Broke 8 lug nuts AND PUT THEM BACK ON!!!! 2ND TRIP. BROKE BENT 2 RIMA AND BLAMED ME HOWERE WE HAD THEM INSPECTED AFTER AND IT WAS THEM PUTTING TIRES ON.

Called to see if my size tire was in stock, it wasn’t (not a big deal) and before I could ask when they would have any the man who answered the phone hung up on me he was very rude and did not allow me to ask any questions, as well as answering so quickly that I’m unsure he even actually looked

I went in today 9/22/2017 and they fixed a perfectly fine tire, resulting in a crack in my front passenger tire getting a side crack in it. They refused to help in anyway other than if I had a warranty through them on my current tires. I didnt receive a refund for their mistake.

I lifted my car at home to rotate the tires and found that one tire has tread separation. When i brought the vehicle to the walmart tire center, they claimed that it was “too rotten” to lift. Kind of weird how the day before I was safely underneath a lifted vehicle removing the tires and doing an inspection. Michigan salt must work REALLY fast on vehicles. The kicked is that the mechanic would not even talk to me, he had to get someone else to give me the news. I wonder what they broke...

Friendly staff and its always convenient to he able to shop while your car is worked on. But definitely plan on spending some time there because its ALWAYS busy!

This is a good budget friendly alternative however theyre is one employee that could use A customer service course- especially on the phone. Maybe I caught her on a bad day.

Replaced the car tires. Took awhile but good service

Very poor policy or knowledge not sure which. We punctured the side wall of a tire, took it in to ask about our road hazard and crabby lady says “because grandpa bought tires ( just 4 months ago) for grand daughter at Christmas that is transfer of ownership” policy void 🤬

Everytime its 2 to3 hrs wait and their will be like one car back their and today wait over 2 hrs then they tell me they cant do my tires after waiting they dident even move the vehicle their lazy will never give them the time of day again

It was Saturday night and I found a 3 inch nail in my tire. I had a long trip the next day over 400 miles to drive. I took my car in and the friendly auto care workers had my tire patched in a jiffy. Thank you!

Excellent service and additional care from Mr. Josh White. Bought 2 new tires, and 2 tires rotated to back. I wasnt going to keep the drv front, but Mr. White saw it was a much better tire than the back, but I was told it had a slow leak. Mr. Josh White checked my tire not once, but twice, to ensure there was no leak (otherwise he would have repaired the tire). He filled it with a can of fix-a-flat and dunked the tire. He couldnt find a leak, so he repeated the process to ensure the quality. This service was at NO ADDITIONAL COST to me! Fantastic service, completly satisfied, will keep coming back. Alpena, Mi.
