I wish I could give less than 1 star. Sharon, the owner sold me a golf cart that she claimed, she sold the original owner, brand new. She gave me a price, then jacked it up another $500, when I got there. She then tried to work me over, for more money, due to dead batteries. After numerous excuses, as to battery availability, she finally got 4 NAPA batteries in, and put them in.I was told that there was a high speed/high torque motor in the golf cart. When I got it home, and looked at the motor, I found it was the original OEM motor. There was nothing high speed about it.She told me that she wouldnt let the cart leave, until it was gone over from head to tail, to make sure it was safe. After I got it home, and started doing my own modifications to it, I found she lied. The front brake reservoir was empty, and the calipers dont work. The tires are dry rotted.There are loose and dangling wires and brake cables, under the cart.The new canopy that she had installed, wasnt installed by anyone who knew the first thing about golf cart canopies. The brackets were in the wrong places, and had to have extra holes drilled in them, to make up for this improper installation.Even the most simplistic thing. When replacing the batteries, how hard is it to vacuum out the battery compartment, and clean out all of the old leaked out battery acid? They couldnt even be bothered to do this.I am extremely thankful that I am mechanically inclined. I fear for the safety of anyones family, if they dont have their cart checked out by someone with real knowledge of golf carts. She will sell you an unsafe machine, that you will be putting your familys life at risk, by driving it. Pay a little more, to someone else, for the peace of mind of a safe cart.

So this place was recommended to me from another client of theirs. I have been in contact with this place for 3 weeks now I keep getting the run around either I have to call back or theyll call me back. I never receive a call back. And when I call back its starting over at square one. The most disrespectful customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I have been hung up on by the receptionist.

Unprofessional, terrible service, extremely timely wait for repairs or updates, surprise bills/charges, clearly incompetent staff-admitted to racing my golf cart outside. Gave us wrong parts/charger that didnt belong to our cart and our cart didnt even work when we attempted to pick it up. When asked about repairs they couldnt give an answer as to where a wire/plug should go. Will never use them again. Its been six+ weeks and I still dont have a working cart.
