This Kay jewelers is WAY better than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall. When I went in I was immediately greeted and the worker, Natalia, showed me everything I wanted to see, let me try it on (then sanitized of course), and helped me put together a wish list of some things I was thinking about getting for my birthday. I had such a great experience here. When I went to the mall they didnt greet me, wouldnt let me try on anything because of covid (which was dumb because the other Kay DID let me try stuff on), and no one assisted me. It was like night and day between the 2 Kay jewelers. Long story short: if youre going to Kay Jewelers, go to the one on Airport road and NOT the Lehigh Valley mall.

My rings got temporarily lost for 26 days when they were sent out to be repaired by them and though they were found, the staff was honestly rude to me despite how calm and patient I tried to be with them. They almost seemed angry I wasnt more grateful to them for finding the rings they lost.

I highly recommend coming to this location!! The manager Billy is awesome!! Me and my husband will only be going to this location! Billy always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and our needs are met.

This store honestly has some of the worst service I have ever received. Everytime I go to their location they have an issue looking up my engagement ring record. I have been to this location on three separate occasions and the people I deal with are never very welcoming or friendly. Today I went to have my ring inspected and it needs to be repaired since not one but two of the diamonds fell out. One of the employees looked at my ring under a microscope and tried to tell me that only one stone was missing. I had to show him where the second Stone was missing. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for them to pull up my ring record. On a separate occasion I went to this location to have my ring inspected as well as to have some watch links removed from a watch I had purchased. On the first visit they removed the links without an issue. When I went back at a later date to have a link put back in because the watch was too tight they told me they had to charge me a fee. They cant seem to keep their story straight and they are all around very unorganized. If you need to have any service done on your jewelry I would not recommend going to this location.

Recently purchased an anniversary band for my wife and myself. The jeweler was very nice and helpful picking out what I needed and is the preferred jeweler for when my mom comes in to get her jewelry serviced. Store was very nice and well laid out the only problem I had was the upselling of services that I didnt need for $200 gold bands.
