The manager, Christine, is very nice. We did the online check in but had a question and stopped in the office. She was very personable and helpful. Our storage unit was clean when we opened it. I love that we can open the gates with an app. So convenient! Definitely recommend this storage facility!

Ive always enjoyed using public storage because of the easy access and the polite friendly courtesy of the employees. And the fact that the bathroom is always clean, (One time i forgot to lock my storage door) and I received an urgent message, a voicemail, and an email to let me know that I needed to come back to public storage the following day to secure my door but in the mean time my door would be secure by public storage. so thank you to Cristina and all the employees at public storage my experience with you guys is the best and I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. Im thankful that my property was protected even if I wasnt there because of a mistake I made. Its good to know that they that got my back.

Ive been using public storage on shaw since 2007.I love it because its clean..easy accessible and Sue was so nice..alway stopped to chat when I would come in and pay..recently I found out she had retired..was a bit sad..had formed a friendship with her..since shes been gone Ive meet a few different people working there..bit the one that stood out the most was a gal named Christine..I just love her personality ❤..so friendly..outgoing and put up with all my crazy questions..one thing that impressed me the most..she remembered my name and had only meet me one time before..its nice to have another amazing..friendly person at the desk again..I hope she stays..it would be nice to her there..miss sue..but Christine is just as amazing as she was..

Rates are not the best and they Will increase yearly by at least $30. If youre looking for one or two months this place is great, but they wonder why they have high turn around... Because they cost too much. Ironic.Customer service is good though

The 2 managers that are always here are rude and don’t seem to care. Always have an attitude or seem annoyed when asking questions.

Christine is aggressive, confrontational and argumentative. She has indifference to people who do not wear suits and ties The lack of business ediquett seems to be normal at this establishment. After talking to district manager he supports her bad behavior. My recommendations looking elsewhere.

Charity was very helpful and courteous, she showed me around to a few spaces, and even let me know about some good ways to protect my stuff, have not rented here yet but would definitely recommend this location just because of her kindness, and for being very thorough and straightforward on the rules.

We got a unit for temporary storage as we get our house ready for sale. Jennifer helped us and did an excellent job going over all of the options available to us. Their pricing was significantly better than their competitors down the street. Unit was clean and dry when we moved in.

The rates are kind of middle-of-the-road. There is actually a standard light bulb + standard switch in unit, which is not as standard as you would think- in most storage places.Maintenance (?) guy was walking, what appeared to be, very bored loops around property. Although we were the absolute only people on-grounds- hell prob. the only people in 2000 yds, while finishing off-loading in an outdoors-type situation- the Maintenance/Mask Patrol made sure to chastise + remind us that masks must be worn at all times on the property- even if no one is, or could ever be, at risk. (Although no one said a word and was quite glad to take my money in the office on the day of the sale/rent day...) I told Oh, its OK sir, Im not Muslim and he tilted his head and walked on, thankfully.So remember to bring your face tampon along if you come to this branch of Pubic Storage-Well see what happens next go-round, so stay tuned...

I work for budget movers, and we had a drop off there today. Neva the manager, had to let me in because the customer hadnt arrived yet. She was extremely hospitable! Told us that if we needed anything at all. Just to let her know. The grounds, and facilities were clean, organized, and she was absolutely amazing. I will ABSOLUTELY do business here again.

I would give them more stars if there were any more. My experience overall was 100 percent positive. I have never felt so important to anyone Ive done business with like I did here. Suzanne was wonderful and very friendly and what an awesome customer service experience. She went over and above what she would normally be expected to do. I didnt even end up renting after all and I was still treated with the utmost respect in every aspect. I am disabled and its hard for me to get around and my second visit after she saw me struggling to walk, she came to me. What more can you ask for. Their prices are very reasonable and they have move in specials for new customers which are absolutely amazing. The place is clean, good atmosphere and Suzanne. 😊 If you are looking to rent a storage unit where you will be treated like an important customer, look no further. Public Storage in Aloha is it. I will not even question my decision if I need a storage unit in the future because Public Storage is where its at. You will not be disappointed.

Just rented a unit today and everything went smoothly! Unit was clean and ready. Kelly helped me through the process of signing up and making sure I was able to get in the unit. Was very patient in helping me with lock for unit. Highly recommend.

Despite having some issues with my services and customer service, the district manager Darren was more than understanding and accommodating. It is rare to see upper management step in and handle an issue with such levels of concern and empathy. Certainly turned my opinion and experience around. Super appreciated and exceptional follow through.

Public storage is kept very clean. Neva has been so great answering our questions and offering help when we have asked for it. We stored all our belongings short term while our house was finished. We felt everything was safe and secure.

Individual running front desk was very nice and efficient. Easy move in, straight to the point. Took maybe 20 minutes. Would recommend!

Patrick was more than helpful, I was in and out with in 30 minutes. He helped understand how everything worked from price to locks. This definitely make using a storage unit super easy and very good service. I strongly recommend this location.

I was able to reserve a space online and avoid filling out a lot of paperwork. Suzanne called me a short time later to confirm my reservation and arrange a time to see the space, get codes, etc. She is very friendly, warm and knowledgeable, and they run a very clean and well kept facility. My unit is exactly what I need and so far Im completely satisfied.

We visit 15 to 20 Public Storage sites a month with our business and this is one of our favorites. Suzanne is the manager and she is very helpful. She understands people and their needs, she will not steer you wrong.She even introduced us to the District Manager Joseph, such a nice young man. Having them as a team really works. We will let our friends know to rent from this location and We would rent here again too.

Robin went out of his way by staying a few minutes late to accommodate my work schedule. He was very friendly and easy to work with. The location is very secure and easy to access. I would recommend this storage location to anybody!

The manager is amazing she gets all three stars. She helped me for everything move in move out it was amazing service. However public storage can reduce the price they hiked my price by $40 after six months. Thats a bit extreme as we are over inflation but they feel as people can afford the extra money. Susan is the managers name tho congrats public storage on keeping her shes an asset.

We rented a unit here for a short term move. The space was clean, dry and easily accessible. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. I had a rushed and intense move out on top of my already sensitive disposition. I talked fast and manic and somehow didnt convey I was trying to avoid insurance and they thought I wanted it. After frantic calls because I panic easily the woman at the office got it all sorted for me and I am so grateful. The kindness and quick correction really made me feel safe and secure with my choice.

This was my first experience at Public Storage and so far Im very pleased. Luke is awesome. He showed me the unit to make sure it would accomodate all my needs, was very polite, informative, and just a pleasure to talk to. :)

We’ve been here a year and just upgraded units. I measured our previous 10x20 unit which is a 9’ 10” x 17’9” and our new unit is supposed to be a 10x30 which is a 9’9” x 26’ roughly. Other than that the place is clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

I was in Public Storage recently trying to determine the size of a storage unit I would need. Suzanne was fabulous at helping me figure out the size I would need for the amount of belongings I have. I was very surprised when I pulled in for sure. I expected a dump with some garages. The complex was clean, the property manager was very nice and professional, and they gave me an awesome deal. I only rented for a few months, but Im glad I chose this place. If u need a storage unit, definitely keep Public Storage as the Go-To place.

Ive been renting from public storage now for over a year and a half and just had a problem with the very last payment. Tried to talk to their home office and kept getting the runaround. Neva not only help me but stayed late to do so and treated me like a person.

I came in today with my business partner and we got a 10 by 10 for what we need. Luke helped us out with what we needed. Made us feel like we can do business with them and I cant tell people how good that is for my business. I would definitely tell people about Public Storage and have them deal with Luke.

Patrick did a fantastic job! He was so good at explaining and answering questions. Especially when the computers went down he was so patient and had to do a new move in by hand.

Absolutely ridiculous rent raises. Never again will use them. Dont believe their commercials. Might be okay shirt term but if your looking for extra storage for seasonal items go elsewhere.
