Below one on customer service. Sent my grandfather in for help with new phones and service switch. He requested the sales associate call me and the individual refused to. Contacted corporate they are emailing the manager with my complaint and contact. Let’s see how good his customer response is. Not happy at all.Has been to the store twice this week. Still very disappointed in the service. It’s very sad that all we are trying to do is transfer lines and up grade phones.

Worst customer service I have ever came in contact with there quick to take your money and sell you over priced phones and act like there gonna help you when you have a problem but thats not true every time I have went in there they are always rude,unwilling to help you and then they just give you paper with a phone number to call so if they cant help you in store at all then what are they getting paid for we have 8 lines with them we are in the process of finding a new phone service i would suggest you do your research before you buy something from them!!!

Have the phone I wanted on show floor but not a single one in the store and was told couldnt ship one to the store itself... Verizon is litterly worst company out there when it comes to convenience and customer service. Was second store that told me this

Ugh. I get that I am not a super whiz kid at technology, I get that the phone is far more sophisticated than I am, but please.....spend just a little more time teaching the phone. I still have an iPhone i cant use.....Went back a week later explained my frustration, Mike was super patient, answered every question I had, made sure I understood the process and didnt just do it for me. Made a real effort to teach me the product. Much appreciated!

Brought a tablet to replace the one I drop . I AM A DUMMY in settings mine up . Unable to set it up, but we stop at a military base and a lady help me finish doing it . Now after 2 weeks I can use my tablet for the first time .

Absolutely enjoy going to my Verizon store to do business! They are fast, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about their products, prices and services!Best time for service is anytime as it moves quickly...worst time between 7:15 pm and 8:00pm.

This is my favorite Verizon store. They are competent, have great knowledge on their products, very polite and professional. I have seen some very rude customers and they still treat them professional and polite. I traded in my Samsung Note 7 for a Galaxy S7 and cant wait to have them set me up. I have been in there when the wait was extremely long and no wait at all. All occasions I have been treated great. Awesome employees.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. To begin I was not even greeted when I entered the store, then I waited about 10 minutes before I even saw a sales representative on the floor. I came in to purchase a new phone, and the sales associate told me to not even waste my time buying it in the store. You would think a store would want to make money but I guess not. I even thought about opening up my own account, but completely changed my mind after visiting the store. I will definitely be looking for other service carriers.

Called wanting to bring my own phone, gave my IMEI number, they said it doesnt show up and wont work. But, both Best Buy and Motorola sell the same unlocked phone Verizon ready. Called the M-32 store. Yup, I see it. That will work AND were doubling data. Sad...

Needed to have a factory reset on my phone and couldnt do it at home. Went in to store and they were able to do the reset. Nice customer service.

The staff is very helpful when you have any problems. If it is within their power to fix it, they will, or they will do what they can to get you the help you need. They are stocked with most of the latest technology and are very well educated in all aspects of their jobs.

Its the best Verizon store Ive been to but thats not saying much after purchasing a phone they ask you to buy a case I asked if they had wallet cases and they said yes. So I decided to look at it and guess what it wasnt a wallet case so I said never mind I can get the case I want cheaper elsewhere. No big deal right no instead the guy was smug about it and was like well its not my fault when you break it and then he put on the screen protector pretty badly too.

Waited an hour and a half to see someone on a Friday morning. The person who helped us was nice though!

Every time Im there, it has been a great experience. Yes, Ive had to wait for some time, but get amazing service.

We walked in with a 10 minute question. We were ignored, others walked in and were given service THEN we were asked to put our name on a waiting list! We continued to wait and were told that we needed to wait more eventhough we had been there 15 minutes already! Poor management and service. We left without being helped. Seeking help online now.

The young lady who waited on me was abit snotty and seemingly nonenthusiastic about being there. She did what I asked which was activate a new phone with an old number and activate the old phone with a new number. She did supply both phones with new sim cards. But when asked to transfer contacts and photos she replied we dont do that... Whaaaa?? Ive been going here for years, they have always helped with that! Now they just hand you a sheet of instructions?! What happened to customer service and helping? Not everyone is tech savvy on these things! So being jacked outta shape I forget my new phone container that had the books and charger in it. Think she couldve said, excuse me sir you want your box and charger? Nope not even a call or text. So the next day at opening of business I was there. An assistant manager looked for it but nowhere to be found. He helped me out with a different charger and apologized. He was good at his job! Not so much for her!!

Terrible first and last time experience there today. Went into upgrade my sons phone to smart phone. Stated they could not do this due to limitations on contract.....I called Verizon customer service, they said that they COULD do it, to go back to the store and have them call customer service. Went back to the store, the same staff I spoke to had another staff explain that customer service was wrong and that there is not way to add this smart phone...I asked them to call customer service as it stated in my account, they did not, they said that I could. I walked out so frustrated, called customer service,,,, ordered phone, updated line and had customer service CALL the store. So, little did the store know ..I was planning to by 6 accessories, which I I am sure would help their sales but instead will purchase them tomorrow when out of town. Not returning. Used to LOVE my Verizon store in Kalamazoo. Just moved back here and this was a shocker.
