My daughter went here today and they pretty much ripped her off. She said she dont want synthetic oil and thats what she got even though she did not want that oil. Also they keep telling her she needs a new battery. I PUT A NEW BATTERY IN THE VAR LEAS THEN 3 MONTHS AGO. This is where I go for an oil change. I will not be going there anymore.

Fast easy just got in before they closed on Sunday at 5pm. I came back to this location specifically because I could trust that they will do the the job professionally, and efficiently. I do live far from here, but they are consistent and trustworthy.Thanks again for all the hard work 😎💪

I have several Jiffy Lube stores near my house off of Farmington Rd. This place has the best reviews. There out of my way, but they go out of the their way to service the customer. The manager and assistant mgr are friendly, knowledgeable and they dont pressure you in addition services. A few months ago, I came in for an oil change. They said NO, your oil looks good. They topped everything off, and I saved some money. This day I did get an oil change, and they were very thorough, no additional services. Great service 👍

Came jn for an oil change/air filter this time around. The customer service here is great and they do a pretty good job taking care of people who don’t like to do this work by themselves. They have coffee and tea in the lobby and the waiting area is clean.I guess this jiffy lube is going to start doing small scale maintenance work. Radiators, brakes, and stuff like that.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had getting a oil change. Went to get an oil change and spent 2+ hours there. The person who was supposed to be changing my break pads took over and hour and a half … AND HE STILL COULDNT DO IT. He kept saying 20 mins. 20 mins ended up being over 2 hours. Ending up paying 250$ for an oil change!!! DO NOT COME HERE.

I took my Dogde Grand caravan in for an oil change. I had a check engine light on. They told me it was an oil pressure sensor . They charged me $260 $124.99 labor $135 for the part to do this. The next day the light came back on. Now they say its my cadaliuc converter. I googled the average cost for the sensor $132.50-$156 parts and labor. The part at many parts stores is $40. When I called to discuss the matter. I was told by the manager that with my expectations I will have a hard time finding a honest mechanic.This is disappointing.

Quick service, Friendly.Every other jiffy location Ive been to always checks my head lights, break lights and turn signals. I didn’t get that service here.Also something that seemed really off and sketchy to me was one of the main guys asked if I had full insurance coverage, I said I did, and he proceeded to ask me to pull it out and show him, as I’m pulling it out, he says he could take a quick pic, because I have little rock chips on my windshield. States its they could fix them at no extra time and it’s fully covered under insurance. They would go ahead and then bill my insurance after. I declined the “service”.Never have I ever had anyone do that.Not satisfied, and I will not be back to this location

Made me wait an hour to tell me they couldnt finish helping me bc the guy was too busy to take a three minute break to fix what they said they could fix. To try to make things right for my extended weight, the manager tried to give me a free windshield wiper except they didnt have one to give me so I didnt actually get one. Although the people working were friendly they seemed to have a combined total of two brain cells.

Staff were training new members but able to still provide fast, friendly, professional service.

I went in today and was greeted with bad news about my radiator that had to be replaced. The guys were great and got the radiator changed out in good time along with an oil change and some other small things. Price was good. Service was good.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the driveway. I was asked which service I was needing and they told me immediately which line to pull in to and how long it would be. They not only did my usual oil change, but as I inquired about another possible service, a manager came and examined my vehicle to see if they could do that service. He immediately told me that unfortunately, they could not for my particular vehicle and then referred me to an auto service that could. Their service was done very quickly, professionally and they were very nice to work with. I would go back to this particular Jiffy Lube again. I also get good service closer to home at my usual Jiffy Lube. Thank you!

I checked my car after leaving this place. They failed to inflate my tires (the highest pressure was 22.5 PSI), they failed to fill my washer fluid, they overfilled the oil by about half a quart, and they failed to fill the power steering fluid. Whats worse, all these were checked off as being okay in the report.It is worth noting that they do not fill anti freeze or brake fluid reservoir.On the plus side, when I called and spoke to the manager he agreed provide a free signature oil change...but how much do I want to go there again when I have to recheck and fix everything?

Great for DEQ. However, they look for anything to sell you and try to give you a standing deal that is only good for that instant.

Usually I don’t give reviews but the guys at this location really took care of me and my car. For a while now my car has been making some noice when I push on the gas and every time I took my car in for an oil change or other maintenance they always said everything was fine and It just kind of grew on me and then without me even telling these guys anything they inspected my car and found that my air filters needed to be changed they showed me my current filters and gave me a price estimate and threw in a great deal. Overall I’m really happy with how they communicated with me and the overall work. But another thing I want to point out is that they work very well together, they know who’s in charge and he’s running the show nice and smooth. There getting everything done right and fast overall it looks like a great team.

I received great service from Josh and his crew at 20745 SW TV Hwy in Aloha, Oregon. This is a gritty... no frills location. Meaning its not shiny and new... but these guys know what theyre doing. My car is at 148K and they recommended that I move up to high mileage oil. I had a fog lamp out and it was a difficult job but Josh was determined to help me get it fixed. He was awesome. I am super thankful since the fog was really bad the next day(this morning) and I needed it working. THANK YOU!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am after completing signature oil change at your Jiffy Lube location today. Was impressed with the hard work and dedication shown from Tim and Alston. Especially with it being a Saturday on Labor Day weekend. Total time in and out was 15 minutes! Just what I needed as Im always short on time. Also, Tim took the time to inspect my brakes and gave me an honest appraisal as I recently had them checked and knew what to expect. I know other large brake service companies around here arent as honest. Definitely plan on having my brakes done here when the time comes!

I have been coming here for about 6 years and it was all very professional until my recent visit. I will not come again. I got my regular oil change and transmission flush and for some reason my car wouldnt start. I was told by Brian that my lights were on. Its a newer vehicle so my lights are automatic. They had to jump my vehicle twice. Then Brian asks me So what are you going to do about your battery? Excuse me I wasnt having problems with it before so ... Then Brian says Oh it was the alternator no big dealWOW!!!

Went there yesterday to get a signature oil change for high mileage. Tech came to my car window while I was getting my oil change and proceeded to tell me to start my engine after the oil was changed. Then I hear the tech that was under my car scream OIL IS GOING ALL OVER MY FLOOR!!!!! Tech had put the wrong oil filter on my car!!!!! Another tech came to my window and told me that my oil dipstick was broke. I explained that the day before I checked my oil and the dipstick was fine. Then the tech proceeded to tell me that if I come back on Sunday, he can fix it for me. Then wanted to tell me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed. If you cant handle putting in a dipstick properly without breaking it, blaming me for it as well, and putting in the wrong size filter........why would I want to give you another penny of my hard earned money. Let alone work on my car again?!!!!!

I dont like to come on here and do the speak to the manager bit but this place was awful. Not only did they put the wrong fluid in my car, they also charged me for a coolant flush they didnt even do. I paid for the service thinking theyd actually do it. Nope. Might actually call and speak to the manager..

Went in with a fluid leak. Had it diagnosed in literally seconds by a mech. Was leaking transmission fluid from the Pan Gasket. They fixed it in about an hour at a price of a little over $300. Felt a little pricey, but the work was done fast and well. Havent seen anything leaking since.

These guys are amazing, their quick, efficient, and get the job done right the first time. Their always in a positive mood, and provide open honest answers to question, and/or concerns with your car! Shops always clean and just all in all a great environment!

Always justified the extra expense of the oil changes for the convenience but after this latest change my car had an audible whistle in the cabin. They didnt seat my reusable cabin air filter properly and just jammed it into place causing the wire mesh to bend and deform the filter. How can I trust any of the service if they cant seat a simple air filter properly.

Super helpful, showed me all the problem issues in my old car, but they didn’t push certain services that I wouldn’t need right away. Told me what they thought could be the most important issues to deal with and when I should. Even helped out with figuring out the most efficient way to deal with issues. Honestly have always felt I was being pushed to over spend with all oil change places but often don’t feel that way with this branch.I use them often for oil changes.

I love Jiffy Lube, everyone was friendly & helpful. I happened to go in when they had 50& off which is good for me, since I have to use synthetic oil which is more expensive and you can get a DEQ report sent to DEQ so you can get your tags in one stop
