I needed a body work on my 2016 Mazda. For some dumb reason I avoided going to the dealer because I thought it would be more expensive. Bobbys estimate was $500 less than the independent shop and he helped me schedule so I could get my car back as soon as possible. I had been told it would take a week (by the independent shop)...but Bobby and his crew had it back to me THE NEXT DAY! Seriously- 30 hours later. They even refreshed the interior! I highly recommend doing business with him- youll get the facts you need at the outset. As an older woman who dreads dealing with mechanic stuff it was very reassuring. I cant recommend this body shop highly enough

If you need parts shop around before purchasing them at Scott Mazda, every other dealer I called for a part gave me the same price except here the price was way more than any of the other dealers for the same exact part. They also dont sound professional when answering the phone, Just google Mazda dealer near me to save money Im sure their cost for repairs is probably also much higher than other Dealers. Thanks for the response Scott Mazda but you can stop lying now heres the proof youre not the only one that has OEM parts and thats the excuse you gave for charging the price..You want to charge almost $70 extra🤣get it together

I went to this dealership using the educator program where as a thank you for our hard work they gave us a free oil change and car wash. Booking this appointment was easy. They got me in the next day. They looked over my car to be sure I didn’t need anything else, too. I really appreciated that because I haven’t really thought about my car since the pandemic started. They even gave me a loaner car for the day! I was over the moon by that gesture! I’ve been loyal to my (other) dealership for nearly a decade and they have never once offered me a loaner and their appointments were weeks out.

I was initially looking at purchasing a vehicle from the Scott Chevrolet dealership, which is where Beth works, but the cars there did not work for me. Beth continued to help me find something by recommending Scotts Mazda dealership. She helped me find a vehicle that fit all of my needs and was able to get me great value for my trade and a great deal. Car dealers certainly have less than a sterling reputation. However, having been customers of Scott Mazda for eight years now, and having all of our maintenance done by that dealership, I do believe weve found a winner!! Pricing is certainly fair, maintenance work is done correctly the first time, and sales agreements on new models are fairly negotiated. I intend to remain a customer of Scott Mazda for at least another eight years! As Mikey might quip... try it, youll like it!!!!

The best place to find your perfect car. Nice, attentive and caring salespeople (especially my sales lady Alexis), financial people and mechanics that I have ever dealt with. I bought my new baby there in August. I honestly wasnt even thinking of buying a Mazda because I didnt think I could afford it. They helped me every step of the way and made sure that I could not only afford one, but one I would love. Fast forward to February and I had a little boo-boo in the bad weather... they fixed her up to look brand new! I also love the fact that when I get an oil change, they check everything and give me a report. I have never dealt with such a wonderful business before...I wish everything was this easy!

This is my first time dealing with Scott Mazda and I had the chance to work with Alexis here. I had many questions to ask and she answered everything great. After deciding to go with Scott, Alexis made the purchase/trade-in process smooth. One thing I want to make note of is Ive felt some pretty heavy pressure from other dealerships when I was searching, but I felt more so that I was being helped here rather than being sold. Good communication - during the final walkthrough of the car, Alexis gave suggestions on some settings based on our conversations - pretty cool.

I have never been so happy at a car dealership. Jeremy and Nick work great together as a team and dont give off the typical car salesman vibes. I had gone to another Mazda dealership previously who made me wait almost 2 hours and I didnt even have pricing for the vehicle - they couldnt even tell me if the car I wanted was on the lot! Andy Rodriguez did a wonderful job taking care of us after a car fire totaled both of our cars. He helped us understand the new features of the Mazda, the different models and options we had, and helped us walk out of there with two new cars at a payment that worked for us. I normally hate buying cars, but Andy made it a fun experience and I highly recommend going to him for any future cars youre thinking about!

I took the time to look up and print a coupon brought it in gave it to the service guy for an oil change when it was done he never applied the coupon didn’t realize it till I got home called and got it credited for next time so why even take the time to give it to them if they don’t apply it
Im really pleased that I was able to lease my new Mazda CX5! Jeremy was great and answered all my questions along the way. I would give five stars, however, I didnt like the fact that when I went into talk to the financial coordinator there was an offer of gap insurance for an extra cost on top of my monthly payment. I have leased cars in the past, but this was my first time through Mazda. According to the coordinator, gap insurance is usually included in a lease price, but not at this dealership. I was looking at adding 20 dollars to my monthly bill. I declined the gap insurance. For future reference, my recommendation is to let the customer know about this prior to checking out.

I wrote this on a survey months ago and the manager said he would contact me back, but never did..The person assisting me was extremely rude. I am a college student and I brought my car in for a routine inspection and emissions test, and I was told that I needed a bulb replaced for my license plate. I was told it would cost more than $30, and I said I needed to call my dad. At this point, I was told that if I did not have it done today, they would fail my inspection and I would have to bring it back again. I cannot afford a $30 pointless labor charge for a $1 bulb. The man actually told me well it will only cost us $1 for the bulb... because I said my dad wanted me to walk down to the nearest auto store and purchase this bulb on my own. He told me that I would have to replace this bulb on my own to avoid the $30+ labor charge. My dad left his job, bought the bulb and replaced it himself in the auto body shop at Scott Mazda. They allowed my father and I to walk into their auto garage and actually install the bulb ourselves, which Im sure is a huge liability issue. I am so unhappy with every service experience I have had here and my family was just looking at purchasing two new vehicles from this dealer. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. Their service department continually lets them down.I hate to post this publicly, but I had no response from the manager.
I dealt with brown daub, before Scott Volvo. Ironically the reviews for Scott are lower than brown daub. The ironic thing is I was incredibly displeased with the response and service I received between buying my car and everything else at Brown Daub. I am very critical of people and the service that I receive, and I recognize that. I left brown daub a terrible review. My experience with Scott has been nothing but professional. I love the mechanic that frequently services my car. And they have restored my faith in Volvo. I cant speak enough praise upon my own personal experience with this dealership. I didnt even buy my car from them. They even try and find me coupons for my services!
Kurt was a HUGE help. Id originally gone for an oil change and tire rotation (after a very long drive in which I had gotten into an accident) and my car had an issue upon purchase that Kurt discovered and told me could be fixed under a special warrantee I wasnt aware of. It made my day and save me hundreds of dollars that I cant be more thankful for. These guys have treated me really well and did something really good for me at a really bad time. Thanks Scott Mazda!

Mazda wasnt our first choice, but I wish it had been. After poor experiences at two different Honda dealerships, we decided to visit Scott Mazda. Dawn and Keisha were very helpful through email and phone when making our initial contact. Our sales rep, Alexis, was friendly, easy to work with, and made sure to address our needs. Finally, Alexa made the financing and paperwork smooth and easy, and was able to get us an interest rate lower than we were expecting. We left that afternoon extremely happy with a new CX-5. I would absolutely do business with them again.
Needed to update inspection/emissions for 2020. In spite of C19, the service dept was open, and even provided a loaner car. Felt safe in the service area, the loaner car, and they even put a cover on my steering wheel during service. Car was finished quicker than expected to boot! Overall and excellent experience.
I wish that they had express for oil change and tire rotation, not convenient and hard to get in for appointments last minute. Also can not understand why they bother to check the air in the tires and tell you which tires are low. Seriously if you are taking the time as part of the multipoint inspection and rotating the tire, you can not just fill them! Charges for both services are high enough that this should be included! May go elsewhere for service next time.

I purchased a vehicle here prior to moving to New Jersey. The salesperson said it was no problem for the dealer to register the car in New Jersey upon purchase. AFTER the sale the salesperson said I would have to do it myself but that it would only cost about $40. It cost $400. I reached out to the dealership. They said the salesperson no longer worked for the company and it is what it is.
Will had been very responsive in my journey to get MX-5 Miata. Although we had to cool down on search due to COVID-19, Will had contacted me as soon as exact car I wanted was available. When I had a cold feet for 34 hours, he understood. In the end, I wanted anyway. Then, he had prepared everything for me to show up at the last minute. Needless to say, I am so glad to get the car. Thank you, Will. You made it very pleasant.
STAY FROM SCOTT MAZDA. Brought my car in for diagnostics for a potential electrical issue causing a limp mode in 1st gear. The car drove fine otherwise before they took my car for a joy ride by going Wide Open Throttle in limp mode for 8 miles, and then completely denied any wrong doing. Unfortunately they were deceptive and had a complete lack of respect for personal property by destroying it.
No nonsense service department. Done as promised for reasonable prices and timely, while their permanent customer service center is being updated mind you. Nice people to deal with.

I bought a used Jeep Compass from the used car lot at Scotts. My husband contacted David Day about a car for me and from the very start we were very happy with him. I always get great service at Scott Mazda. I drive three hours each way specifically to work with the folks here! For the last nine years Ive made my triennial pilgrimage to Scott Mazda to see what they can do for my next lease, and I always walk out with a deal that works for me. Most recently I worked with Matt K, who had me on a test drive within 15 minutes of walking in the door and had me driving away in my new CX5 within an hour and a half. Best lease experience yet. Ill be back in three years for my next one!

I love coming to Scott Mazda. Not only to purchase my new CX5, but also for oil changes/car maintenance. Scott Mazda gives better deals on your trade-in. The Staff always friendly, helpful, and not pushy as other dealerships. They gear towards happy customer. Wish they have better coffee machine, and not the watered down taste, but, thats a different issue. :)
I think the technicians do a great job of taking care of my car but attention at the service desk has been a little spotty over the last few years. I had to have two departments work on my car and they left me in the waiting area when the work had been completed. It sounded like a communication problem. My representative left and handed my file to someone else. I finally checked on the status of my car only to discover that the work had been completed awhile ago!

Came in for a factory recall part replacement. Online appointment setup was easy to do and lets you choose, drop off, shuttle or wait. Car was done faster than I was originally told it could take and was washed as well. Other than not being able to change existing appointment from shuttle option to wait option online I have no complaints.
I leased a Mazda a couple weeks ago. The leasing process was smooth enough (I’m sure it also helped that my husband and I didn’t put up much of a fight because we needed an SUV). For some reason when we made an agreement we were told the financial person was not there so we had to do the purchasing and signing at Scott Volvo. We signed everything and went out to get the car. The gentleman forgot to get our down payment so I gave him my card. He ran my card and the next day i checked the charge and they overcharged me 350 dollars. I emailed the gentleman Tom that I leased the car from and made him aware, he agreed that this was wrong and promised that he would get in touch with Volvo to reimburse me the money. I spoke to him three different times asking about the update on this check and three times he told me that he spoke to Volvo and the check is in the mail. I also called the front desk and got transferred to the financial manager and got no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. I also emailed the manager of Lehigh Scott Mazda (i believe his name was Tooney). And no reply from him either. Finally two weeks later today i received a call (after emailing Tom again about how ridiculous this is) and this gentleman Eric from Volvo told me he needs my card that they charged to reimburse me. I didn’t understand this because again i was told 3 different times that a check was in the mail. I feel like once they got my sale they could care less about me and my money wasn’t their issue. I had to demand answers and finally got my money two weeks later because I had to follow up multiple times about this. Disappointed to say the least, I love my Mazda but this was unacceptable.
I went to this place to check out prices on the Mazda 6 I had a great credit but I was thinking that I wasnt going to get an approve because my credit was a 6-month-old credit, first the salesman was rushing me to test drive the car, I wanted a red model and they told me they had one in the store but after the process was done they told me, sir, we dont have a red model the only colors we have available are black or white, I already got notifications about my credit score been affected by the dealer checking for lenders so I chose the black is not that bad, Im new buying car with credit so I didnt know the process and I didnt take anybody with me, Worst decision I ever made was signing the papers for a 33,000 thousand loan for a car the cost 23,000 they keep telling me excuses in the management department and the sales team that I add extra premium membership and 30,000 is the total with financing included but my lenders keep charging interest rates Im paying 650 Monthly because I want to pay off my car fast but Credit Kalma Tells me estimate full payment would be 40,000. Im really disappointed with my purchasing experience.
I was in talks with Scott, and a local dealership, about leasing a Mazda. The day I intended to buy, I was intensely pressured to make a decision right this second. After about a week, my salesperson asked me if I had made a decision. When I informed him I had signed elsewhere, he sent me several nasty texts, including one which ended Thanks for wasting my valuable time.Dont waste your time shopping here unless you want to feel pressured and harassed into making a decision. Rami was the sales representative that helped make my entire car process extremely smooth. He knew his stuff, but wasnt overly aggressive to the point where I was no longer interested. I was here to get service work done to my car for a recall issue which was great they still honored it even from a few years ago. The showroom was great and the waiting area was very comfortable. My only issue was while waiting, I was looking around the showroom to possibly look into upgrading to a new car and not a single person asked if I needed assistance. Several people walked by and not one person approached me. After 5-10 minutes went by I just sat down and waited for my ride. It was earlier in the morning but it seemed as if no one was interested in getting a new customer.
