and efficient. And boy do I love this car. Its thee perfect car for me & my personality.

The process was of course, different for me buying a vehicle with the pandemic but the sales rep was courteous and informed. I had not purchased a vehicle from a rental agency before so I did not know how the process would evolve but everything went well. I like the vehicle but I still need to receive the touch up paint as agreed upon and I need to find out about service performed prior to my taking ownership as the vehicle is showing I need service in 15 days. I can take it to a Mazda dealer but I dont know what service Enterprise performed (oil change,filters etc).John

So I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for years I had no idea they had showrooms To sell cars, while on vacation I rented a car from enterprise I liked the way this car Looked and preformed . I was rearended a week before my wedding and my car was totaled. I did not need the stress of buying a new car, even more than most people. As soon as I started looking for cars I started getting email after email from a couple of local car dealers and each one I said Im not ready to come look until after next week. Every single one continued to call and email me, badgering me to come in asap - all except Enterprise Car Sales in Allentown. The called me because I rented a car from Enterprise after my accident. I told them the same thing I told all the other places and they respected my wishes, only calling me once more and only on the day I asked them to. I ended up falling in love with my rental car and while they were not able to sell me that car, they found me the exact same one at a nearby branch and had it brought to the Allentown location so that I could see it without having to drive further away. We worked with a couple different people in the process (all were great!) but our primary contact person became Rosalie Finn. She was fantastic, real, and honest. She helped us see things werent think of and gave us alternative perspectives to things we were considering. When we left I felt like we had all of the information we could have needed to make a good decision and I did and still do feel wonderful about our purchase. I would have been wary about buying a car from a rental company but the car is great and their customer service was miles above the others. Well definitely be back next time we need a new car!

I test drove three different cars, and when the car I picked was not at the Allentown location, he personally delivered it the following day to my house. The best experience ever! My sales associate, Anthony, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the process and vehicles that we were looking at. After test driving we were sold. I have already told friends and family that if they are in the market for a used vehicle, run to Enterprise Car Sales. I rent from Enterprise often and I know that the cars are well maintained, and this is no different. The finance manager was also very thorough when explaining the additional service plans however, like Anthony I never felt any pressure to exceed my budget.

Our sales rep was Steve and it was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. The price is about 2000 less than blue book value. Low mileage and so many cars to choose from. We got the car within 24 hours and he worked with us with payment/rate. I would highly recommend and already praised him to three of my friends for when they are ready to look for cars!!! Definitely should check them out.

Sales team was great! Not over bearing at all. Angela at the Allentown location was super helpful. She emailed us their link to look at their stock. Website was super user friendly with lots of filters so I could narrow down to the type of vehicle I was looking for.
