The store not only looks amazing, but last time I walked in it actually smelled remarkably clean.I’m in love with the produce department. It’s so fresh and inviting!My only complaint is that the store seems to have some understaffed departments. I heard a guy on Monday morning talking about how he had just worked a 14 hour shift on Sunday.

The only thing I look for is the chicken its through the right door to your right. Literally all the chicken taste good. 8/10 for the chicken. And a 10/10 for the service, an employee asked me if I was looking for anything I said yes and I found what I was looking for in quick manor. If all employees are like this they deserve a raise.

Hate to be a Karen; these folks parked next to us on our way out. We were Karens; we wanted to see what happens when you bring 4 rats in a grocery store. We wanted to people watch and see other peoples reactions. Same reaction as ours across the board. I will give credit to the front of house for immediately calling management, unprompted, who squabbled with other employees about who should handle bringing rats into a grocery store. not his job. YOU DONT LET RATS IN A GROCERY STORE. THEY DEFICATE AT WILL. Disgusting. And poor leadership on Lances part. Done with this location.

This safeway only has one friendly cashier. The rest seem overworked, exhausted, and miserable. They do not like to answer your questions or help you in any regard. They also accuse me of stealing regularly, and check my bags against my receipt. I have never stolen from here and its frustrating to always be profiled because of how I look/what Im wearing/color, whatever it may be. On top of that, the Starbucks inside is the SLOWEST Starbucks in history of starbucks. There is one nice barista named Chloe and one similarly nice broista that works with her. They are both in training but nice. Overall I would recommend you go to any other store possible.

Its a grocery store lol, nothing that makes it stand apart from any other. If you wanna pop in to grab a pre made vegan sandwich or burrito unfortunately they dont have any like some of the other Safeways but they have a Starbucks inside like most do.

Horrible experience at this store as always. Pricing and items never match or in the wrong place. New store, not really-just new refrigeration units and produce section. Gal in Bakery is a real gem-NOT-a total B. Guess shes not a morning person. And dresses like a vampire, guess shes trying to hide. No worries, I wont go back there. Any other Safeway is so much better. Of course, unless they have what you want and you find it and get out of there! Just dont ask the employees any questions.

I like the remodel. The store feels cleaner and more upscale, then it did. The Chinese food is great! Awesome grand opening deals too!

The remodel is going so nicely. I like it MUCH better since it is no longer Albertsons. They carry a lot of Vegan products which is so helpful & a great choice.

I have been going to this Albertsons for nearly a decade. Now that its a Safeway it had a major facelift, which is nice, but they increased the number of check outs and it really feels cramped up front. Less lines are a nice tradeoff though.

Meh. They arent too keen on enforcing mask mandates.WinCo is better and cheaper.

SAFEWAY at last!!! The new store looks great and the shelves are so full, that I had to come back here and erase my previous bad review of the old Albertsons! I noticed better quality items, specially in bakery and produce Departments. Seeing the Safeway French Bread made me smile! Also the cut fruit packages are actually good. I wondered if they added sugar to my last package of melons because it was so good. The meat dept has so many good deals too. I also noticed an abundance of friendly employees everywhere.The Starbucks girls are lovely!Iam so excited about this change and judging by the absolutely full parking lot, I am not alone!

This location just changed to a safeway and I am glad that they kept all the albertsons employees and the thriftway ones too. Francis is always helpful and knows where everything is. I will continue to shop here!

Yuppie entitled patrons, bit over priced, small selection.It it wasnt across the street from my house, sold beer and had a pharmacy I would avoid it fully.

Place is in find me if you can status...but love the improvements. Closed in coolers instead of open air. Starbucks is now available! Looking forward to end of construction. Though...not really pleased with the small area in the check out lines. Great that there is now self-check out but....I dont like putting the heavy soda cartons on belt. It was much easier to simply flip up barcodes on bottom rack of cart.....in my opinion....

Finally Albertsons is gone and Safeway is here to serve great deli food and not to mention a nice clean updated store.

They are cleaning the place up. Fish area smelt kind of off however they were in the process of cleaning it. New layout is looking good.

This store is run terribly, even be for the remodel this store seemed post apocalyptic. Some of the staff are super helpful and nice but most are very rude and dont want to help you at all especially in the deli department. Ive been ignore until I just walk away multiple times. Almost can never get help in the meat department. I avoid this store like a virus.

The produce guy today was doing a great job. Not sure if he spoke English or if hes there every Wednesday, I could tell he was taking very good care of it all. And the young guy who bagged my groceries was very good at customer service. I got lots of great deals on fresh and delicious food.

They are improving the store. Lots of construction. So if your ok with that. It will look better one day.

This store has a great produce selection compared to other stores in the area. Gets pretty busy during dinner rush, but thats expected. The people are always nice and very helpful when you ask where things are.

Well for what its worth I could say it is very convenient. I could also say is that I see its being remodeled and looking good.

The Aloha Albertsons is the only local grocery store for this immediate area. They are going through a remodel which should improve the store however theyve got a long way to go. The employees that have been there for years are absolutely wonderful and always positive in spite of being what appears to be under appreciated. This store needs to step up their produce area and ensure that items on ad are in stock. Lastly, the parking lot is like the Indy 500, you need eyes in the back of your head to watch out for all the folks that think theyre the only car there! Overall, I think this store is going in the right direction but I hope theyre not just putting lipstick on a pig.... time will tell!

Went to a few private bakeries and they could not even entertain the idea of what I wanted! Bakery made my speciality cake without an issue. It turned out great! Satisfied customer here! Thanks guys!

Had what we needed and service good

Very organized and clean Albertsons. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially a employee named Victor he was so kind when I walked out of the store with my cart and was done with it he ask if he could return it for me. Will definitely come back for groceries.

They have a fabulous bakery and you can clip coupons from their website or app (but I use the website)The best part?? The coupons automatically come off of your total using your phone number and help remind you what youre going to the store for.The keywords when using the search option could be stronger though.

Not my favorite store. A bit run down and the employees dont enforce the rules. For instance tonight there was a woman who did her months worth of shopping and was using the (15 items or less) express lane. Not one employee said a word to her and meanwhile the line piled up behind her. I stop here in a pinch and that is it.

This store always has everything and the workers are always super nice. They have a discount section that all types of good things are in they i hit up every time and always find something i use at the house.

Welcoming, excellent customer service. All around clean store. 4 OUT OF because walking past the pumpkins out on the sidewalk into the road is a safety issue, elderly or children are not always safe from choice drivers...recommends enough safe walking space, pumpkins might have to go inside.

This store is pretty dirty and the customer service is poor. Except one young male cashier, he was awesome, friendly and very good with kids (cant remember his name.)

They have fresh produce store was nice and clean even though its under construction everybody is very helpful and very nice and helping you find things. Pricey but some things are well worth it.

Older store showing its age but well stocked, staff works hard and its pretty popular in the neighborhood.

Always friendly, and personal. Was able to get in and out without too much fuss (with snow and ice on the way).

Despite all the BS with Covid and Albertsons merger with safeway the staff has always been awesome. They seem short handed but the employees are always willing to help.

This is a nice local store that feels safer then alternatives in the covid era. One way isles, less crowded and most of the same choices as some bigger places. Just wish they had a few more dairy free choices in the cheese and yogurt isle.

Mike in the meat dept is always friendly and helpful. He has explained the differences in hamburger and various other things He is always friendly and has gone out of his way to be helpful in these trying times. If you have awards for employees that are courteous, friendly and helpful, Mike should receive an award.

October 12, 2020, update. This store just keeps going downhill. I know they do not read these. I just need the world to know that this is customer services from this store.Today when I call to order two cupcakes for my wifes birthday. As it is just the two of us we do not need a cake. I was told that it needed to be at least a dozen to make an order.

I was in the soda isle for 20 minutes. Not a single soda without high fructose corn syrup. Except Mountain Dew ThrowBack. I dont need all that caffeine! I left with watermelon juice instead :) 5 stars because thats nothing they did wrong, love the other stuff. Fred Meyer has my back for the cane sugar soda.

I like this Albertsons, seems like the deli is open later then other grocery stores so I can grab fried/grilled chicken after work some nights. They have a pretty good selection of premade salads and stuff so all in all I appreciate this Albertsons. I wish it was on my to work I would probably stop in there more!

Desperately needs an update, if covid is spreading anywhere in Aloha its definitely from here. None of the CDC guidelines are followed and its an absolute mess!

Today, I began the process of dismantling the Mt. Everest of cans and glass and plastic bottles that have accumulated at our house since the virus shut down the recycling options over the past several months. Albertsons is just a mile from home and theyre now back open under a number of OLCC restrictions. There is a wait to get into the store before you get to wait to get to the machines, and only two people are allowed in the room at one time. The process from there is smooth and efficient. Im glad my local grocery is back to something very close to full service.

Im a vendor for this place the employees are always nice and communicative. Easy to work with them.

Good distancing instructions, stuff was easy to find. Checkout lines were long.

My favorite store

Lines don’t move quickly. Prices are really high. Tim is the only person who seems to care. Going here is the worst part of my day and I currently work selling car insurance. I think it goes without saying but I’ll say it anyway, avoid if possible. Stop by Walgreens across the street for smaller purchases if you can. They have good social distancing policies, so that’s cool, but it’s still a huge hassle

Lack of face mask enforcement. Poor selection of vegetarian and vegan options they do have beyond meat but most of the packages had broken seals.

Prices are a little high but besides that they always have TP lol🤣🤣👏👏 go here often!

Frustrating when they ALWAYS run out of advertised items, especially when you plan your meals around those items. I am sure that now the trucks and shipments are affected by covid-19, which is totally understandable. Unfortunately, this has been a problem at this store for years.
