Wasnt really happy with this place. They had my husbands car for about 3 weeks to fix a simple oil sensor problem. He was in town for his 2 week military TDY. They broke something in the process of fixing it and had to order a new part. We had to rent a car for my husband to get back to WV which we had to pay for out of pocket cause they didnt offer to comp us a rental for THEIR mistake. After having to take off work and pay for an extended car rental and Hotel for a 2 day trip to retrieve his car, we get on the road half way home and the oil sensor light goes off again so This repair shop DIDNT fix the problem. But offered to take a look at it again if we drove the 1000 mile trip back to Michigan 🙄. Again you think they would offer a refund seeing as there was no way possible we could turn around and go back to Michigan again. On a good note, Im sure they are a good shop if you happen to be a local and dont have a forgein car they arent use to working on.

From out of town, stopped in because my breaks started screaming out of nowhere. Al fit me in right away in case it was a safety hazard. Chris looked at all the brakes/pads/shoes/rotors and gave a full run down of what they saw. Spotted some rust damage, prioritized what needed to be done, labor cost is reasonable. Also, super clean place and smells nice. :) Definitely knowledgeable and super friendly. Will be back to take my truck in and am confident they’ll do a great job.

I cant believe how absolutely lucky we were to have been taken care of by Al!! A Senior Master Tech replaced the belt, tensioner, pully and two coils with plugs and had us back heading home by 11 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Ive never seen a better place in my life. We are so so so grateful!!!!!We are from Madison, Indiana and broke down 23 miles north of Alpena in a 28 foot RV (Ford F450) and had to be home by Sunday. We knew the serpentine belt was off, but thats all we knew for sure. Roadside assistance, GoodSam, let us down terribly with two other tow services that never showed up. After a few hours and no-call/no-show from Georgies or Rons I called Jeromes. He asked for photos of the hitch/rig and was there in 45 minutes. He called around on his own and got us into this amazing place with Al! We were able to stay in the camper overnight and he was there first thing in the morning. They arent even open on Saturday, he was moving furniture and even promised his little buddy swim time, so I deeply appreciate him helping us out with our crazy mess!!!

Figured out a complicated trailer lighting issue that turned out to be both the trailer and the truck. Skilled, professional and fast. I recommend them.

The best shop around! They service all my gas and diesel vehicles. Its so great to have a shop that I trust, that can fix anything I can break. Vehicle repairs can be stessfull, but they always make it easy. I love their attention to detail. There shop is always very clean and organized. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. Al always takes the time to explain the repair process to me and thats very important to me because I like to know why it broke.

Al is very knowledgeable in what his shop does. He is also extremely customer centric. He will shop around for competitive bids on parts and let the customers know the prices he found and the warranty for the parts. If the part is more expensive than initially thought, he will call the customer to let them know what it would be.

Truck driver from Ohio, delivering a load to Alpena, airlines froze up and Al and his staff went out of their way to help me. Very nice and hospitable people. Highly recommend!

$35 alignment went as expected. They told me areas I need improvement and gave me excellent service. Very friendly. Keep in mind, when you need an alignment and it requires more than a simple front end alignment, it will cost you more money. A 4 wheel alignment will probably cost more than a front only, I only needed a front, and it only cost me $35 +tax.

My dad and I were both traveling to the Alpena Antique Tractor show from out of town when his master cylinder went out pulling a trailer and my air conditioning compressor went out pulling a trailer. Luckily, we decided to contact these guys based solely on the number of Google reviews and we were not disappointed. They were able to get both of our trucks in and fixed the next day for an exceptionally fair price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service - We lost our four wheel drive. Al showed us what the problem was, explained why it occurred and how it would be repaired. Michelle and Al were very hospitable. Shop area, waiting area and even the bathroom were exceptionally clean. Fair pricing - did not feel shafted since we don’t live in the area but if we did then this would be our go to repair shop! Came into town from the Detroit area. Had a problem with my vehicle. I needed a thermostat replacement. I went to autozone, and attempted to do it myself. However, upon doing so, I broke the bolts inside the housing. Called this repair shop and they not only were able to helo me, but he had me in and out within 30min. My problem was repaired, and I was back on the road. Absolutely love these guys!! Very professional, reasonably priced, and they know what they are doing. Thanks guys!!

This shop is a waste of time, they quoted me $4000 for a blown head gasket and some other things. Come to find out it was only a water pump. The guy has no clue what he’s talking about. Definitely would not recommend this shop!!!

I stopped in asking about a potential problem, so they took it in and put the truck on the hoist, removed tires inspecting my beaks, checked all my joints. Didnt find anything needing attention, this took approximately 25 minutes of their time. No Charge, wouldnt take one cent! This is one more reason that I give this place a 👍.
