I used this company to install our kitchen countertops and I am very happy with the work done. The guys that took the measurements and the installers were very friendly. the work was done quickly, professional and very clean, no trash left behind. the quartz pieces were cut perfectly, they installed the sink, our kitchen looks beautiful. I highly recommend West Valley Stone Countertops. Thank you guys for a great job .

Extremely happy with the quartz products that we purchased from BMG and the quality of installation for our bathroom (2) and kitchen counter tops. As well, the scheduling was on time and any issues (blemishes and chips) were dealt with quickly and at no additional cost. Zack and Mark were very helpful in getting the job done right. Absolute worst experience weve had with ANY business. Install was terrible work and uneven. They promised to come out and fix it. Its been nearly 5 months now and no one ever came despite our dozens of calls. Weve been promised at least 20 times that someone would come. We took countless days off work waiting for them to show up. Each time we called, we were told Theyre on their way now. No one ever showed up. The son showed up a couple times and each time said he forgot his tools and hed be back tomorrow, I PROMISE! he would tell us. Guess who never showed the next day and the whole calling process would start all over. They take your money and dont finish the job. I imagine the whole office must laugh every time they say Theyre on their way now...knowing no one is coming and leaves the customer waiting all day and missing work & not getting paid! Weve waited 4.5 months to get our counters finished...weve written this off as a loss now. Well have to hire someone else to finish the job they started.Weve always tried to support local and small businesses, this will make me reconsider that decision in the future. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Not professorial. If you dont mind paying and then waiting forever for your install then thiis is the place to by your countertop. They give you a install date but well not show or call. Promise another day and it does not happen.Very frustrating, sorry I went with this company

We Love our new Quartz counters, and the guys at Best Marble And Granite did an outstanding job!! The communication was beyond good as Mark said he would rather answer one hundred questions, than have one problem. And being we recently did this job with one of their competitors and had to replace the entire job we had ALOT of questions to say the least. They did everything they said they would, and even went over and above, when we told them we had a family function at our house on the weekend. The guys stayed and worked until 11:45 at night so everything could be ready for our party on Saturday. We couldnt say enough good things about BMG, they obviously care about their customers a great deal!!!

I found them on Craigslist for an ad of $300 per half slab, which was great price. Their office/front desk is rude when I visited or tried to place an order. I am told the person that was rude to me is the business owner Marks wife. She kept saying we have 20 years of experience, we know what we are doing... without listening to my concerns of do I need 1 slab or 2 slab. I got a quote, submitted drawing, was told it was my responsibility to preinstall 5/8 ply below their 2 quartz. When I was ready with the plywood, tried to sign a contract and set final install date. I was told Mark will call you back... call you tomorrow.... After multiple emails and phone calls from me, I get an email from Mark (The business owner) We are booked out for nearly six months. Im sure you wouldnt want to wait that long. Thank you and have a great day! I tried to call back and arrange for an install date 6 month out. I was told Mark is on a conference call and Mark will call you back tomorrow, but never got a call back from them. In the end, I had to use a different contractor and remove all the plywood they told me to install, waisted $500 to $1000 just because they are not honest in their customer interactions! Would not recommend anyone to this business (if they are still in business).

The initial installation went very well. 2 days later we requested backsplash since the tile that we planned on did not look good with the Granite we had installed. 3 of 4 Panels had been saved for us. Weeks went by, now months have passed with no progress. I was told many reasons for the delay including the owners sickness for 2 weeks. We were told we will call you in the morning over and over. I kept on telling Tich and Mark, Dont let this go too long, someone will sell our granite. Now I am told that one piece (66X8 is missing...but on visiting the shop area, I found that 2 small pieces were marked saved for Hollman. I am only left to believe that they sold all of it and are now scrambling to find more and hiding, since I no longer get phone responses to my inquires. Now, we have no backsplash after waiting since November till January 25. Stone is pretty, but in my opinion their office management is terrible. We have been patient and cordial through it all, but to no avail.
