The mulch is really nice!! Easy company to work with, called one day got my delivery the next. Would definitely order from again.

No clear drive-up directions (was forced to call while sitting in parking lot). Extremely poor quality compost with a LOT of plastic trash mixed in with it. Definitely do not recommend at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Scheduled a delivery 4 days only to give my spot to another customer and they had no intention of informing me. Just left me to wait around expecting something they committed to that’s never coming and when they back out they won’t take the time to inform you. Lady on the phone was surprised this was an issue. Almost like waiting around for a delivery or a call that’s never going to come when you been told otherwise and have business to run isn’t a problem. On top of that, I had left a message the day prior with an unrelated question after business hours, no call back after they were open for almost 5 hours so I called myself, now wondering about my delivery and my unrelated question impolite lady on the end picks up and when I start to say I hadn’t received a call back about my voicemail I get cut off with a snappy “WELL IF WE HAVENT CALLED, YOU NEED TO WAIT”, just came out and asked about my delivery at that point. Was told I got pushed for someone else, that I’d have to wait and it might not be today. Completely impossible to plan around this company. Can’t remember the last time I’ve spoken to someone that rude while they were actively employed.

Very very rude over the phone. We are new to this area. Cheap but not helpful or polite. I’d rather pay a little more and work with kind helpful individuals.

WILL PURCHASE ECONOMY MULCH SOON FOR ANOTHER AT HOME PROJECT .THIS IS ALSO A LANSCAPING BUSINESS MIKES TREE SERVICE 30 PLUS YEARS IN THE BUSINESS .GREAT ADVICE GOOD PRODUCT

Best place to buy mulch or get lawn care done

I called in advance to confirm I could buy a single yard of mulch. When we got there, I specifically asked several times for 1 yard. The man loaded up my trailer and then said he loaded 2 yards, so we had to pay double because he ignored my order. When I objected, he refused to concede that he messed up and forced us to pay for the 2 yards that he erroneously loaded. We wont be going back to these scam artists.

I’ve been dealing with this company for over 20 years. They NEVER answer the phone, are always out of product. They let us dump grass there for over 20 years now this year they stop taking grass and don’t bother to tell anyone until we pull in with a full truckload. Half the time there isnt anyone there to load our trucks. The sign says they are open on Saturday until noon but good luck finding someone to load you. Today I send a new guy in to pick up a load of mulch. They charge us full price instead of the contractors price (which is a common occurance) it was only $18.00 more so my employee pays it and goes on with his day. I call the office and tell the owners wife that he didn’t mention that it was for The Lawn Pros so they charged us full price instead of our discounted price. I asked if she could simply refund the $18.00 or even better just discount our next bill by $18.00 well Tracy goes off the deep end and tells me no way, that’s not going to happen etc. bla bla bla this is our policy. I told her that I had a new guy there and he failed to mention it was for a business. Albeit they have been loading this same truck of mine for 7 years so they know who we are. Also she sent me a phantom bill for product we never purchased last year and I had to argue with her about that, as we always pay for product when we pick it up. Looks like I will be getting my own mulch delivered to my shop from now on, and we will also be selling to customers in Alliance. Thanks to Tracy and her smart mouth and bad attitude I will be getting my 300-500 yards of mulch elsewhere just like many of the other contractors in the Alliance area have been.
