I wish I could give zero stars! I bought a cordless charger and it heated up my phone, not just warm, but HOT! The back of the cordless charger had melted. I returned it 5 days later looking for a refund....but he explained that it was a warranty not refund. I did not wanna take a replacement, thinking it would happen again. Knowing that, I would not have bought it there. With my experience there, I have learned NOT to return to FIX Mobile LLC.

Friendly and competent. The bigger chains wouldnt touch my phone, but FIX Mobil had no issues. Their prices were good enough that I went ahead and fixed 3 devices (2 broken screens and a battery replacement).

Seems like a decent enough place. Friendly enough staff member tried to help me out. I stated what I was pretty sure was wrong with my phone, and all the various steps I went through. Not sure if they have anything that can more thoroughly diagnose what certain issues could be, just so they are more certain themselves. Unfortunately it seems places like this get overpriced to try and do things I can do myself. Wanted to charge me $50 to install a replacement part that I can easily get between $6 & $8 online, and do myself in 10 minutes. Wanted to try and get it taken care of right away, rather than wait a few days or more to get it shipped to me. They wont sell you just the part, companies like this feel the need to charge exorbitant labor fees I guess. I might have been convinced if they only wanted to charge me $20 all together (MAYBE $30 at a very extreme) to do it themselves if they wont sell parts (which Im sure they get even cheaper). But if they want to drive away the more knowledgeable customers. Probably would have a lot less business if people would have a touch of patience and bother to research some of the problems with their phones, and find out just how simple some things are to do themselves.

If you have an iPhone that needs the board soldered due to a mic/pin issue, they can send it out of state for repair. If it comes back repaired, and other internal parts are damaged, they will charge you to fix it. The vibration no longer works, they cant repair it and are still charging for the parts to repair the vibration motor they couldnt fix. Its a little thing, not a big deal, when its not your phone you spent $$ on to purchase and $$ to repair. Better advise yet, never buy an iPhone.

Great customer service and quality repair at a good price! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone by replacing my charger port. Phone is as good as new now. I have an HTC One M8 which is difficult to work on but they were able to fix it. Sprint wouldnt touch it and just wanted me to buy a new $600+ phone. Best $80 I have spent in a long time.

The employees were friendly, and knew their trade, they got my note 4 screen repaired in under an hour and they seem to stand behind their work. Previously I couldnt find anyone else in the area who would work on my phone. The staff was helpful, courteous, and well-informed - everything they told me was accurate... the cost, the time till the part arrived, etc. I was able to get a replacement battery for my phone for $60 instead of having to buy a new phone and a new case and a new screen protector and having to go through the hassle of setting a new phone up. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the service to the staff. The battery in my iPhone 6 has been giving me issues the past few weeks and last night it finally broke and my phone stopped charging completely. I got a quote from the apple store, $129 and Id probably be without my phone for a few days. Here I was charged $60 and he was able to confirm the issue was the battery and install the new one in about 15 minutes. I cant say enough good things about this place and I am so excited to have found it, especially with how expensive smart phones are.

My grandson cracked the screen on his phone. We had gone to 2 other big named cell phone stores. Neither of them were able to help us. My grandson said maybe we should go to fix mobile. Another 5 Star Review for FIX Mobile and Chris at the South Mall. I made the mistake of letting someone else fix the cracked screen of my daughters iPhone. What a mistake! The phone was noticeably darker and less responsive after being fixed at the other place (in the Allentown Farmers Market, Deal Wireless), and the guy there didnt want to stand by his shoddy work, so we took the phone to FIX and Chris replaced the inferior quality screen the other guy sold us with a higher quality replacement screen and actually showed us a sensor that the guy at the farmers market had BROKEN while trying to repair the phone.If I ever need a cell phone repaired, I know where I am going... to FIX Mobile. I highly recommend their work, replacement parts, skill, expertise, and professionalism. This was a lesson learned.

Great service! My screen was completely cracked and it was fixed very quickly. The next day I came back with another issue and they fixed it and added a new screen protector for free, works like a new phone :) much appreciated.

After spending over $200 to have my iPhone 6s Plus worked on at the South Mall location I am convinced that this location installs used and defective parts to do repairs. I had multiple battteries installed. When the first battery failed I returned the next day and asked to have my original battery put back in. They said it was no longer available. When multiple screen installations malfunctioned I began to press on the screen to get the phone to operate again. This cracked the screen eventually. To replace what was defective from the start they wanted to charge me another $110 which Allison the district manager said was at cost. They charged me $109 for the screen to start with. And google and common sense say that this means Allison misrepresented the facts. Also because they will not replace a cracked screen despite the fact that it was defective from the install means they wanted to use that screen again. Maybe in your phone. Stay away. I wish I had.

My daughters iPhone 6 screen was horribly cracked. Took it in to get fixed. They did a great job. A few days later, her screen began to act up. They said it must have been a bad replacement screen (which rarely happens), and took it right back. The manager himself did the second replacement, and the screen looks beautiful and has worked perfectly since. Highly recommend these guys!

My aging Iphone 6 battery was failing. They are located in the South Mall on Lehigh Street in the Auto Mile district. I was promptly greeted by the very knowledgeable employee and he said he could put in a new battery in about 30 minutes. Went to Starbucks and had a coffee and when I came back it was done. Seems to be working fine and holding a charge. Price was only 60 dollars which beats the Apple store price of 129.00 and without going through the Genius Bar appointment process. They warranty the battery for 90 days. Now, they also have a place in the Palmer Park Mall in Easton if you live on the east side of the Lehigh Valley. Give them a try for your cellular needs, I think you will be pleased as I was.

My new Samsung S9+ screen cracked on the weakest point of the phone. Right at the ear speaker. I was trying to look for a repair shop and found out from google about Fix Mobile. Reading the reviews and location wise, I had to check it out. Allison attended me and awnser all my question with no hesitation. I was more impressed that they had the screen in stock rather than to order it and wait a couple of days. On top of that the phone was fixed in just around an hour or so. Great service and well recommended !

Recently went to this store with a phone that was not charging. They looked at it and found that it was taking a charge, so they suggested I might need a new charger (but I wanted to try some of our other chargers before buying a new one). They were very efficient and helpful, and I would definitely go back if I have more problems, and recommend this place to others.

I had gone up to the lake for a weekend with friends with a previously cracked screen. A little bit of water got into my crack and all of a sudden my phone started malfuctioning and then more or less died. It couldnt turn on anymore. We went to apple and they diagnosed it as water damage and told us it was a lost cause and to buy a new one. But then we went to Kevin at fix mobile and he had no doubt that he could fix it. Three hours later and it was as good as new with everything as it was before! I recommend 100%!!!

First of all, I want to say that the employees (at least the two I dealt with) were great to work with. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and pricing was fair. I think that they do good work, so thats why Im giving 4 stars instead of anything lower.I came to them with an iPhone 8 Plus that had a cracked screen. They had the correct replacement screens in stock, so they took my phone and had the swap done within the hour. Right away, I thought that the new screen looked a little duller, and it required a lot more pressure to use 3D Touch, but I thought it might just be the screen protector they put on for me (which was awesome of them to do). It also seemed to have a slight flicker to it, but I was able to ignore that. When I got out to the parking lot, however, my husband called me and I instantly became aware of the fact that absolutely no sound was coming out of the earpiece. I took the phone back inside and they were unable to get the issue resolved, so they ordered a replacement part and told me they would, of course, take care of it for free.A week later, they did so. For a few weeks afterwards, all was fine. The screen still had quirks and required more pressure, but I got used to all of that. Then, I updated to iOS 11.3, and the screen stopped responding. At all. I couldnt even unlock the phone or shut it down. I attempted dozens of hard resets and even attempted to force an update through iTunes, but nothing worked.I just had my Genius appointment with Apple two days ago, and they told me that the 3rd party screen was of poor quality. Essentially, the hardware was not compatible with the updated software. Its also important to note that you will void your own warranty if you go somewhere that does not use Apple-certified products (and youll notice the quality difference, too!) I now have an original Apple replacement screen and boy, what a difference! I cant believe I made myself get used to the terrible quality of that other screen.To wrap it up, the employees know what theyre doing and their products may be just fine for Android devices, but if you have an iPhone then youd really better take it to an Apple store or to a place that uses genuine Apple replacement parts. Now I definitely know better.

The guys at Fix Mobile are the real deal to say the very least. I went in with my iPad mini 2 with a pretty bad cracked screen and a bent corner, and a couple hours later magic happened. My iPad was back to life, I couldnt believe how good it looked, it was like new all over again. In addition, they provided me with superb customer service and quality work, at a reasonable value price. This is a must stop place for those looking for either phone or tablet repairs.
