Complete and Total IncompetenceOn May 14th 2021 I took my Ford F-150 to Classic Collision (formerly Central Auto Body) after hitting a mailbox. OVER 5 MONTHS later I finally received my truck back on October 21st, 2021.When I initially dropped it off, I worked with Garrett and the process was smooth. Garrett warned me there may be part delays due to Covid and to be patient. By August we were down to just a few parts. Garrett was working with Ford to source the parts and trying to figure out why things continued to be delayed.As we waited on parts, Garrett hadn’t been updating me as frequently as there was nothing to update. After a while, I reached out via email but didn’t hear back. Up to this point he always responded within 24 hours. So, I reached out again, still no reply. Finally, I called the shop and was informed Garrett no longer worked there. Brock at Classic Collision told me they were still waiting on parts and it looked like it was going to be mid-December before they would come in.I was furious. After already taking 5 months it was going to be ANOTHER two months?! After speaking with Brock it was clear that no one had looked at my file since Garrett left. The more Brock spoke the more it became clear this shop was incompetent. They continued to order the wrong part (one number off) and didn’t make a repair because they were waiting on parts they ALREADY HAD. It was excuse after excuse. I informed Classic Collision I was planned to have my truck moved to a competent body shop for the remained of the repairs.I called Landmark Ford for advice they felt it was totally unacceptable for Classic Collision to still have my truck and that there was no reason for it to still be there. They suggested I ask for a parts list from Classic Collison and send it to them. I called my insurance and asked them for support in moving the vehicle and worked with them to determine next steps.Once Classic Collision realized there MANY major mistakes, they actually began to work on my file. Instead of an additional two months they were able to magically complete the work in just 10 days.Imagine if I didn’t advocate for myself. Imagine if I would’ve done it months earlier. Complete and total incompetence. Given how this process has been, I have little faith in the work that was completed. At least it has a lifetime warranty.

My Hyundai was hit from the back, and it looked terrible. My bumper was missing a plastic shield, and there was something hanging from the back. Geico and Central Auto Body worked together efficiently on my claim, and the staff at Central Auto Body was so nice! They kept me updated with calls and assured me that it would all get fixed. I picked up my car a few days ago-it looks brand new! They took care of the bumper and even vacuumed the car! It smells great, looks great, and their lifetime warranty made me feel great. Thanks for a great experience!

I needed an alignment done to the hatch on the back of my jeep, I stopped by for a quote and they tried to fix it there and then, they managed a slight improvement but said it needed a few hours work to get it done properly.They gave me a quote which was very reasonable and booked me in a timely manor to get the work done. I dropped it off Wednesday am and it was all done to perfection by 3pm same day.I am so impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, turnaround time and they stayed within the quote. I was a little unsure of the process and Jake at Central Auto Body helped explain all the details. It was quick and easy to drop off my car and they walked me over to pick up a rental car. I received constant updates and photos of the repair process was very appreciated. They did an outstanding job!

I had a small dent and scratch in the back of my RAV4 (thanks to my husband…) and we brought it in to Central Auto Body to have the dent fixed and repainted. The estimate was fair and precise. They finished the car earlier than they had said which was awesome. Car looks good and we are happy!

Professional. On time and took good care. rental car was ready and hassle free. Since I had insurance I cant comment on value for money. Body work on my car was satisfactory.

I would highly recommend Central Auto Body (Aloha office). Short reasons: Friendly, timely, attention to detail, and went above and behind in the repair. My main point of contact was Edward, and both he and his manager were friendly, informative, and pretty accommodating.Was very happy overall with the service at Central Auto Body. I was rear ended, so insurance paid for my vehicles repairs. Central Auto Body spoke directly with my insurance and I didnt have to worry about a thing. I cant speak to the overall cost, but it seemed like it was reasonable. The real reason behind the 5 stars is that I felt like their service was very well done. They kept in contact with me on the status of my car, and let me know estimated timing, and alerted me if anything changed. There was a small miscommunication in that they needed two additional pieces for my car, but I thought it was ready, but it was easy to bring it back the next day to have those pieces installed.The care they took with my car while repairing was also amazing. There was no damage inside the car, and yet they took the time to vacuum and clean out my entire car - it looked brand new when they handed it back to me. It was a nice touch that I really didnt expect them to do (my backseat was a mess!) After they fixed everything, they even took it over to the Nissan dealership to ensure that all the sensors and everything were correctly calibrated. I may have initially used this shop because it was close and insurance worked well with it, but I will definitely use it in the future when I need to have anything done with my car.

Central Autobody in Aloha did a great job to repair a fender and rear gate after a collision. Communication from them was excellent so I knew what was happening and when the car would be done. Very accommodating and convenient for estimate, scheduling service, and insurance billing. Original timeframe estimate was 3 days, so I dropped car off on Tuesday afternoon with expectation it would be done on Friday. Actual service required an extra day so with weekend I wasnt able to pick it up until Tuesday morning. Very satsified with quality of work.

My vehicle was thoroughly repaired and cleaned up when I picked it up. They ran a few days ahead of the original estimate even though they were facing heavy work load due to weather events. Billing was also very clear. They have professional and friendly staff who are very helpful. Status updates were timely. They also handled all the communications with the insurance company. Insurance company sent me to this body shop. I had a damage to my bumper. Unfortunately my blind spot sensors were damaged too, which is quite expensive to fix. Also one of my taillights was chipped. I got an estimate for all the fixes. Had to wait a week for the parts. Then they had my car in for 5 days. Kept postponing pick up time. At last they said it is ready Friday evening right before shop closes. I came to pick up my car. Taillight was not fixed. They assured me they will have a new one on Monday, it is an easy fix. I can take my car and come back on Monday, be done in 5 mins. Since Monday I am trying to contact them. They keep saying truck will be here in a minute. Then started to put me on hold. Never called me back. The estimate to fix it was around $200. So much trouble for $200.

This was an excellent experience. I had minor fender damage on the front and they had the work done within two days. They provided me with an excellent rental and kept me updated with time-frames every step of the way. The front office staff, the phone staff, and the enterprise rental staff were great to work with, super friendly and efficient. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks for reading.

These guys are awesome.i got rear ended and they had rental cars available for me that day when I brought my car in. They had everything fixed within the time they quoted and called me sooner the expected. They did an amazing job and even washed my car after. I highly recommend them.

Leaving the Tool show a few weeks ago I clipped a parking garage pillar and damaged my truck. It wasnt bad but I needed repairs. Pillar also got my custom rim on the rear. My insurance company sent me to CAB. These guys were awesome. Noah kept me up to date on the repair. The repairs were completed in 7 days. Their wheel guys did a great job repairing my rim. The repair is just beautiful and they detailed both the inside and outside of my truck. Highly recommend this shop. Five Stars!

Very high quality work, and friendly and professional staff! In addition to replacing my door, they even vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior! Also, I used to have an issue with the electric door-locking system. I don’t know if it was simply a byproduct of the door being replaced or if staff went above and beyond, but either way that’s fixed now too! Thanks Central Auto Body!

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment.The service was great, everyone in the office were wearing masks and the only thing I had a problem with was no hand sanitizer available for customers! In the end I was in and out 2 minutes before the scheduled appt time.

Luke got me in on a short notice. He gave me a couple options at different price points. He helped me save some money with a shortcut and actually explained it in great detail. My Toyota Tundra needed a new bumper. I brought it in on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Great work! There was a small scratch in the tailgate and they painted the whole thing. Wonderful job and the most upbeat, friendly place ever!

I am blown away by this body shop! First and foremost is just the positive attitude and helpfulness of the entire staff. They were all friendly, smiling, and positive. Every single person I saw while there said hello. I was offered coffee. My rental car hadnt shown up, and they called for me so I didnt have to!I received brief emails at every step of the process outlining where my car was and what was happening. I was also told I could call any time if I wanted an update.The repair was made amazingly fast! They did an incredible job on the paint and clear coat. It looks better than factory. They came out and showed me the work, and made sure it was satisfactory. They explained the warranty and how to get help if anything came up.They washed the outside thoroughly, which was surprising considering the damage was in a small area on the back bumper. When I got in the car to drive off, I was surprised to see that they not only washed the outside, but it was vacuumed and dusted on the inside! I think they even did the windows! (I cant be sure because I recently had, but they looked cleaner than I remembered).I cant be more happy with my experience!

I took my car here to be fixed. It was in an accident in August and because I didnt know where to take it. I kept putting it off. Central Auto Body is close to my house. So I decided to take it there. I was very impressed from the minute I walked in the door until I picked my car up 4 days later. Marwan made sure to keep me up to date. Which I appreciated. There were many complications with my repair due to GMCs inability to get me my parts...then when the parts arrived back East, GMC went on strike 40 days! Central Auto called weekly and kept me informed. Great Customer Service! Then, when I finally got my car after 7 months, the quality of the repair was exceptional. I would highly recommend them!

I have had my last 6 cars worked on by Central Auto Body. My 87 Porsche Carerra Targa, Porshche Cayenne GTS, MB AMG e55, AMG C55, 79 Ford F150 and a red Cobra (Replica)I could go anywhere but I go to Central because of the quality of their work. Took my car here after someone ran into me. Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I came in for a quick estimate around 7:30AM and was able to drop it off after hours for the work to be completed. The work only took a few days, and my car looks amazing. I still cant believe they got it done quicker than they estimated. This was the opposite of experiences Ive had at other body shops. Highly recommend.

The only thing I had a question about was that there needed to be more communication during the repair to let the customer know what is going on with the repair. Other than that everything was top notch.

We had to take the car back for a minor adjustment that was taken care of promptly. When we got the car back from AABP both times, it was all clean too! This is the second time Ive been to Central Auto Body (ive been to both the Aloha and Newburg location) both times the individuals I worked with were friendly, happy to answer any questions, and keep me updated throughout the entire repair process. Both times they fixed the extensive damages back to looking perfectly new and even cleaned the entire car inside and out! The second time I had repairs done I requested to have the repairs done at Central Auto Body-Aloha and Im glad I did, while I dont ever wish more damages on car, I know I can rely on Central Auto Body to fix them and fix it right. I have nothing but good things to say about both Central Auto Body -Newburg and Aloha locations!

A company that love scaming people. They seem professional, but instead do a terrible job. They will not give a rough estimate, and will refuse to reassemble a car after they disassemble it. They will charge you for disassembling your vehicle, and make sure you pay. DO NOT GO HERE! Avoid this place, its a headache and they will only take your money for poor service.

So I have used this shop in the past accident I was involved in and they did a great job... I was in another accident and I thought I would use them again. I was told by my insurance representative that since the person who hit me was uninsured that my deductible was 200. Well when I went in to pick up my car I was told that I had to pay them 500... I then told them that was not right and my deductible was only 200 and I wasnt going to pay the 500 then they responded to by your not taking that vehicle off this lot till the 500 is paid. They then said what do you think we work for free! I then responded with frustration and a few expletives that what are you f&$@ talking about my insurance is paying you then a short fat old man came out yelling at me to get the f@&$ out of his shop got in my face like he was going to fight me!! I brought them business and this is how I got treated... I will never bring any future work nor will I ever refer them to anyone. So to any of you thinking about bringing your damaged car to this place beware there customer service absolutely sucks they are extremely rude and not considerate to what there customer might be going through. I would run the other way and not look back! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!

Really friendly staff. If you contact them, they get back to you quickly. Willing to work with you and help you out as much as possible. Fully work with the insurance adjusters so you dont have to.

Highly Recommended. Ive inspected the work by Aloha Auto Body and Paint probably 100 times or more over the past few years. Being near our old office, we had many people contact us afterwards for DV claims. Their work is extremely good, and Ive never found them short cutting a repair. They did an excellent repair on a clients new Dodge Challenger where both the at-fault and the clients own insurance company refused to total the vehicle. The car only had a little over 100 miles at the time of the accident and it cost over $30,000 to repair the vehicle. I was very concerned about the repair process and whether the vehicle would be safe after the repairs. Aloha Auto Body and Paint was completely transparent with me, allowing me to stop by completely unannounced and inspect their work. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and work ethic, and would recommend this shop. I noticed that several other reviewers were upset due to insurance payouts, not willing to paint a couple of individual parts. Please understand, all shops in the area have been running way behind due to the huge number of collisions during the snow and ice storms earlier in 2017. It is normal for a shop to not release a vehicle until all payments have been made. So, if this happens to you, please be upset with the insurance company, not the auto body shop, as it is out of their control. Oregon Licensed Auto Appraiser – # V34-075

Two times in the past year we have had vehicles needing repair. My wifes Mini Cooper and my sons Mitsubishi. The level of service and the attention to our needs was fantastic. I highly recommend them and thank Jeff for all his help with our issues.

I have never written a review but due to the uniqueness of my situation with Aloha Auto Body & Paint I decided to indulge my fellow shoppers.The dealer I purchased my new vehicle from recommended this body shop to attempt to fix cosmetic manufacturing flaws regarding misaligned body panels. Once the repair was complete, I inspected the vehicle to find the body panels were misaligned in a different location than before the repairs. They informed me that the panels have limited adjustability due to the tight tolerances of modern vehicle manufacturing, going as far to say the vehicle was improperly designed. I accepted this and proceeded to take action with the dealer and vehicle manufacturer.Representatives from the vehicle manufacturer contacted the body shop, at least two times to my knowledge, inquiring about the reasons the vehicle could not be properly fixed. They were honest and respectable in relaying the information about the misaligned panels but was not enough to convince the manufacturer to provide any compensation. I was forced to take legal action which ended further communication with the body shop.Six months later, after the resolution, a shopping cart struck my passenger rear door causing noticeable scratches. I called my insurance company, filed a claim, and scheduled an appointment through my insurance company at Aloha Auto Body & Paint because I received honest service… surprising hard to find. Before I could get a quote the body shop contacted and informed me that they refuse to work on my vehicle because of their bad experience from the past.That is unacceptable in any line of work involving customer engagement; to build a reputable company any experience with customers is important. Refusing will only result in a negative consumer attitude that eventually cause detrimental views towards the integrity of the company and specific individuals within the company. Individuals that are unlikely to be employed by the same company for their entire career but rely on their previous employer to obtain favorable recommendations.Take my review as you will, but I cannot recommend this body shop.

I have never been in a fender bender before and didnt know how the process worked. I went in to this Farmers certified location thinking someone would walk me through the process on how to get an estimate etc. However, the receptionist seemed to be very rude and unwelcoming in explaining how it works. Getting in a car accident and dealing with insurances is already hard enough. I was just trying get an estimate and instead was very rudely told that they didnt have any time for me. I wasnt expecting instant service, but a little patience can go a long way. They might do great body work, but I have taken my business elsewhere due to this unpleasant experience.

The service for just to get a new bumper on my car and to have it painted has taken up 4 days of my work time which to me is un called for. Not very efficient and very unprofessional. The sevice is very bad
