Don and Rebekah took my car in on consignment just before my lease ended on a chance it might sell. What an easy no hassle experience. Within a week the car had sold and I had money I wasn’t expecting. This was the easiest experience ever! Amazing!!!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

Don at their office was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great advice for selling my vehicle and really had my best interest in mind. Professional and courteous. Would absolutely use them again in the future.

We purchased a Corvette that was on consignment. After seeing the car we went home and over the next few days did a deal by texting with Don. I believe that we were treated fairly and honestly. No high pressure and the paperwork was done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a long over due rating. At first I legitimately did not know how to lol but now that I do...I want to say thank you so so so much to Macley Auto as they were extremely helpful with the car buying process. I was very pregnant at the time, and needed a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. Macley Auto worked with me as my schedule at the time had them waiting after business hours to get me the car that we needed. I have and will continue to recommend Macley Auto to anyone I come I to contact with in need of a new car.

We usually dread visiting car dealers because of the pushy salesman but our experience at Macley’s was so comfortable and relaxed. Don was friendly, not pushy at all and easy to work with.The truck we bought is doing awesome so far. It’s a third vehicle, exactly what we wanted and we feel we got a really great deal. Should we ever want to look for another vehicle we will check out their inventory first.

Questionable ethics. Setup an appointment with Don to buy as set of wheels and tires listed through FB marketplace. About 1/2 hr beforehand, I get a txt saying: are you on your way? someone else wants them, If you are on your way, I will hold them off. I responded, yes, I am on my way. I drove 1/2 hr, and one minute before our meeting, I get another text saying: she scoop them up man. I will let you know if I get any more like that. sold themTotally unprofessional! Hard to believe that a quick sale was worth the bad feelings and loss of trust. Customer service, is a huge part of what they provide as a business. If my experience was any indication, I say stay away.

What an easy, no pressure, car buying experience! Macley Auto group has the best customer service, flexibility, and great prices. We drove from Central Oregon just to shop here for those reasons. Well worth it!

Making recommendations about used car operations is always difficult. Buyers new to shopping for a used vehicle may feel like they have been taken advantage of regardless of the quality of the car or the value of the deal. Very few car owners sell or trade in a perfect vehicle, that being said you will rarely find a perfect car on a car lot. I knew exactly what car I was looking for within a 500 mile radius of my home. Macley Auto happened to have just what I was looking for in the color that I wanted. Was it perfect? No. But its flaws were minimal and acknowledged during negotiations. Was there any attempt at deception? No. After ten months of ownership I have not found any problem not discussed prior to closing the deal. I am only giving them four stars because they are small with a limited number of cars to choose from. I hope that they continue to grow and expand, my experience with them was very positive.

Don sold my truck for me during a really stressful time in my life and it made it so much easier on me! He was very good with communication (emails, phone calls) and answering any questions I had. My vehicle sold a few weeks after being posted and he called me to make sure I was okay with the offer. His office is cozy and has a family feel to it. I am glad I met Don and his family and did business with them! Thank you!

Very smooth easy experience. We looked at a car on Friday, were able to take the car for a test drive and then to a local mechanic for an inspection with minimal hassle or pressure. Car was very clean but had a maintenance item found in the inspection. We were able to work out a deal, get the dealer and the bank on the same page, again, with no hassle. Just a very nice experience and I will absolutely recommend them to others. One note, they have a small lot with about 30 cars on site, the one we looked at was already there, not sure how many they have off site.

I bought a trail blazer ss from this dealership soon as I pulled out the dealership the transmission blows ups he didnt wanna help with the tow bill at all. It ended up getting rebuilt he paid some of it I had to come out of pocket the rest mind you I didnt pick the truck up he took it back to his dealership. He told me it came with a 3 year warranty or 3600 miles so it blows up again and the shop says its not covered I stop my payment to the dealership and put it toward the transmission. Now he wanna take me to court for the rest of the payment.😂😂😂 and thats the the truth as your husband said today huh ....... you guys sold a lemon and every body knows it but it is what it is I would never recommend any one to do business with you guys!
