Since the change over from Art Van, I have not had very good service from Youngs Appliance. I will not discuss the work related ones through my employment, but my personal one I will. I ordered a new stove/range which and paid $1,303.00 but it the top range was damaged even though there was tag saying that nothing was wrong with it. This was back in June 2021. They ordered another top for it but it also was delivered damaged. I enquired over a month ago if the new top was in and when it would be installed, which they said it was in but they are behind on services. It is now almost November, and I have yet to receive my new top and I am still paying the full price of the stove/range on the card through Youngs Appliance. Definitely not a happy camper, and if I do not hear anything in the next week, I will be asking them to reimburse my card what the replacement of that top would be out of pocket. Very disappointed as I have shopped with them for years.

Great salesman Jerry Scott helped me pick what I needed. Delivered on day and time quoted. Delivery men set up and answered all questions and very polite. I will be back.

Great looking furniture but quiet pricey. Still great service and a wide variety to fit any household

I ordered two swivel chairs and only got one. That took six months - they say because of Covid, now we have to wait several more months for the matching chair. They have horrible customer service. They just don’t seem to care that this happened.

New Review: No longer deliver on weekends unless you live in Hillman. The used to have 2 trucks and could fit in another location, now down to 1 and cannot. Wont rotate their schedule b/c this is the way theyve always done it.Staff will not understand when you say youre trying to do a project at lowest cost. Didnt see prices on the carpet I chose, but final cost near $2000 to carpet 2 average bedrooms was shocking.Time to move to a more customer oriented retailer.Old Review : Staff really know their stuff & now they will match local sales. It took a while to get my stove in but its here. The gentlemen who set it up were very nice & knew their stuff too. My eggs dont run to the front of the pan anymore...amazing. I highly recommend visiting Youngs for you next appliance need.

Saleswoman Paula was more informed on the furniture we were looking at than any other furniture store salesperson Ive encountered. She was very personable and friendly. Never got the usual feeling of being pressured. She really seemed interested and gave great personal consideration to helping us.

Very helpful staff and good prices if you know what to look for as well as quality.Most every appliance I own went out within three weeks of each other. Found what I needed very reasonably priced. Negotiation is also appreciated. Delivery staff quick careful and very polite. Wish the appliances were level though.

I ordered my new chair after I was shown pictures on the store computer. My sales rep. was able to show me what my chosen upholstery would look like on the chair. There were chairs in the store by the same manufacturer, but I was not able to sit in one like the style I wanted. The comfort of the other chairs helped with my decision to place an order.The new chair is now in my living room. Im very happy with it.

Jason answered our questions regarding our purchase of a new dryer and did a good job. The delivery team did a great job of installing our dryer and fastening my vent outlet. They had to lift the dryer to make it clear my bed. Thank you guys.

Only bummer I had was I cant get my furniture for 5 more days, the truck was too full to fit mine on for next delivery, so it goes on the truck that comes out 5 days later. Otherwise I loved the help to find the right furniture for our cottage. Paula knew her furniture well and directed us to the best options. Excited for it to arrive!

I couldn’t be more satisfied! From the time I walked into the store, the Home Furnishing Consultant answered all my questions and helped me pick out the bed I wanted. I was a little skeptical about the delivery because I needed my existing bed moved to the basement and leery about them assembling the new bed. It took them about 1/2 hour to do everything! Friendly and helpful. Its nice being able to feel the material and sit on furniture (something lost with online shopping). One of my main concerns was the ability for the material to stand up to pets. The sales lady let me take a sharp key to the material in the sample book. Impressed.

Helpful staff and really nice furniture

First, I would like to inform you of my last name change, it is now Jeanna Herron. My husband and I bought a bed and the frame where the front and feet lift up. M husband had Pancreatic stage 4 and the bed that Jerry Scott suggested for us, was perfect. My husband now sleeps good and its great for his back. We just went back to look for living room furniture, and again Jerry Scott helped me pick out the whole set. I know I will love my furniture, when I get it. This Art Van store has staff that is always helpful and willing to connect on your level and talk about what your visions are for furniture, and will either help find what youre looking for or add to it! Never had a bad experience. Yes, they are more expensive than other furniture stores, but worth the money. Delivery guys are always great to talk with and will always help answer questions if you have any. Ive had multiple staff individuals help me with different purchases and I have never been treated poorly.

Unlike a lot of places, the sales people don’t follow you around or bug you constantly. I had been looking for furniture for a while and had been in and out of a few stores to look, sit on, and touch everything. Our salesperson, Denise, gave us our space but was around to answer the million questions I had. We finally got our sofa and we’re looking now for dining room set.You know you have a good salesperson when they tell you to hold off on buying a dining room set until they get in new sets at better prices.Definitely recommend this location and strongly recommend working with Denise.

I recently purchased a lazy boy from Art Van. My salesman was Bret. I was purchasing this lazy boy because I was going in for neck surgery and needed a comfortable place to rest when I got home. The lazy boy was on back order as the Christmas sales must have wiped out the warehouse, but Bret promised he would have a lazy boy at my home in time for my return from my surgery even if he had to use one from the floor until my chair arrived. That is what ended up happening! I had a chair here to come home too! I feel he gave me exceptional service and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I now have my new lazy boy and I couldn’t be happier with it! I spent a little extra money for the model I bought, but the price was well worth it as this chair is my therapy! Bret also called me after I received my chair and followed up with me on how I liked it and also on how I was feeling after my surgery. I will have to say I’m a happy customer with every part of this purchase from the day I bought it right up until the delivery! I did feel sorry for the delivery guys though as they delivered my chair on a horrible day of freezing rain and blizzard like conditions, but they did make it here! I went in with a quick purchase in mind, after seeing the recent advertisement and the outlet section,needed a queen bedroom set and mattress for a guest bedroom. The sales gentlemen was ready to help and place my order. While I got an extension on the financing,I did not get any rewards or free items,that seemed to be advertised intheadvertisement,those were not mentioned, even though stated on the exterior sign in front of the store,as a longtime customer of many years,30 plusyears, it would have been beneficial offering something.

I was very impressed with the staff and my sales associate Tempestt Miles. She was prompt, professional, and courteous. Id highly recommend her for any purchase in the store!

I went to Art Van and Young Appliances looking to replace my washer and dryer after my washer quit on me. I had already looked online at what they had and the previous night went to Home Depot. I was greeted by Jason as soon as he finished helping a customer on the phone and he was able to help me with all of my questions and showed me that their prices were just as competitive as Home Depot plus they has a service department if I would ever have a problem.
