My mother and fathers experience was not a good one and I feel they were targeted as vulnerable elderly individuals. The pricing was excessive and extreme for the quality of product. There was no discussion of other products or services available at less cost and no consideration of the customers income. I find this to be morally and ethically corrupt and feel my parents were taken advantage of.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Beltone Skoric Hearing Aid Center in Alpena. Jeff Gilbertson was my Consultant and did a great job.
