Great staff. Very friendly. Store is always clean and smells amazing! Staff is very helpful and great with suggestions. They really know their stuff and are extremely kind. This is my FAVORITE smoke shop. I dont typically buy smokes anywhere else, if i can help it.

I was walking when it was cold and stopped in the store for a few to warm up. The cashier was nice and friendly. They also have Zodiac lighters which is pretty cool

Friendly, knowledgeable, and convenient. The put your items in clear plastic baggies. They clip your cigars for you and give you complimentary mints and a box of matches.

Airagent staff, cigs might be cheap but try to find a regular tobacco flavor vape oil not salt the only thing they carry is flavored oil aimed at minors. The oil they do have you can get at holy smoke 10 bucks cheaper. I think there stick in prices 20 years ago when oils were outrageous.

Pretty good pricing all the way around, excellent customer service, as well as a selection of various smoking tools and utensils that continues to grow.

Depending on the person working youll either feel as if you are wasting their time or feel as though you are welcomed back

Very kind and friendly staff. Manager has a great level of respect and knowledge along with the staff. Great selection of vaping tobaco and glass ware. Even tho the price might b higher everything in store is worth the extra little bit bc its rugged and durable. All glassware is heavy and thick. GREAT store!!!!!
