Had an appointment at 4:15. I was not informed that it’d be a long wait for a simple tire rotation when I checked in at 4:10. An hr & a half later when my car still hadn’t moved, I asked how much longer it would be & Carl at the front desk was extremely rude & said “we’ll get to it”. What was the point of having me make an appointment if you were just going to take everyone else that walked in without an appointment before me? And why wouldn’t you tell me that I’d be waiting over an hour when I checked in? If you’re running behind, that’s understandable. But to not mention anything & continue to take walk ins first over the people that made appointments is rude. I left with out getting anything done. Poor customer service doesn’t even describe it.

Can’t give 0 stars. My friend (who I was helping) called prior to try to make an appointment to get all 4 tires changed. Carl answered and said just bring it in whenever, no need for an appointment. We live an hour away.I drove up there and dropped it off while my friend was at work. They were busy, I get it. Told him a few specifics of what my friend wanted and Carl didn’t bother to write it down, just took my number and said he would call me when it’s done. I walked downtown for 3 hours. Came back and the vehicle didn’t move. I went inside and asked how much longer and he said they were trying to fit it in between appointments (which they told us not to make, just drop it off). I walked out upset and called my friend who then called them and told them I have no where to go and have been walking around for hours already and was told we didn’t need an appointment so what’s the deal? Next thing I know it’s the next one headed in, I can only assume it’s because of the phone call my friend made. Vehicle gets done in decent time however one of the valve stems isn’t reading properly. I go back in to tell them something’s wrong and they write down my info to call me in for a ‘redo’, who knows how long this will take because I’m assuming I’m going to the end of the line. I head back outside to park and the gentleman that did the work changing the tires came out telling me to hold on, he forgot one of the hubcaps. He put that on quick and I mention to him that the valve stem isn’t reading properly, another coworker of his says to just have me pull up to a door and check it. I do that and he spends less than 5 minutes fixing all of the little nit picky things for me and I’m good to go, finally. They charged an extra $20 from what my friend was quoted for the service. Final thought: not one employee was wearing a mask. I understand the guys back in the shop area but not at the front desk. I saw more customers wearing them than employees.

They are doing what they can for being the only place to get tires in town right now, until Walmart tire center opens back up, but even then at Ball tire you get more service after the sale. Every time Ive been here in the past few months, it has been quite the wait as they are extremely busy. So dont come when you dont have the time for delays or you dont have patients. Witnessed rude women expecting things done for them within a hour, the world dont work like that honey. My only pet peeve is the lack of Covid-19 prevention happening there, no protection at the main desk or sanitation going on.

Surprised to find that they now charge to mount and balance new tires when you buy them there. Been buying tires from ball tire for near fifty years, never saw that before, and as Eldon Zybel always said, we dont sell tires without road hazard.

Huge shout out to Carl Ball and his crew at Ball Tire. Not only was his crew friendly and courteous they took extreme care of my wifes new car and the price was half what we were expecting to pay for her alignment. Dont forget these hometown shops during all this craziness in the world. They do more than just tires.

This place was great! The staff was friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this place for new brakes and tires. They also sell Rockford Fosgate subwoofers!

Rude. The service guy smoked in my car, and went through my glove box. Also, they were supposed to check my tires including the spare, yet they let me leave with my car smelling of cigarette smoke, and my rear passenger tire 10psi low on air.

Was told to drop tire off. Did so at 1:30pm was told come back in a half hour. Sounds to good to be true so I came back in 45. Well its 4:30 with no sign of them getting close. At first I thought ok I gotta go between appointments. Well after Ive seen countless walk ons come and go since Ive been sitting here Im realizing these guys just suck.

Came here for a tire rotation and they were very busy. Carl said to either come back later or in the morning. I did a few other errands and came back. He motioned for me to drive on in a station and two of the guys completed my tire rotation in 6 minutes! I usually dont time work but the one guy suggested it wouldnt be long. We have bought our tires here so there was no cost.

Went in to fix a simple leaky valve stem before an important trip the next day. Next morning went out to find a completely flat tire. Missed my meeting, spent the whole day trying to get it towed to a different shop and then fixed. The other shop said that the valve stem that they took out was the stock factory one. I dont know what these guys did to my car but they sure did the opposite of what I needed. The front desk rep could use a lesson in customer service as well . . .

Amazing! The customer service was excellent. The tire selection was more than adequate. The speed that they replaced my tires was outstanding! I was spending a large amount of money. So I kind of expected good service. But the next customer was there for just a tire repair. Their effort in helping him was just the same. I will return and send friends and family.

Ball Tire is another example of a business doing right by providing quality brand-name products at seriously competitive prices. I stopped in today on no notice, asking for 3 Carlisle RV tires. The desk man, very gratiously, offered me to accompany one of his guys into the storeroom to assure I was getting the exact tire match to the desired brand on the rig. From that moment of confirmation, it was 13 minutes later that three tech teamed up to mount tires up and load them into my truck. I barely had time to pay the thrifty bill. Yep, they do everything right!

Very unpleasant experience. 1, what the website says for price is way off. They advertise good prices but when you go in they only have expensive one in stock of course lol. 2, customer service is awful. When we were in there the phone was ringing and a mechanic said tell them were closed. Just bad attitudes all around. Especially the fellow answering the phone.

They were really disrespectful towards me and and broke my $80 hubcap on my chrome rims and I asked them to check 2 of my tires and they only checked one and they didnt even look at my other one that day I had a flat at Walmart cuz on them. Went in to purchase and switch out a tire. Was told it would take 30 minutes yet I sat there for 3 hours while a lady let her 2 kids run around the store. Staff was friendly.

Horrible experience, overpriced used tire that went flat the next day. A worker said we hit their car, cops came out and laughed as there was no marking on car. Indecent people work here.
