One of the best (if not the best) book stores Ive ever been to. Kid friendly, has a section dedicated to childrens books and a little hide out for them. Will spark any kids imagination. Beautiful painted walls and color themes. Up to date books with current events. And most importantly people with a passion for books! You can tell they care a great amount. Not to mention you can find a perfect book for you regardless of if youre a bookworm or not. Always greeted with a welcome. Super modern and hip youll enjoy it.

A GREAT ALMA BOOKSTORE IS JUST WHAT MY SOUL NEEDED! I cannot say enough good things about this incredible store. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and colorful. Everything is set up in a clear way with easy to find materials at every turn. Each employee is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a good book!

The owner makes an effort to recognize regular customers such as college students and will gladly order a book they dont have if a customer wants it. Ive ordered two books through here, and several friends have ordered their own books, all of which arrived promptly and in excellent condition with good communication from the owner.

I love having a bookstore come in so close to us. The people there are friendly and charming! I think one of the most important features of a good bookstore is the childrens corner....and they have a excellent one:)

Ballyhoo Books in historic downtown Alma has an excellent selection of books catering to a wide range of readers. I found some titles I’d been looking for along with some others that I can’t wait to read. I look forward to visiting again next time I’m in the area.
