Harbor freight is a Unique store for the at Home DIYer. Largest variety of affordable tools. Many neat things to look at. Only downfall is that often what is being sought may not be in stock. Staff is pretty helpful.

The best store for some decent quality tools at bargain prices. Almost every tool you can think of is available or can be bought here or via their website.Customer service at this location is pretty good based on my experiences so far, and the associates Ive had the pleasure dealing with.Some discrepancies between displayed online inventory at local store. A hit or miss in most cases.

Good place if you need a decent quality tool at a discount price. They probably have everything you need for whatever project your working on. Now finding it in the store is a different matter. There doesnt seem to be much organization to the tools they have in stock. I always tell myself it will be a quick trip in and out, but I always end up wondering around the store because I cant find that exact tool. If you go in the store, your best bet is to find someone who works there and them where to find what your looking for. And sometimes that can be a problem, they seem a bit short staffed.

All sorts of great tools. Reasonable prices. I got a garden sprayer there that would have taken 3 weeks on Amazon.

This place is shangri-la. Affordable getting stuff done stuff. Staff is very nice and go out of their way to help. Not normal these days. Please be nice to them.

Had a broken extension bar I needed replaced. Walked in 5 minutes before closing and was promptly taken care of by the young man and woman who were working at the time. Very friendly, no problems. Thanks again Harbor Freight.

Always a fun place to shop, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes I just dont need a fancy brand tool name to get a simple job done.A recent trip to a rental company, for a specific tool for a 1 time use, I found it was cheaper to buy the tool I needed at Harbor Freight.There is always a double rainbow over Harbor Freight when I shop...

Today was my first time in the store...clearly a mans dream come true! But I went in for a generator and everything was so organized. From batteries to extention cords to cart assembly all of it was right there. Great store for sure!! I will be back and recommend to everyone!

I would say the best part The store Is that they offer different price ranges for tools for for example if I need a special tool that Im really gonna use And needed to complete a job I would settle for the more economic priced tool and vice versa. Another plus is that theyre always offering coupons And sales

Waited in line for ten minutes with a give a sales representative card for a floor jack. Get tot the cashier, she doesnt even have to look, and tells me they have no floor jacks. How about a sign at the display stating youre out of stock. 15 minutes of my life Ill never get back.

Quality tools at an affordable price. Harbor Freight does that well. Not high end tools, but good tools you dont mind knocking around. If something goes missing or gets broken youre not out a large investment. The retail locations are clean, some more spacious than others. For a mechanic starting out on a budget, you should find some good deals.

Going to Harbor Freight is like catching something contagious....on this last visit I went for some bungie cords and ended up purchasing $190.+ In items.... Cant just get what I wanted without getting much more....lol

Every time i go there to buy things on sale, they tell me out of stock. Next shipment tues. I go every tues for weeks still out of stock im told. Soon sale price is over and suddenly they have stock, but wont give sale price. This store went SOUTH !!!! lately

This is a fun place 4 the backyard mechanic. Decent products at the very best prices. I always got great service and reliability from the tools I purchased here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, including the checkout clerks. Only negative is that they run out of product and availability could be months away. Plenty of free parking in what I consider a fun shopping center.
