I have been a loyal customer of Alpena furniture since 2008! I came in looking for a recliner..found one but it was but when I got home I fell and it was taken back and I shopped for another one ..I was told if I didnt like it I could bring it back! Shortly after I got it..I noticed it was broken I wanted to return it but I had to wait until another came in..maybe a week? I also had another order I canceled! When I came back to the store the manager yelled at me and told me to get out of the store and said we dont need your business!! I did receive a refund but I should not have been treated like that or yelled at!! I would never go to Alpena furniture again!!
