I do not think there is a better place to purchase a rug from than North Point Rugs. Not only is quality top tier, the designs are second to none but nothing at all beats the quality of customer service. I’ve purchased a couple of rugs from Majid and he’s gained a customer for life. Very personable, patient and helpful with finding the perfect piece to fit your needs (because there are so many beautiful ones to choose from). If you’re in the market for a rug and you don’t shop North Point Rugs, you are doing yourself a disservice and leaving the magic out of your aesthetics.

Our experience at this store was remarkable. We drove a little over 100 miles (hoping the reviews were accurate) and the trip was absolutely worthwhile. The rug designs were beautiful, of high quality, and with very reasonable pricing. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly - pressure free. We were trying to match specific colors, and with a few helpful suggestions, found just the the rugs we wanted. When we placed them in our home, we knew we had made the right choices. There are additional rug needs in our future - they will be purchased from North Point.

I will always recommend this location for carpet. About a month ago my daughter and myself walked into this location looking for carpet pieces to put into a custom dollhouse we are building. The older gentleman working first said he didn’t have scrape piece to sell but said to give him a second to see what he can find. This gift from above cane out with 11 sample pieces of the most beautiful carpet and gave it to us for no cost!!! When I tell you a blessing he has become for us you best believe me! I intend on returning to purchase carpet and rugs for my home when I finally purchase. This man did not have to do this but he should us it is not always about the money but the appreciation that one can have for another human being.

Love this place! Popped in by chance looking for something to go in my dorm room and was pleasantly surprised by the selection available. The gentleman in the store was exceptionally nice as well and offered his assistance wherever he could. I purchased a rug yesterday from North Point Rugs! I went in with the intentions of buying a specific style rug however, they were out of the one I wanted. The sales associate who assisted me, showed me a few other options and I gave it a shot. He was extremely helpful. If you think you can’t afford a nice rug, come to this store. I’m pretty broke and I found several rugs that look great for awesome prices.I had a good experience here. They’ve got some cool rugs and good quality. There are your common Asian and Mid East rug designs as well as abstract art, geometric patterns, solids, and neat color mixes, so the selection is good for a range of desires. The salespeople don’t hassle you but are there to help if you want to know something and they’re polite without seeming disingenuous. They also have a range of prices so regardless of your budget there’s something for you. Also, you’d be surprised at what you can get for a low price. I came in without a certain idea but a very limited budget and found several rugs of good quality in my price range. I got a great rug to cover my living room for just over 100 dollars and it’s good quality. What’s better is that after I’d paid and left to go around and pick it up, they informed me they’d found a blemish on the rug (completely unnoticeable to me) and knocked almost a third of the price off without me suggesting a price reduction at all. It’s hard to find customer service of that quality in Atlanta. The salesperson that assisted me was named Anvar. There was another man who was there as well but I didn’t not get his name, but both were very helpful. I’ll be a return customer and so will my friend who came with me.

Rare find these days, you can actually go and take a product that you like home with you. They helped us choose based on the pictures of the drapes and another rug that we had and were very friendly and attentive. They were also very knowledgeable and the prices are great. Will go back this week for another rug.

North Point Rugs did it again. We bought a rug that we LOVED but unfortunately it was the wrong size for the dining room in our new home (our miscalculation). We had to make a mad dash to the store the next morning and asked the movers to place the dining room table last. We were allowed to exchange the rug and it looks great in our new home.
