I have been looking for a specific truck and Betten-Baker Chevrolet in Alma had two available so I emailed the dealer and got a prompt reply from Tyler within 2 hours. We talked about the two vehicles and I arranged a date to see them.My salesman (Tyler) had both trucks out to check out/drive and I made a decision; started the paperwork and other than a computer issue that was nationwide, everything went very well. Kelly was very friendly & knowledgeable; walked me through the process and I will be picking the truck up in a few days. I would recommended Betten-Baker Chevrolet and will consider them the next time we decided on another vehicle.

I got a flat tire while I was at the dealership. Luckily, Hunter was able to pick up the rear end of my car just long enough for me to change out my tire. Jokes aside, Hunter was super helpful when I was picking out my new truck. Hes a little intimidating since his biceps are about as big as my wheels but regardless, Ill be sending all my friends/family his way because of the great experience I hadTyler Q.

My vehicle quit on 127 North on a Sunday night. I had it towed to Betten Baker in Alma and dropped it off with no advance notice. I called them Monday and gave Jeff some history and explained what happened. It ended up being two bad connectors in one of the large plug connectors on the motor. They had it fixed on Wednesday. My son has only bought the truck a month ago and this was an intermittent issue since day one. I have now put around 250 miles on it and it’s running great. Thank you Jeff & team!

I had over $2000 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle and when I picked it up it smelled like grease in the car. In the past when my car was maintained it was washed and vacuumed. I thought that was really classy. I’m happy with my repairs so far (it’s only been a few days) but I was kinda let down that I spent so much money and wasn’t treated a little better.
