Very friendly, thorough service. Addressed multiple issues that were happening with my auto. This is not my usual Range Rover shop as it is not the closest to me but I was worried about driving my car with the issues it was happening and they were able to take me right away and give me a loaner. My service Mgr David was amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent, Personable service. Ive had the same Service Advisor for years to service my Range Rover Sport.. Pete is awesome and ensures that I get what I need and he does not try to push other services on me... he provides the list and the sense of urgency for each affiliated item, which allows me the option to service any item as needed.This Service Center comes highly regarded.

Wrong diagnostic asking $1944 to perform. I specified what I wanted done. Told part unavailable in USA had to order myself and supply to dealer. Was there almost 3 weeks for a 2 hr job. Had to get Service Mgr involved to get it finished. Dont bother to call they will not answer any phones including the main number. I called 20 plus times and let ring over 30 times still no answer just looping voicemail. I was told they were better then most .. Sadly there is no other choice on certain problems as they own the software ..

Friendly staff, easy in and out, they were ready for my vehicle, completed all necessary services, and kept in touch with updates. I would highly recommend this Hennessy Land Rover!

Very frustrating when you can’t reach the service representative on the phone. This has happened during the 3 times I’ve been there. They rotated my tires but scratch off the black paint off my bolts and wheels. Now I’m stuck repairing something they need to pay attention to. Very unsatisfied. Don’t think I’ll return.
