Nothing special about this place, no gourmet ice cream or fancy desserts. Good for a quick fix of ice cream on a warm day!FYI, as of September 2021, theyre having a problem with their freezers. This has been going on at least for 3-4 months with the result, melted ice cream!! 😟 I hope they can get this fixed, sorry I wont be returning until this problem is fixed

My favorite Place to get Ice Cream, My favorite is Baseball Nut, Cheesecake & Butterscotch. Hopefully Pandemic will End Soon so Everybody can try Ice Cream Free Samples. More Vaccines are on its way, hopefully it will End in Spring or Summer 2021.

Saturday Jan. 23rd, went in with grandkids, girl working was moving a paper around said I will be right with you continued to move paper around, another customer ahead of us, she did not even acknowledge, I said we are ready she said again be right with you but continued to stare at all of us and move paper around. I walked out and went to DQ. Lost over 20 dollars of ice cream sale and wont go back, other choices to close by

I went in yesterday and noticed that their employees were not wearing masks. They allowed a family of 7 in the small little store all with no masks.Then on top of that they allowed 2 more people to come in, no one was wearing masks! Total of 13 people inside the little ice cream shop. Me being the only one wearing a mask. So Im assuming that this store does not care about infecting others. Or letting others infect their employees.Other restaurants are doing curbside pick up, or enforcing the amount of people inside the store. Just a suggestion.

Excellent place to grab a quick dessert after dinner out. Friendly and helpful staff. Too many amazing flavors to choose just one!

My Great niece & I have a tradition. When she graduates from each swimming class we come here to celebrate. Many many classes later she calls it,”My & AuntieAunts spot” lol. Thank you for the memories.

Customer service was absolutely amazing the register had to be restarted 3 different times and the facility got very very busy but it was still calm and customer service was great I will keep going back here over and over again.

Must be a new owner cause the place looks great. Wish they served local alpenrose ice cream like they did in the past. Doesnt taste the same. Other than that the place is pretty.

Baskin ribbons is my favorite ice cream place better then other companies.

Will not go back! I ordered a birthday cake for my little boy from this place because its the only place I knew of that could make a rainbow sherbert ice cream cake (his request)When talking with the girl on the phone I told her it had to feed 10 to 12 people and was very addiment about the size being fairly large. She assured me that the HALF SHEET CAKE would serve its purpose. She never said that their half sheet cake size was half the size of what you would get anywhere else.The next day I went to pick up the cake, and it was SO TINY. I said this isnt a half sheet cake sip1pze, and some blond kid who was in there visiting friends with a BR shirt in started yelling oh my God and making a huge ordeal because I questioned the cake. I told the girl that I told her I needed a big cake and why didnt she tell me. I told her I couldnt take this little cake back to the party its embarrassing amd not worth $32. She said the cake I made, I now have to throw away- just so you know. Im throwing it away She got major attitude. I then felt horrible and pictured what my little boys face would look like with no cake at all- so I said Ill take it. Just to give to me. At this point everyone of the employees in the place were very rude to me and made me feel horrible for complaining that I teared up in my car. I called to talk to the mangager and was given the phone number to the owner. I called the owner as requested, and he was nice. But he told me that the cake is big enough and is 10 inches. No Way was this 10 inches. I measured so you can see in the pics. He told me to go back and pick up 2 qts of ice cream on him to help feed everyone. I wasnt gonna leave the party again. He should have given me my money back for the rude employees and that I was unhappy. They could have offered another premade cake to go with mine. But they rather throw what I had away. I wont go back. Dont need teenagers being so rude and condescending to me. Also, dont want to play guessing games on cake sizes.PS: the quality of the cake was bad. I was told there were 2 layers of cake and there was only one layer of cake. The sherbert had ice chunks in it :(
