Good for party stuff but doesnt seem to have much collection or unique stuff

I used to love this store. I always bought bunch of decorations for my daughters birthday last year. This year me and my husband went to this store and bought a moana stuff for my daughters in coming birthday. After a week i opened the table cover to see the real picture of the table cover and i saw was reap to the side. It was not just reap but its a defective product you cannot fix it because you cannot put tape because both sides dont meet together it looks like an oval shape. My husband went to the store and tried to returned and explained but the old lady said they dont accept returns if it is open. How could you say that, my husband kept explaining to her that how can you see if the product is defective without opening it. She refused the refund. I paid too much and buying stuff from this store and recommended from all my friends. I will never come back from this store and will never recommend. Be careful customers. I will report this and file a complaint for being unfair for the customers.Better to buy in amazon. If it is defective they will refund your money or sometimes exchange them without returning them.

I love the balloon selection and the friendliness of the staff. They are willing to help as much as they can even under pressure such as graduation weekend!!

Such a great “party spot!” The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great themes and such a huge balloon selection! Definitely recommend you stopping in for your party needs.

This was my first time there but the ladies working were friendly and very helpful and also efficient. I will go back for more party needs. I only went there to have balloons blown up that I had already purchased online, but I found two more there I liked and bought those as well.

They have a lot of great party stuff. Cheapest place I found to get helium for my balloons.

Prices are great. The customer service wasn’t that great. The girl who rang my wife and I up was just bland to us. There was a white woman she helped before us and was super nice. As soon as I came up with my wife she changed her attitude towards us. I was very nice to her regardless saying please and thank you to her. With a rude tone she said all sales are final. This was the first time I’ve ever stopped by this store and not sure if I will be coming back. If I do it’s because my wife said so.

They have a great selection of character birthday supplies and prices are decent. They really work with you on the customization of the ribbons for the balloons.

The staff went above and beyond and genuinely seemed delighted to help us with our gender reveal. We handed the associate an envelope that we hadn’t opened with the gender of the baby in it. A few moments later she handed us a handcrafted box with a tab to pull. Perfectly simple and elegant solution for what we wanted. Went home and videotaped the reveal. Very special for us!! Thank you!!!!

Awesome party store with a large selection and great prices. They have a great reward program too. Definitely a good place to go when throwing a party. I love this place! They have a wide selection of balloons too as well as holiday party decorations.

Needed some specific items for decoration and the owners were very helpful in looking for the same. They even pulled out boxes from stores so I could look at more options. Would definitely recommend to others and am sure I will be back next time.

This place is overpriced. Is there looking for party decorations go to Dollar Tree. But at some party spots if you know the bar thats close by they will give you a discount of some kind. So Ive learned and I have done. I never come here unless its for emergencies. Wants to pay over $5 for a plastic Tiara when you can go to the Dollar Tree and get it for a dollar and its usually way better. The service is nice in the place is clean its just overpriced is all

When me my daughter and son in-law went here to get balloons for my grand daughters 3rd birthday party they said we were only allowed 8 helium balloons per person so my daughter got 8 and sin in law got 8 and I got 1 #3 balloon. The manager came out to the parking lot 2hen we were loading them in the car and told us we can never get helium balloons from this store again .

All old items we are almost done with April and the are still selling 2019 new years stuff and the prices are astronomical. Over $1 for a solid color balloon, no way. I would avoid this store.

I made a large pre order of 26 balloons. I picked up the day of the party, saw a bunch of balloons and went directly to the event. When I got there I realized the its a girl balloon was missing so I called and said I just picked up my balloon order and noticed the its a girlballoon isnt in the order The person on the line came back at me with immediate agitation and rudeness saying well I blew them up myself so you must have lost it because I can guarantee it was there when you walked out of the store I was completely taken aback by his rudeness and lack of customer service. He said he would replace it but that I better Not blame them for me losing the balloon. After that I decided to count the balloons and I found I was 4 short in total. I called back to tell them I was actually missing 4 and not 1 and again I was met with a complete lack of customer service. I was told this time you must have let go of one of the bundles and they flew away. I can guarantee you left the store with all of your balloons Now call.me crazy, but I am pretty sure I would notice if a bundle of FOUR balloons floated away from me I the 5 seconds it took to go from the store to my car and then the next 5 seconds of my car to the house. When I picked up the replacements I asked for the owners info. I was told the man I had been talking. To was the owner. He AGAIN blamed the missing balloons on me. Listen, even IF it was my fault and somehow four balloons floated away in front of me and I didnt see it, the correct customer service response from an owner is, I am sorry that something happened. We will go ahead and replace them. Have a wonderful party NOT well I will replace them but its your fault you lost them I will never be shopping here again and I have been making sure to tell everyone I know planning parties to not shop here either. Unbelievable how rude the owner and his staff were.

Great variety of party items, whether its birthdays (kids and adults), baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, etc. staff has always been incredibly friendly! Its a little spendy, but you get what you pay for. Ive always liked the quality of the items Ive purchased here.

This is a small party supply store with a lot of heart. Its the only party store in the area and although it is small, they have quite a variety of colors and themes of plates, party favors, decorations, and balloons! Something for every holiday too. Very nice and helpful staff as well.

Inexpensive to expensive, they will have the right balloons for you. Also some neat decor, balloons are the highlight of this store. Become a member to their club if you are a frequent customer and you will be very happy.

Great place and you will definitely get everything needed for a birthday party. But the ladies in the store are not behaving normal with asians. The young lady at checkout was reluctant to help and very undriendly. There was old lady who was complaining about some items we decided not to purchase but left them at different isle. When we are shopping for birthday we do drop certain items on the way. You should not be treating customer like this. Give respect to people of all ethnicity.

For my sons 1st birthday, I went to party city, (I live on the east side), and didnt get what I really wanted. Then I went to the Party Spot. Got EXACTLY what I wanted, for 1/3 of the cost!! Been going here for every party since and my son will be 4 in a couple weeks!

The ballons are higher priced now because of a world wide helium shortage. Not sure if that true but it sounds crazy. I believe them, I guess at least they give you a reason for raising prices. Its already a bit expensive anyways. We really only go there when we are in a hurry, im suprised that it can stay in business, I almost never see anyone in there when we go in. Pretty good location though, and the hawaiian place next door is really good. They do have a very good selection of different party styles, sometimes its fun to just walk around in there and look at funny items.

I went here looking for decorations for my daughters first birthday party. I wasnt particularly impressed or overwhelmed with the selection of decorations. They had things to choose from, but nothing that I liked much. It seemed as if this store had seen better days or had recently been wiped out. Lots of empty shelf space and some items just seemed old and dusty.They do however have a large selection of mylar/foil balloons, and they will fill balloons for you if you bring them in. They also stock many different colors of cups, plates, streamers, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I bought 2 $5 dollar balloons yesterday and today they are completely deflated and on the floor. Went back to this place to exchange and they were nasty and rude to us and when I say is I mean my 2 year old son The clerk said “it is your fault but now you are make no me pay for it” seriously I spent $90 bucks on supplies here that I could have gotten on amazon for much less. Do your self a favor and don’t go here!!!!

I purchased some large number balloons on Saturday for my sons 18th birthday party. When we left the store, one of numbered balloons floated away. This was due to the poor tie to the string. I went back in to get another balloon. The gentlemen up at the front was very condescending and basically said sorry that happened and sorry I have to charge you for another one. Ugh. So frustrating, when this was not our fault. He eluded to the fact that you have to hold on to the balloons, like we are idiots. Of course we held on, as a matter of fact, I still had the string in my hand AND it was clipped to the other string of the other balloon. Ok - fine, I have no choice but to buy another balloon, so I purchase another one. As we are leaving, the same man asked if we needed the balloon tied around our wrist? So rude, and no way to treat your customers. This was clearly staff negligence (the one that tied the balloon to the string) and he offered no restitution but instead treated us with a condescending attitude. I will not be visiting again.

Great little local party store. The two bigger stores in the area have gone out of business, so this is a much needed addition. Lots of variety for all occasions.

I find the staff at The Party Spot to be very nice and helpful. This is a great store to stock up on supplies for your next party. I highly recommend it.

I originally went to Dollar Tree to be COMPLETELY disappointed! So I drove out to this store, and it was totally worth! It was small but had everything I needed. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in knowing where things were and even grabbing items for me!

Pretty much a little bit of everything, but plan ahead and prepare to supliment to fill your complete list. Great staff and owner!

Had what we were looking for, prices were better than I was expecting. Had to find an employee to meet them know we were ready to check out, they were in the middle of restocking the store and didnt see us at the register.

I go in here with my son and the man behind the counter is so rude and nasty to us to the point that he ripped things out of my toddlers hand. Never been treated so badly! Will never go back again
