I would not recommend ordering windows from Parr. The service was beyond terrible. nothing arrives as it is communicated and requires lots of chasing to figure out what is going on as everything is delayed beyond reasonable timeframes. Over half of my windows failed after install. Parr did nothing to resolve this. I ended up having to coordinate multiple trips with the manufacturer directly to resolve issues that should have been handled by Parr as the supplier.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. We went here in May to order some windows for our home. The person we worked with was very nice, but was ultimately a nightmare.We had to call / email several times to get him the measurements for our windows, finally ended up emailing them to him (very clearly marking tall vs. wide dimensions). He sent us a quote which I accepted, and then when the windows arrived, the windows were the wrong dimensions (had mixed up height vs length).When I went to them to discuss, they said that because I had signed for the quote, it was my fault, and the only thing they could do was refund me, or get me the windows at cost (an additional cost of 1/2 the original cost, which was substantial).Heres the thing; these are supposed to be experts... why wouldnt he know what tall means, and why wouldnt they double-check the dimensions were in the right orientation (again, we gave them the dimensions in the correct orientation, they screwed it up... if they cant get that right...).I will never work with Parr again.

We went to the windows and doors show-room to look at options for our remodel project. While the space itself was nice enough with a good assortment of window and doors on display, we were very disappointed with the customer service. We drove 30 minutes out to this location to have someone guide us through our options (brand, material, colors, hardware etc) so we could place an order. Unfortunately we got very minimal guidance and were essentially handed the catalogs and told to look through them and call in with our order. I didnt drive all the way to the showroom to get brochures that are available online. We will be ordering our windows elsewhere.

Great place to unload at. In-and-out no problems.
