Classic Collision exceeded my expectations. I was given three companies to choose from and decided to go with CC, based on their reviews. When I arrived the front desk specialist greeted me with a warm smile. Her and the consultant took my information and gave me a realistic date of completion. I loved receiving daily text messages regarding the status of Christina (my car). There was a one day delay, because I lock the glove compartment πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ. I picked up my car today and the repair was flawless!Thanks Classic Collision!!!

Please find body work business elsewhere. I had my car paint touched up where as it was chipping. I was quoted by Jason Campbell the estimator and it was first estimated to be about 2 weeks for completion. Not a problem at all. Well, 5 weeks later and a comped bill by the estimator for the absolute headache, I was finally given the keys to my car again.Poor communication, no customer satisfaction, poor time management all for a small paint job. Absolutely not satisfied. I was asked by the estimator to please whatever you do, please do not write a review. We will call this even. And I complied. However, now the company has reached out stating that I owe 2,000.00 for the bill that was supposedly taken care of by the company.PLEASE take your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere.

Go anywhere else. One month repair took 3 months. No communication when asked for daily communication. Not worth your money or time. Adjusters not concerned about customer service or happiness whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and do not use classic collision Alpharetta.

I got hit by a car from the bad they said it will take one week, than two and now its been 7 weeks and i still did not get my car. They keep giving me a date and than they just dont keep their word. I use this van for work and lost so much money waiting for them. If i had to do it from beginning i would never take my car there. Sorry for leaving a bad review but i just need to be honest.

I cannot urge people enough to go elsewhere...anywhere else. I took my car here in June, they had it for a month...totally fine. I knew that was how long it would take. They didnt fix all of the issues that I told them about. Melissa tried to tell me that I never told her, but I am sure I brought it up when going over my car...as I knew it was not something visible. They said they will fix, but it did require me to come back up to the shop.I have had to bring my car back multiple times and it is still not fixed. Every time I have taken it in it comes back not fixed or something else broken. I have to chase them down (Melissa) to even get a response (when she even responds). They sent a mobile electronic company to my house and he said he could fix this final issue if they would order the new antenna needed. Melissa has not responded to my multiple emails regarding this, and she is not responding to the electronic guy either. He has even reached out to her and he offered that he would fix it so I dont have to deal with this place and going up there...again. It is 30 minutes from my house, but I picked this location over others due to good reviews.I really hope this is a one off experience. But I genuinely wish I had taken my car elsewhere. It is now November and my car is still not back to where it was prior to my accident in June.

Job done on the front headlight and front end done incorrectly. Headlight was never sealed properly causing it to become filled with moisture and causing the lens to be permanently cloudy. They also never put the dash back together and had to come out and fix it before I could drive it. This was also three weeks later than they said the car would be ready. I would never use them again!

Each person I encountered at Classic Collision worked diligently to make my experience with them seamless from initial estimate to finished product.They worked quickly with my insurance company and communicated well with me during each step of the process. They matched my paint color very well - and the body work done is perfect.Most of the employees were wearing masks - and also we did a lot of the initial consult outside. They disinfected my car prior to pickup.I would definitely recommend them for any repair work you need done and I would use them again.

I’ve had three cars worked on here in the last year for my family. Each time was the perfect customer experience paired with superb work. My daughter’s Caliber had a broken trunk latch. They not only fixed the trunk, but noticed three of the four spoiler bolts were missing and replaced/tightened them. One of the replacement emblems was optional and they SAVED the old one so she could have all three. I cannot rave enough about what a wonderful job they did!! Thank you Dennis and Classic Collision for all you’ve done!! We are very happy!! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

He walked me through all my options I had and made sure I was taken care of with my rental and timing of the estimates from my car crash. It was my first one and Jeff has made this part of the process completely stress free. FYI : I have no affiliation with this company other than as a customer.No one at this company solicited this response.I took my car to Classic Collision to have the front bumper replaced. I met with the service rep. named Joel Green. Mr. Green was courteous, knowledgeable and provided an estimate for the repair after looking over the car.He brought out a paint crew to check the paint match. These people did an excellent job of installation and paint matching. The job was completed ahead of schedule and for a fair price.In addition to this, the car was washed and the interior was thoroughly cleaned .There was a part of the interior roof liner fabric that had come loose and was hanging down. They fixed it without me mentioning it,without charge, and without them mentioning it.Why did I give these people 5 Stars ? Very simple : They earned it fair and square.

Insurance company recommended this place to me. To sum up my experience, I had to return my car more than once to get my car window seal fixed, and to correct runs in the paint I discovered on their work area. Had $10 in change stolen from my car although they do advise to remove property/valuables out the car. I was compensated $50, just received it after 2 months of waiting. All in all just because of the compensation this place earns 2 stars.

Had a good size dent on the rear quarter panel of my Tesla. The metal was stretched and needed a good amount of work. This is by far the best body shop experience I have ever had. They worked within my budget and did an amazing job repainting two of my door handles whos top coat and paint had begun flaking off. They were also able to turn it around in under 24 hours. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My car looks brand new again! The staff at Classic Collision of Alpharetta is the most professional and customer oriented you will find in the industry. They make every attempt to get the job done right the first time, on time, and with outstanding workmanship. I have used them twice this year and they always make me feel that I picked the right repair company. If you have an issue or complaint they are so eager to make you happy that you almost feel guilty. I recently had a bumper repair and after a couple of days noticed a rattle. I called the customer service manager and she asked that I bring the car by and they would take a look. I went to their facility and the general manager actually crawled under my car to find the rattle. He had it fixed it 5 minutes. You cant beat an attitude like that.By the way, the workmanship is perfect. You will never be able to spot the repairs they do to your car.

This is my second time dealing with this company. The first time I had a good experience, and that is why I chose to work with them again. However, this second time the experience has been unsatisfactory. They called me after they finish my repairs, and they looked OK.However, I could not take my car back because they were trying to sort out the deductible payment. I had no problem with it, so I let it go and waited for them to contact me. It has been almost two weeks since I last heard from them. I call them, but they send me to a voicemail of a person who does not return calls. They blame it on their new phone system, but I assume they can at least listen to their voice mail and call back. I went personally twice, and I was given the run around. I still do not have my car back after almost two weeks, I have not received updates from the company to let me know what is happening. If you choose to work with them, please be advised that is a 50/50 the chances to get a decent service. They should keep the customer informed of what is happening if they are going to have them wait 2 WEEKS!

I took my vehicle there for repairs from a deer hit. They returned the vehicle quickly and the repairs were rushed and incomplete. They fixed the cosmetic damage on my bumper and nothing internal. I ended up bringing it back when windshield wiper fluid started leaking out. I found out the container was cracked and never replaced. I later came to find the engine was damaged from the hit and they never looked or mentioned it. I had Geico at the time and it was one of the recommended shops. I had extensive mechanical damage from the hit and my vehicle should have been totaled. I would not recommend them for any repair.

I got into a pretty bad accident and my insurance company sent me to Classic Collision. The damage was the entire length of the drivers side, and I would need a new door. Classic Collision estimated it would take 8 days to fix. My car was there for 2 weeks. Thats not incredibly surprising; Ive rarely experienced repair shops that underestimate time needed to fix my car. Although, a full week over is a bit more than expected. Once my car was finished, I picked it up and drove home. Later that evening, as I was leaving, I tried to unlock to drivers door (I do not have key-less entry). It would not unlock. I called Classic Collision the next day; they had forgotten to re-key the lock. I guess they figure I have a master key that can open any door of my car s make and model. I had to bring it back in, and they estimated it would take 2 days to get the lock smith to fix the door. My car was there for 1 week. All in all, they did a terrible job. The driver s door will not stay open; it automatically slams shut (sometimes on my leg!). Also, my steering wheel makes an awful noise when I have to completely turn it (parallel parking, etc.). If I am ever in need of service to my car as a result of an accident, I will be firm in telling my insurance company that I refuse to take it to Classic Collision in Roswell.

This time, however, I am very unsatisfied with the work that was done. Over promised and under delivered. I wish I was joking when I tell you how horrible my experiences were at Classic Collision. Unfortunately, giving 0 stars isnt an option. I have had two car accidents repaired at this location and will never be bringing it back for any other accidents. Id rather pay out of my own pocket than deal with these arrogant thieves. I had a car accident about a year ago where I rear ended a vehicle. The estimate said it would be done within a week - it took nearly 3 weeks. They would tell me it would be ready, and then it wouldnt be ready. When youd ask to speak to the GM - they would hang up on you. Not to mention the lack of communication. You have to leave multiple voicemail and emails in order to get a call back two to three days later. Finally when my car was ready, the front hood wasnt aligned properly. When I asked them to fix it, I was told it was close enough. After lots of heated conversations, he fixed it. A few months after, I realized the paint was chipping off my front bumper because they had the front fender and bumper rubbing up against each other how it isnt supposed to be. Luckily (for them) I had another car accident one month ago and figured I would just bring it to this location since I needed my front bumper repainted for warranty work. BAD IDEA! My car has more problems now than it did when I brought it in. The headlight is off centered and pushed in too far, there are streaks in my paint, they repainted the front bumper but didnt attach it back correctly so there is a gap between my fender and front bumper. Then you bring it back for them to fix and confront them that they stole items from your car (some sentimental items) and Marco tells me to Stop crying, we make too much money to steal from you. After getting them to align my hood and bumper and fix my headlight, magically now there is a dent in my front hood and a scratch on my rim. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. THERE IS ANOTHER CLASSIC COLLISION LOCATION 2 - 3 MILES DOWN THE ROAD!!!!!

I have previously used Performance Collision and maybe my standards for customer care and performance were too high but my experience at Classic Collision has been a train wreck from the beginning to the end. They did an ok job fixing my issues but they forgot pieces and things have been lose and squeaky since I picked up my car. Just to compare: My brand new truck was damaged badly and Performance Collision repaired it it came back better looking than when I bought it. I kid you not! My experience at Classic collision began with my rep quitting his job after taking on my job. The replacement rep did a good job keeping me informed - hence the 2 stars. The job took a very long but that expected with body work. I had some scratches on my bumper and my rep said that it would be no problem for them to quickly fix them since the job was a $10K job. I had not ideas that fixing them would mean just smearing paint on them. The little scratches looked so much worse after they fixed it. My 6 year old would have done a better job. After I received my car I called CC to ask about the repairs to better Understand the work which was done for an issue I was having with my insurance over he diminished value and was literally attacked by the manager over the phone. For whatever reason they thought that I was questioning their job. I was belittled, treated hostile and short of accused of lying. I’m not a mechaninc and had a few question. Who treats their customers that way. I absolutely regret taking my truck there and never make that mistake again.

It was totally hassle-free with the dealership. At Classic, it took three trips, loads of emails, and calls to get everything done -- and right. Wish I could give 0 stars this place was the worst never again. Joel was one of the worst reps I have ever worked with I felt like he laid the whole time my vehicle was at the shop. When I first came to classic collision Joel told me my car was repairable it was at the shop for over a month and I kept getting updates through text messages stating that my vehicle was going through repair. So the week I’ll supposed to go pick it up I was getting conflicting messages from Joel so I decided to go up there and see what was going on and when I arrived it seems like they didn’t even touch the vehicle. Acura RDX - they replaced bumper and repainted after a rear end collision.I couldnt be happier. Not only was their estimate about $100 less than the other 2 i got, but their customer service was excellent.They kept me posted on progress, they explained everything well, etc.My car came back, not just repaired like new, but nicely detailed with a thorough interior vacuum and tire treatment. Hope i dont ever need them again, but if i do, this is the only place Ill go !

My car has had quite a bit of bad luck as of late, but as sad as I am when I arrive to Classic Collision, I am completely thrilled when I see the end result! Classic Collision of Alpharetta is absolutely wonderful, from their helpful employees, to their guaranteed work that they do. They keep you in the loop and up to date with everything thats going on with your vehicle. A Geico Agent as well as an Enterprise employee is located on the premises, making it an easy exchange upon arrival. This time around, my front bumper cover needed to be replaced, and because of complications with the first bumper, they lost money yet still proceeded to upgraded me with an aluminum one, just so I didnt have to wait another day to get my car back. Great people, great company, I couldnt be happier! Thank you Classic Collision!

This shop came highly recommended by a co-worker, unfortunately I will NOT be making the same recommendation. First, it’s almost impossible to reach someone via phone, and when you try to leave a message, you get a recording that their mailbox is full and is not accepting messages. I finally got a hold of their receptionist. When I told her that their voicemail was full, she did not seem surprised or concerned. I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to provide the details of my call. I told her that my car was rear-ended and that I have a check from the insurance company based on their adjustor. She asked me to email her the estimate and that someone would be calling me in a few hours or at the latest the next day. No Call. I got a hold of the same receptionist again the next day and was told that someone would be calling me that day, no call. I called again the next day and this time was placed on hold for several minutes before the call was dropped. That was it.I called Performance Auto Collision on Hembree Rd in Alpharetta, after 3 rings Scott picked up the phone. He was more than happy to review the details and next steps with me. He is reviewing the estimate from the insurance company and will be pre-ordering the parts.What did I learn? Read the reviews on-line before making a decision. Had I done this, I would have seen all the negative reviews for Classic Collision of Alpharetta. I guess I should consider this experience a blessing in disguise, and that I did not end up bringing my car to Classic Collision of Alpharetta.
