For about $3, you can have your large bottle sanitized and filled in a matter of seconds. Hameed, the store owner, is very patient, answered all my questions, and explained the process in great detail. Clearly, the barrage of five star reviews is not a coincidence. As a chemist, I have my reservations on ozonated water, but Im a fan of the *occasional* high pH water for its taste. The prices here are very nominal, and by visiting here, youll have the satisfaction of supporting a deserving small business. After my first visit here, I dont see myself visiting any other self-serve water dispensers, even though the drive is a bit longer.

We’ve been coming here for awhile, and when Hameed realized how far we drive to come fill up our bottles 2-3 times a month he hooked us up with more bottles so that we don’t have to come back so many times a month.And from reading all the comments, I see this kindness and attentiveness isn’t an isolate event.Hameed is a great guy. Everyone who works here are really great people, they have really great deals on their product and - probably most importantly - the water tastes excellent!

Absolutely amazing! The customer service quality you will receive here is by far the best of any business within the Hillsboro and Beaverton area. Hamid is the upmost respectful person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The quality of water you receive here will make you second guess what you drink from your faucet or even the fill up machines at your local grocery store. This is the only place I will go to fill my water jugs, even on days they are closed or if I am unable to make it during business hours I will wait for the next day instead of going to one of those cheap machines. The filtration process is truly amazing and they take the time to ensure you understand what your drinking. I myself fill up my three 5 gallon jugs with Alkaline water each time I go and have never thought of using another fill up station. You will be treated like family and the energy within the small shop is truly out of this world. This is the place to go if you want perfectly filtered water at a great price with excellent service. Best water Ive ever tasted, I am so happy we found them. Plus they sell great water stands! We were able to fit our water in a small space in the kitchen area which is so much better than using our rolling island. Also my husband loves the storage stand we bought from them - it saves his back! These guys always go above and beyond and I appreciate them.

Ive been coming here for years, but especially since it changed ownership its been an amazing experience each and every time. Throughout this pandemic the owner and his few staff members have worked their absolute hardest to make sure people had water, and they were friendly and kind with every interaction. They know us by sight now and we chat about fishing. It always brightens my day to run this errand.

My partner and I are really into learning about water and what the healthiest options are. We met Hameed today and we thought it would be a 5 minute errand to pick up a jug and head out. It was a fantastic welcoming experience as he showed us each of the water types and let us try samples to see the difference. Excellent customer service and delivery. I have been using this service for about six months and I absolutely love it. The owners are a husband and wife team who really do their best for their customers. The water is always of excellent quality. I recently tried the Alkaline water which my doctor recommended for me to drink with at least a 7 and preferably a 9 PH. I called with no notice and inquired about the PH balance and the owner apologized to me that he had the water available now at a 9.9 PH! He said if he had a few more hours notice he could get it even higher for me! I love this company and Im so happy to see such dedication to their customers.

I am here in Oregon as my son 35 son who is a vet has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I have learned a lot about Alkaline water in the past. I was searching for a place that I could find this water for my son in bulk.I found more that I ever expected. A place that cares about their customers on a personal level. Fantastic!! Best place to get your water bottle refilled with soft water not tap! The man is so very nice. Lets you taste the brands of water for you to decide if you like the tap or the soft water. Cleans and rinses your bottle you bring back to refill then after filling he wipes them down then also puts a cap on the bottle and then asks if you want him to load it in your car for you! Best price for the best water! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Im never going anywhere else to get my water refilled again!

Great water and exceptional service! We moved from CA where we had Reverse Osmosis. I never used to want to drink that water because I didnt like the taste. This water tastes so much better! The have alkaline water, ozone water and reverse osmosis water. The girl that works there is also super helpful. They also have a huge selection of bottles for purchase to fill but they are slightly pricey. Make sure you grab some of their airtight lids to ensure your water lasts longer.

I have had my water delivered from these guys for years. They do an excellent job. They are timely, and can come out in an emergency like I had last night. 10:30 at night and they brought me a new water dispenser and water. Not impressed. After reading the positive reviews I was excited to try this water service. I was especially excited about the fact that they have alkaline water available. I called to set up the service and mentioned the promotion that they have on their site : You can get the freshest, purest, best tasting water delivered to your home or place of business for FREE for 30 days. There are absolutely no strings attached! Use your own cooler or rent one of ours for FREE for 30 days. I was told that they no longer have that deal and that they need to update their site. I asked them if they would honor it since its still there and they said no. Very poor business practice to not honor a posted promotion.

These guys are awesome! they bring me alkaline water for a fraction of what i had been buying bottles for. AND they actually reuse and recycle the containers! they answer phone everytime i call and havent made me wait more than a day for delivery, most times even same day. We love their water. It tastes great and is a good value. We like that it is filtered multiple times and is much safer and healthier to drink. They have lots of BPA free water conrainers also. It is a small locally owned business and they are very nice. We drive all the way from Milwaukie to buy their water. It is the best option in Metro we think. We highly recommend.
