I went in not knowing what happen but when I found out the part for my truck was going to be December before it came in I knew I needed a different vehicle. Jon welcomed me at front door. Very great to work with made the sale easy. I swapped Farming stories with a few of the sales men. Dee was awesome as the financial person. She was getting frustrated cause the system was slow for the day, but she fought to get me a good interest rate. Definitely will give them a great chance the next time I am in the market for a new truck!

We purchased a 2021 Ram truck. I get anxiety even thinking about going to a dealership. This was the easiest car purchase we have EVER had. We called and asked about a Ram we saw online, they gave us their low price based on where we are employed and discounts available to us, we went in and test drove and said we wanted it, came back the next day to pick it up. We were not brow beat about financing, extended warranties, accessories, etc. They did their due diligence by asking and when we said no we didnt want something that was it. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle in the future! Go see Jill and RD.

My wife was given a price on a car with a Chrysler friends and family discount. When we drove the half hour there they needed to get msrp for the vehicle now. Wasted my time and lied to my wife. Then the salesman tried to sell us a lesser model used car vs the better model new car. I was pre approved and ready to buy that day. Bait and switch dealership.Edit: Your salesman was not upfront about the discount because we were given a price for the discount ($49800 or$52788 with tax) and when we arrived after driving 45 minutes there) thats when your salesman told us that it wasnt eligible and then tried to sell us the green one you guys have. Sounds like you have a dishonest salesman both to you and I.

If something could be classified as too fantastic this is the place.I pull in, and by the time I get my mask on Im already being helped. They call and check up that you love your vehicle and walk you through everything.I have no problem driving an hour out of my way to get the car, let alone for oil changes, or any other maintenance. Honestly, I loved the fact that it didnt take all day to tell us what was wrong with our vehicle.

Have always had a great buying experience with alma chrysler, even when I shop around I find my way back. I have never been upsold out of my budget and they really work to find you the vehicle you are looking for. Shout out to Matt Thomas and the rest of the employees for making the car buying experience fun for the fiance and my kids, and putting up with me in general. They will always be my first choice.

Bought my first car from the dealership two weeks ago.....In the last week the car has stalled out in the middle of the road 6 times..... So I called to ask to have them fix it the response was “it’s an as is sale” essentially owning up to the fact that they have absolutely no customer service skills when it comes to fixing obvious issues they should have fixed before they sold the car... They refused to come down on the price and now I am paying for repairs two weeks after getting it off the lot.... The sales general manager Randy offered parts and labor at his costs....I don’t feel that this is acceptable as the car has been in my possession for only two weeks he called the owners there response was it’s an As Is sale... well as is sale or not if you have no moral duty to fix an issue after two weeks with a car you sold well than people should be well aware of the kind of business you are running selling cars that break down within weeks of having them and than not doing anything to help their customers whatsoever this company is only about money they have absolutely no interest or care to keep customers happy or resolve issues that should be fixed. Buy the car leave the lot it’s not their problem they don’t care if it breaks down in a week they most likely were fully aware of the issue turned the engine light off and hoped it didn’t turn back on until it was sold....I am completely and 100% dissatisfied with the customer service at this company they do not care about fixing their issues or making things right for their customers. Do not recommend this dealership if you want to drive longer than two weeks without going to the shop to pay more money to get it fixed... Horrible Customer service skills. This will not go unheard. I won’t let others make the same mistake I have. I HAVE A WARRANTY THEREFORE AS IS WOULD NOT BE CORRECT BUT THANKS FOR YOUR Response for showing you don’t care to have any pride in your business or customer service skills

RD and Dee went into the office talked and next thing I was looking at is 2021 JEEP Compass... I wasnt getting my hopes because if I couldnt have a 2018 how was I going to get a 2021 but I did... I drove out of the dealership that day in a 2021 JEEP Compass.. 1 thing that I learned that day is Dee and RD never lost hope and did whatever they could.. they treated me like I was one of there family members not just a costumer so they can get a paycheck they literally went above and beyond yesterday and I couldnt be more grateful for those 2.. if I could give them more than a 5 star I would give them 100 starts each!!!! thank you again RD, Dee and everyone else at the dealership you guys are truly amazing people!!!

Tyson was the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase. This was my very first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership. It was also around my birthday. He made sure to explain every key feature of the vehicle to me and got me the carfax for this vehicle that was used, not new. It showed that the dealership did a 125 point inspection on the vehicle and an oil change had been done as well. I wouldve gave the place 5 stars but when I was in the market for a new 1 ton dually they didnt have a single one on the lot. I would like to see them have a better selection work trucks on their lot considering most days the ford dealership down the road has ram work trucks on their lot. I dont typically see that type of service at dealerships these days but they went the extra mile to earn my business. Since I was an out-of-state customer, we had to communicate via email and I rarely had to wait long for a response to my questions. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I would definitely go back to buy another vehicle!
