I love there variety of clothing and shop there frequently. Just so sad they are closing. I sure will miss going there.

Well.. its closing. The staff was great, but a store closing is always bittersweet. I bought some fixtures.

Our local JCPenney store is amazing in customer service. I would have given it 3 stars due to the limited space and essentially the availability of commodities but, the extremely overwhelming hospitality when you walk through the store definitely put it on the next level. Great job making your customers feel at home!

Got asked this question just because I walked through the store in the mall and I got to say it was a lovely experience all five minutes in my walk that Google clearly recorded and then had to ask me as a stalker watching me from the f****** bushes God damn it this isnt a review this is just me saying exactly what the f*** is going on I got asked to review a store because Google knew I was there Google was stalking me through the store 5 Stars way to creep Google way to creep

Good store. Need to watch prices. Every thing is supposed to be on sale, but it is really everyday prices. Sometimes they actually have things on sale.

Id give a zero. Maybe your store needs to hire people who are more compassionate. A friend was called fat by one of your associates. Wow. Just wow... the woman you called fat is a hard working member of EMS and a pastors wife. Shame on you for the insensitive people you hire. We cant all be size 0-6.

Nice clothes but not a large selection to choose from. We need a larger JC Penny store in Alpena!. Its the only chain store in Alpena with quality clothes. The only reason why I gave them a 4.

This place is absolutely the best!!! My mother in law finances half of the income for this store alone. Without this anchor location the mall would be nothing!! Gotta love JCP!!!

A wonderful place to shop! Most people think that JC Pennys is expensive. It is depending on what you plan on buying. There is lots of clearance to choose from. Mens, womens, childrens and juniors. I havent shopped at Walmart since I started working at Penneys over a year ago. I always shop the clearance and if I find something I like I usually wait for it to go on sale or go on clearance! They have great quality clothing and shoes! Theres also a home store for your bath towels, curtains, bedroom stuff as for bedding, dishes of All Sorts for your kitchen and you can also order whatever you want offline! If we order it for you in store, most of the time we can get you a coupon to apply to your total and help you save money! Yes I really recommend people shopping at JC Penneys!

Very good place for clothing and jewelry

This store seems to stock mainly womens clothing, not much for men. They do have a decent selection of shoes, undergarments and childrens clothing as well.

No winter wear in Northern Michigan, had to have jewelery department help me.
