Emily was very helpful and professional during our car buying purchase. She took steps to make things as quick and easy as possible for us. Everyone in the dealership we interacted with was respectful and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
We went to Bennett’s Jaguar and we bought a Jaguar F pace. Asa Fritz was our Sales Rep when we got there our Jaguar was already clean and detailed for us. The signing took 15 minutes. The Finance Manager found a great deal in financing for us. It was a great experience for us and my husband got his car that he always wanted. Will definitely buy another car from them in the future.
Worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. The car came with its fair share of constant problems but the biggest issue was always the dealership. The service I received seemed to be something rehearsed and mastered over years of shafting customers. Be weary of the decent conversations and manufactured pleasant encounters because there is a lot of fake business and bad customer service behind that. Beware of Dan. I spent the majority of the time wondering if they were trying to hustle me because I was young or wondering if I was getting bad service because I was different than them, (racially, culturally). If you decide to buy a jag and get your service done here, good luck.
Horrible experience with this dealership, purchased a used vehicle. They were misleading with the condition of the vehicle. Was only able to drive for a month as the car had a bad engine. Wish I could leave no stars.
I’m not one to write a bad review but I feel like this is a definite need for future purchasers. The worst customer service I ever had. The problems with your vehicle are telling you and they never fix your problems, they just blow it off or make excuses. Then more and more lights pop up on the dash because the problem they previous ignore. I drive almost 2 hours to get service there and they can’t even fix my problems. What do you even drive down there for? To waste your day? I would never recommend a family or friend to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Very unprofessional and very unsatisfying. Waste of your energy, inner peace, time, and money working with them! I would rate this zero stars if I could.

Talk about five star service! I leased my car a little over six months ago. I was locked out of my app and was unable to use my remote start. I contacted Liz Kramer (my delivery specialist) and she was wonderful. I am not the most computer savvy person. She walked me through every step while on the phone and made everything super easy! She is extremely friendly and upbeat every time I have contacted her. If you are looking for great service after the purchase of your vehicle she is the one that will provide it. Thanks again Liz!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish I could give them 0 stars will never take my car there for service again. They promise to call you back and never do you leave messages no one responds they sell you a 80,000 car and just want you to disappear and CHRIS has horrible customer service. Please go somewhere else to purchase a car or get serviced. They don’t deserve customers. And when they know you’re African American you are nonthing to them.Simon Aristilde 12/3/2020

Terrible customer service. Interested in a vehicle so we called to make sure it was still available. We were told that is was available and that we were the first to call about it as it was just traded in on Saturday. (We called Monday). We stated that we were interested and asked to get an idea of what they would offer for our trade in. After getting further in the process and Chris collecting all our info that night the next day he asks us for more info and we provide it. After saying that we would be down at 5:30 he tells me that someone else is also looking at the vehicle and might buy it. I was flabbergasted as we were already this far into the process. Completely unprofessional, I get looking for a sale, but they could have had our business. We will never again go there or recommend anyone else to either.
What a great dealership! Everyone was very pleasant to work with especially the general manager Alex! with I love my new Range Rover thank you so much for everything. I’ll be looking forward to buying my next vehicle.
I really enjoyed my experience at Bennett. Everyone was friendly and professional. I worked with Samantha Gehris and she has become a great connection for me in the horse world as well as the car world. I love my new Range Rover Sport and will be buying from her again!
I feel compelled to write a very positive review of Tim Baer. I have been dealing with Tim for many years and he always does a great job. He goes way above and beyond to help with any and all details of a transaction. He is personable and warm-hearted - a real person, not a slick salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a vehicle.

John Lacey is the man to talk to at this dealership. He took me and my brother out in a range for a test drive, showed us every feature, described in detail how the features work, and how great of a car it is. He even showed us how they drive on different terrain and gave us a run down of the other Land Rovers they had on the lot. Great sales associate, he knows the vehicles and could answer any questions you have. Unfortunately our visit was cut short by the manager. They had a Autobiography parked out front, and I wanted to see the features and how it differed from the one we test drove. The manager came out, asked if I was purchasing the car today, which I obviously wasnt. I was thinking of purchasing a Land Rover and wanted to see the options I had for my future purchase. Anyways I give this rating 2 stars because the manager pretty much told me, if I wasnt buying the car that we had to leave and we cant just be driving around in cars. Keep in mine, Im from scranton area so I drove about and hour an a half to reach this dealership. And just to be turned away... how am I supposed to buy a vehicle if I cant experience them. Very ignorant, and the man deserves a demotion. Replace him with John. The best thing I could say that happened after that was John coming back out, letting me sit in the Autobiography and testing the features. Its a shame that such a great associate works for such an ignorant manager. Ill be going to Mercedes, hopefully they hire John... would definitely like to work with him again.
I worked with Chris Rice on a vehicle purchase, I was a little nervous on a We owe item but ultimately Chris stayed in touch and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall a great experience.

Their customer service is amazing and I must say I am happy with my new 2019 Jaguar F-Pace.I had a rough start, my vehicle was a total loss. Along with some financial set backs. My hopes of getting a vehicle were in between. I knew I could, just with a high interest rate.Zach Elchaar is a new team member yet sentient. I explained my dilemma and he admittedly aggress the problem. Mr. Elchaar along with Justin Goldman made this experience refreshing.This team at Bennett Jaguar of Allentown strategically worked together along with the financial institution. All I can say is outstanding work BJOA.Mr. Goldman even went as far as breaking down cost. He literally opened my eyes and worked for me to find the best deal. Let’s say I was approved for a used F-Pace at an interest rate of 17 percent.I truly walked out with the best deal ever. I left with a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace with a 3 year loan along with a 2.5% interest rate, an a instent cash deduction. This is what you call service with a twist.
