Fast and easy. This time I came in to do a fax. This store also is a Amazon return drop off, so easy youd think you did it wrong or something. No matter the business you have to complete I have found they can help you get it done! I have been coming here for various reasons for many years and never a negative experience.

This store has always been nothing but helpful and friendly to me. They are often very busy, and still maintain their cool. Not sure why it has such a low rating. Been going here for years for my shipping needs, never a problem for me. The only problems I have seen are other customers and their behaviors. The ONLY thing I could suggest is more staff, but even then, probably fairly difficult to predict busy times in these uncertain times.

Ive used this store for Amazon returns quite a few times. Its always very quick and I never have problems.

Id recommend going to one of the other local options.

This is our neighborhood UPS store and theyve been very nice to us over the last 4 years.

I had to return a pair of shoes to converse and it said to drop it off at any UPS store. This is the closest to me, I had no issues.Employees were kind and helpful.Sadly, it costs $11 for some tape and a box (I’m sure I had a box laying around at home) but I was already at the store. (No fault to UPS)I was able to ship my return and I was asked if I wanted a copy to track my package. I gladly accepted.They currently do have a max of 3 customers in the store.

Dont bother with the red-headed notary here. She told me my forms (sent to me from the title company for a house Im purchasing) are fraudulent and illegal. I called my title company to confirm and the whole office laughed at what she said.Reply: The store manager must not be familiar with the current notary laws then because I went to Old Republic Title in Hillsboro and they had no problem notarizing the same exact forms, exactly as they were and said all of the forms were standard for what I was needing them for... INCLUDING the pages I was told were illegal to notarize. I patronize this exact UPS store frequently for all kinds of things because its 12 blocks from my house. Luckily Im moving because this whole experience has made me never want to visit this location again.

1 employee at the register. Line out the door and down the sidewalk. Been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Disappointing.

Went in to get documents notarized today. The manager lady is worse than the Gustapo!!! She was SO rude to a delivery driver dropping off packages it wasnt even funny.Attention franchise Owner: If you want your business to be successful perhaps you should send in secret shoppers. This woman will be the demise of this location. Having an I am better than you attitude kills clients from returning.We will NEVER be back to this location, due to her behavior.It was pretty damn demeaning for the driver to be reprimanded by her in front of clients 🤬

Worst place ever. I am so disgusted by how they treated us today. So unhelpful. So unfriendly. Unprofessional. Very un polite. We waited for over 30 minutes to get few things ship and know the price because they kept asking each other stuff and then made us pay so much money for a small box. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

Glad to know that I paid over $40 to have packages delivered by Friday last week and there is still no status updates or tracking information available a week later. So great!

The clerk ignores your questions.Do not trust the online estimator; your price will be higher.In fact, dont even bother using the online estimator. It told me $26 online, but it cost me $50 at the store.

I came here to return my rented textbook to amazon.The staff here was very calm and friendly!I was a bit worried because of low star-rate, but it was great!

Unpleasant and unhelpful. Dont ever go here!Employee entered incorrect shipping address despite being given the correct address in writing. When elderly customer did not catch the mistake, was told they have to find transportation, come back in and pay for shipping all over again. Though UPS corporate said the store could provide the corrected address and foreward. Horrible customer care!

Don’t go here. They don’t stock all the envelopes UPS offers. I had to send legal documents with prepaid UPS labels. I had to buy the envelopes myself because they didn’t have legal envelopes.This is very lame, so avoid this store and go down to the one in the Esplanade. That UPS store will at least stock all the envelopes UPS offers.

Hate to be that guy, but even while waiting in line for 10+ minutes the customer behind me complains how it’s always like this and doesn’t know why she goes here. 1 employee on site with a line out the door. Once I get up, she was quite friendly, apologized for the wait. Put my package in the scale which I had boxed and packed already... and the cost was over $33! Wow. I paid $9 to get it to me. Sorry no just wasted my time. Drove up the road to the good ol’ post office and waited all of 3 min and it was out the door for less then $13! The cost isn’t a reflection on this store, more ups the company, but the price gouging is on point. Ups you need to step it up. I get 99% of my packages from your competition in 2 days on the nose for a fraction of the $$. But I’ll add a Star here for the notary service, that’s a plus.

11:30 am, 14Dec17: Returning a rental textbook, the package was dropped off at the store and was delivered back to my house by UPS the next day. Calling the store, I was immediately placed on endless hold and then could only get an answering machine for some time afterward. I finally had to call Corporate.

My favorite store. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Terrible service. I went to drop off a UPS package for a Return to Sender service, and they flat out refused. They said it was against their contract with UPS, even though theyre a - guess what - UPS STORE... They gave me a 1-800 number to call to schedule a pickup, but it was the wrong department number and the people I spoke to couldnt help me either and also had no option for a Return to Sender. I asked the store associate if this was a new policy with all UPS Stores, or just theirs, and they said all of them. I proceeded to call the next nearest UPS Store, and they were much nicer and actually accepted my Return to Sender package drop off right away without the senseless runaround and with no excuses and got the job done promptly. Avoid this store, unless you like to waste time, enjoy hassles, or I suppose, if you only have a prepaid label to drop off and nothing else too complicated.

Well there is no zero stars or I wouldve picked zero. The owner doesnt stand by her word. Didnt pay the right wages and or amount of hours. Said she would fix it never has. Customer service starts with the owner and the way they treat employees. Still never heard from payroll and she promised to fix it February 5th 2017.

Friendly team who greeted me as soon as I walked in. I had to ship a box, and it was quick and easy.

Eh. I only go here to drop my stuff. The employees here never seem nice and they are usually rude. If the employees attitude were better, then Id give a higher rating.
