At first I ordered a blue cat keychain and a black pepper spray. I was new to the site so I contacted them to see where my order was. Penny reached out to me within a day and told me that my keychain was out of stock, but she was happy to send me the pink cat keychain and pink pepper spray to match. She told me that the pepper spray may come a little later than the key chain. She was very helpful in getting me items that I wanted, even though they weren’t the ones I originally picked out, I was just happy to get similar items. She kept emailed me the invoice and then informed me she was shipping the items out, first thing in the morning. I got the keychain two days later and the pepper spray came the day after. She was very helpful and I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered safety products for my 16 year old daughter. The products were all of the highest quality. I love know that she can be safe if she is out jogging with the hand portable pepper spray or out driving and have protection in her Car. Ive ordered a couple things from PDM Self Defense now and I just have to say that Penny, the business owner, is fantastic. I wont go into details about my first product because I dont want any animal rights groups on my case. With that, I went to PDM Self Defense to find a self defense item to protect myself from an extremely aggressive dog. One that had bitten through my shoe just because I was trying to shoo him off my bed and out of my room. Penny was great in recommending products that would help me control the situation without harming the dog.My second product was a pocket knife that I can easily carry with me everyday. Penny came through on this as well. When I went to order the product, she only had a couple knives on her website for camping and survival. She went out of her way to add more EDC knives to her website and specially added the I wanted so that I could order it. While I only give the knife 4 stars, Pennys customer service and knowledge of the products she sells is above reproach. Great doing business with her!

Getting nothing but the run around. Ordered something 2 weeks ago and they say my order shippee... Keeps promising its on its way but refuse to give me proof. Every email sounds like a scammer.
