I heard about this shop from someone who saw my Subaru; he stated that his family had been going to Allpro for many of their Subaru vehicles! I decided to schedule an appointment with them, as my vehicle was due for servicing. Patrick was very helpful on my phone call to schedule the appointment; also very thorough in explaining what the technician, Brandon, saw and the shop recommended. They completed everything in the time that they said they would, and glad to have a shop for my Subaru care! I appreciated the customer service that was provided!

Brandon and Patrick have never done me wrong! Absolutely top notch quality work, reasonable prices, and where others have failed, Allpro has succeeded. Recently brought my 2020 Outback Onyx XT here after another shop failed to set up some coil overs correctly, and Brandon had to rebuild the coilovers from the beginning. I went from kind of hating my car to loving it again! So it was a no brainer on which shop I should choose to do my Prinsu Rack. 10/10 Recommend!

So glad I made the drive north to go here - Patrick, Brandon, and the whole team were amazing. I needed a new clutch and flywheel, and my 2016 STI has never run better after their service!! These guys are excellent and I have dealt with a lot of mechanics. I cant say enough good things about this shop and the people that work there. I recently bought a Subaru SVX and wanted to find a shop that was familiar with this car. I read all the reviews made an appointment and drove here from Atlanta. The car shook all the way. Patrick is so nice and laid back and very helpful. They diagnosed 3 bent wheel rims. Terrific that they had used rims I could buy. I also needed a couple parts that were discontinued so I found an aftermarket part for my hood struts and a used door actuator. So happy they will install parts that you bring. The mechanic said my used part was missing a piece of a plastic part but he was so creative and constructed the piece from the existing part and my used part and now I can lock my door. I brought the car back a second time because of burning oil and they took me in the back and showed me the oil leaks I have. That is customer service. They even pressure washed the underside so that we can level set on where and how much oil is leaking to keep our eyes on it. I wouldnt take my car anywhere but this place. They are honest and smart and truly want to help you.

Allpro is the only place i trust with my familys 2 subarus. I have had several bad experiences at the Subaru dealerships of Atlanta that led me to try Allpro and theyve never disappointed. They are honest and knowledgeable with their diagnosis and offer a fair price. If you have a Subaru that needs any kind of service, Allpro is the place to go.

I have been taking my 2000 Subaru and 2006 Honda Odyssey to these guys for the past five years. They are great! They always do their best to find creative solutions to whatever the problem is. They found me cheaper parts when they can and are always honest about what it going on. I highly recommend them!

Ive had both my cars serviced, towed to and repaired here (Toyota and Subaru) many times in the past year and they are always on-point and do complete repair work that hold up and NOT just guess on a fix/clear my check engine and then pray that I dont come back. One example that comes to mind was the Subaru needing a new transmission and instead of charging me full price - they went and bought/towed back a salvaged Impreza off auction to sell me the CVT transmission from there at a fraction of the price. Upon finding that the salvaged transmission was also bad, they went and got another Impreza to save us money. Im sure this makes financial sense to them as far as hoarding several parts cars, but I think most places would have just charged me the full retail price from the dealer and added their markup. Id have no choice but to pay up anyway. Kudos to Patrick and Brandon.

Allpro Subaru is one of the more exceptional shops around. Consider yourself in good hands to find yourself & your vehicle there.Capable, Fair & Honest. Theres very little these guys cant handle, regarding both automotive maintenance and repair, and of course, PERFORMANCE!! The owner is a trustworthy and reasonable man. His crew share the same attractive characteristics. The name says Subaru, but dont let that stop you. The guys are Master Mechanics. A diverse skill set and and deep resume leaves for vehicle makes they cant service, repair of make go fast. If you drive a Subaru, well thats just icing on the cake, as They, say. I Highly recommend them for most vehicles. Check them out.

Went here to have a compression test done today and they went ahead and changed the spark plugs for no additional labor cost sense they were already in there, and I think they even stayed open 15 min past close for me because I needed the car back that day. Good people

I went to this shop for the first time today. I wanted to have my oil changed but wanted to bring my own oil and filter. There was one shop that wanted $20 for this service, but All Pro Subaru only asked $9 for the job. The servicemen could not have been nicer. I walked in without an appointment and they did it for me on the spot. My husband asked me to bring an air filter to have it changed as well. The serviceman brought it to me to show me and assured me that it did not have to be changed yet. He even cleaned it out for me and put it back in, and promised to change it for me in the future when I needed it 10K miles from now. He didn’t even charge me for the extra service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient, and I will definitely use this business in the future.

I brought the header off a oddball Imported Subaru mini-truck, for a minor repair because I didnt have the tool for the job. These guys knew what I needed and had it done in a single day, for a reasonable price. Theyve got my business.

Been going here since I bought my wrx over 3 years ago. The only shop I trust to do anything major or performance related to my car. Amazing customer service and very professional techs. Anything subaru related, these are the guys to go to. Only had 1 issue with a part installation but it was addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. I have a high mileage, highly built Subaru I took to AllPro to fix a shifter rattle which has plagued the car for 5 years that no automotive or specialized Subaru shops were able to resolve. Not only did the guys at AllPro fix the rattle but they also detected and fixed multiple tiny coolant and oil leaks that other shops have missed which would have led to catastrophic failures if left unresolved. Their meticulousness and knowledge of Subarus is remarkable and needless to say I’ll be taking my car to them in the future, highly recommended! The loaner car they gave was awesome to drive and much appreciated!

Can’t say enough about Allpro. Had issues with our 2011 Outback front tires spinning on wet pavement. Took it to a local Subaru Dealer service shop and they were unable to diagnose the problem, said it was “normal” for Subaru tires to slip a little. The guys at Allpro quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a control valve and fixed the problem.Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful staff that does great work. I love my Subaru so trusting someone with it isnt something I take lightly. This shop is well loved in the Subaru community and with good reason. They also tend to have spare and donor parts lying around, so you can sometimes get repairs done cheap if youre willing to take used parts, and theyll be honest with you about the condition of whatever they have on hand. All in all Ive had nothing but good experiences here.

I’ve been using Allpro going on 7 years. They have done 3 builds for me (stock, 450hp,700+hp) and lots of matinence on my car. I have been very satisfied every time. I never had problems with any of my builds I was just chasing more power. My current build, a 700+ hp monster is perfect. They are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them with my subaru over anyone in the Atlanta area. They have always been straight forward and I’ve always felt comfortable spending my money with them. As long as I own a Subaru I will be a customer.

I have yet to have the honor of having these guys work on one of my Subarus, but I had Brandon check out an Outback I was thinking about buying. He steered me clear and showed me why, then didnt charge me since he had seen the car 6 months prior. Patrick helped me with writing everything up that was found.....I mean who has the kind of customer service anymore? I wish I lived closer (SE Atlanta) but Im now at least shopping for cars in their neck of the woods.

The dealership quoted me 9.5hrs labor, and almost $1,000 more. Allpro did it in half that time, and with the savings, I got an upgraded stage 2 clutch. Its not at all convenient being 1.5hrs away from my house, but I will definitely be back.

Nice guys and very knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive with the dealer but you wont save a ton. I appreciate the timely fashion they do repairs and the lack of BS that you get from the dealership.

Best shop I have ever taken any car to period. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are very honest and will even take you to the back of the shop and show you exactly what is wrong, explaining every option that you have to fix the problem along the way. Sometimes they will even have used parts at the shop if you arent trying to spend a pretty penny. I drive about 2 hours just to get an oil change from these guys, I wont take my car anywhere else. All Pro is top tier when it comes to quality and consistency if you are having problems with your Subaru dont hesitate to give them a call.

Got quoted MAX $520 for the work they needed to do on my car. They promised me it would not exceed that price and it would likely be closer to $420. I repeated myself a few times stressing that I did not want any surprises in price when I come to pick up the car. I get there and its $860!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! He drops it by like $40 thinking he did me a favor at $820.. I got ripped off and scammed. I will never come here ever again.

Went to get breaks fixed! Not only were they honest about my breaks being fine they explained the proper time to replace breaks. Brandon was able to create a custom header and put a new electric fan on my 04 Tacoma within hours. They exceeded my expectations. I will not be taking my truck anywhere else for repairs and aftermarket work.

With a 2002 Bug-eye WRX you can imagine I have spent a lot of time with the All-Pro guys. With each visit they are professional, courteous and mindful of the expense of repairing a car. They went to great lengths to help me with the logistics of getting my car to them and to home. Hardly anyone does that anymore. Thank you!!!

After hearing (and reading) so many good things about AllPro, I drove almost an hour to have them diagnose my 2001 Subaru OB in for an AT Oil Temp light issue (with the vehicle going into AWD lock). Some research online indicated the likely cause was a failing Duty C solenoid. After leaving with AllPro for a day, Patrick recommended driving in FWD mode (FWD fuse installed) to see if symptoms persisted. They did, and Patrick then informed me my OB would require a complete transmission replacement @ ~ $2,500. I was about ready to get rid of the OB, but after doing some additional research online, I decided to take a shot at replacing the Duty C solenoid myself. For a total ~$150 in parts and a Saturday, I replaced the Duty C solenoid. My OB has now been running flawlessly for well over a month...no issues.One comment I received from an experienced Subaru mechanic/technician was - - The Subaru shop you took it to obviously is isnt much of a specialist if they cant fix a pre-05 Duty-C failure. I couldnt agree more.I would have much preferred to pay AllPro for replacing the Duty-C solenoid. The time it took figuring out how to fix the problem myself was much more than I wanted to invest. But in the end, I am glad I did.AllPro may have once been a great place to take a Subaru for repairs, but seems to me they have lost their edge. Unfortunately, success often breeds complacency. Be warned...

These day do you ever find a business youre really, totally happy with? My advice, buy a Subaru and get your service at All Pro. These guys are 40+ minutes from my office, the Subaru dealer is 45 SECONDS away, but I take my Outback here every time. Last week I had my timing belt, etc. replaced, trans flushed and filled, and replaced some bushings in the front end. Dont you love an $$$ service that you dont really see anything that was done? Well the ride was better after the bushings, but thats about all I could tell. But yesterday I checked my oil and found my whole engine compartment had been wiped down and cleaned out! Not a detailed job, but its lots cleaner than when I gave it to Patrick and his team. Awesome, just awesome. All Pro is typically 40-50% cheaper than the dealer for major service too.

Very talented technicians and a reasonable price. Not just another cardboard cutout repair shop. If you want the best for your Subaru, take it to All Pro.

The best experience with a mechanic Ive ever had. Their entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did have one small issue but it was resolved and then some. They went out of their way to fix the problem and were genuinely concerned about it. Brandon is amazing. I asked him so many questions and he answered each and every one and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I even called him afterwards just to ask about something and he answered me immediately and said if I needed anything else to just call again. Absolutely amazing!

Mild mannered and very experienced shop. A part that I brought to them ended up not fitting properly mid-install. They worked with me to trouble shoot and even sent someone out to pick up a replacement so that I could get my car back the same day! Very professional and I couldnt be happier with my experience. What makes this place so great are the people who work there...Brandon, Steven & Patrick are never to busy to stop what they are doing and give you detailed excellent advice about your vehicle. I had a serious issue with the cylinder heads on an 2009 Impreza and they came up with a solution to fix the problem at a VERY reasonable cost. You never feel rushed or given explanations that are over your head. I live 40 minutes from Allpro but it is well worth the drive. We used All Pros services to evaluate a 2015 Forester for purchase. We are from out of state and needed a quick turnaround. All Pro provided a timely and thorough inspection and found several things which were not deal-breakers but which were things that helped us negotiate more intelligently and have more peace of mind about the purchase. They know their Subarus. Customer service personnel were extremely courteous and helpful in every way.

I first contacted them from what I can see in 2012, Patrick, Brandon, everyone there...Ive talked their ear off so many times, they are all very patient and the only place Id take my Subaru now if i was still in GA. I think it was 2015 the engine was replaced its now almost 2019 and I have driven the car across country, I had an issue and talked their ear off again from California... come to find out it was a cracked spark-plug. They also have Joel@qedtuning that has a Dino and turned my car in the same shop!! The bottom line is you take your Subaru here and can trust they know whats up with your car.

I also used them to look over used Subarus that I was looking to purchase ...went though 3 before I found the right one for me. They showed me the issues with the others immediately. Communication was beyond poor for someone in the customer service industry. The length of time the car was in the shop was horrendous. I was quoted 1 price and went to pick up the car and it was triple, yes triple! They never called me one time without me calling first. Took my car to another shop right after to get it looked at further and was shocked to see things as simple as bolts not being tightened up all over the place. They will also try and sell you used parts they took off someone elses car. Simple things you do for customers that spend thousands at your shop. Pitiful experience all around. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Decided to try this place out for a change. We usually go to a dealership for our oil changes but weve started to get a bad vibe from those guys, so we decided to try Allpro as it seems they are passionate about Subarus, and we love our Subie! The waiting area was a little messy, It seemed that they were working on some updates though, painting, displays and such, so im sure its not usually like that. My partner & I watched TV while we waited, which was only about half an hour, not a bad wait at all. We will certainly be back for future repairs and regular maintenance. Glad to have found your auto shop!

Ive gone to them a few times over the past year to buy scrap parts to rebuild my Subaru, but it wasnt until a recent drivetrain issue where I actually brought the Subaru in for service at Allpro. Like another reviewer on here, I live 30+ minutes away [without ATL traffic] from Allpro, but they have earned a loyal customer. I couldnt be more pleased with the service.From personal experience at other shops through my life, I must say it is sadly hard to find the perfect combination of both technical expertise and customer service. Too many times I found myself suffering poor customer service for the sake of technical expertise for my mechanical babies [a perfect engine rebuild that took 13 months comes to mind]. Allpro somehow hits that winning combination of expertise and service. Patrick and the rest of the guys are prompt, courteous, fairly priced, and technical experts.From my time as an engineer in the auto industry we had a saying we always used when working on projects: Good, Fast, or Cheap. Pick any 2. Allpro somehow gets all 3.

I brought my 2007 STi to AllPro for a clutch install, timing belt service, tune-up, pro-tune, and hose/fluid replacement. They did an amazing job! Patrick, the general manager, was in good communication with me keeping me updated. They even let me use a new Impreza as a loaner car! I will be coming back for bigger turbo/injectors soon!

Had them install a Torklift Ecohitch on my VW Golf R. They were super to work with, and know what they are doing. Very happy with my experience.

Reapaired & Performed work as advised, but very bad communication. I brought the vehicle here to get it right the first time and not get the run around, but customer service was below expectations. Sorry guys, you could have handled the situation way better.

I had a decent amount of work done on my 2016 STI by these guys a little while back (basically flex fuel+ all other bolt-ons minus turbo). The work quality was awesome, there was a miss with the headers being skipped on install but I give them a break on it since the headers were brought there myself and in the trunk of the vehicle. I understand how they could have been missed. What really matters is how they handled it and we were able to arrange a time for me to bring the car back around a week later to get the headers in + down to DBW for a retune with minimal inconvenience to myself. Outward communication could be improved a bit but its easy to understand if you sit in their shop for a little bit and see how busy they are. Car is running strong and Ive done a lot of up close inspection post install and everything was done in a super clean fashion. They also were able to hook me up with some good deals on a few slightly used aftermarket parts with their customer contacts so that was nice.

Its nice dealing with a shop run by enthusiasts, who have a passion for Subarus. They wont shrink away from your modified car at the same time they are helping someone else with their factory stock Subaru.

Ive had an sti swap, it was the first jdm swap they did a few years ago. Never had any issues, except we plugged the cams no avcs, and it would drip very slow. The owner Brandon after letting me bring it to him 4 times to find the small leak and fixed it was all free. Hes replaced parts without charging. Brandon is super friendly, knowledgeable, and the only mechanic Id trust.Recently took my new WRX to stage 2 all was good

The best dont waste your time somewhere else

Still the best place to get any work done, especially on Subarus. My Saabaru 9-2x has never given me problems, and I just wanted the timing belt and water pump replaced. Was called to review all the items I really should have repaired, and the bill was $5500! After the initial shock I realized I hadnt put a dime into this car in 10 years so I should have been saving for this day anyway. I brought the car back a few weeks later to have the work done, and 3 days later I had a brand new car (almost). They replaced everything, and the car has never driven better.The list:- clutch- timing belt- water pump- CV boot and repack with grease- all soft or hard hoses and seals- transmission seal to dive axel- steering pump and lines- trans and diff flush- fuel lines under intake (notorious leakers)- turbo inlet and intercooler hoses (replaced with silicon alternatives)- install my rallytek skid plate- install Rally Armor mud flapsI have sent many people here and everyone raves about the service. For the one person with a 2⭐️ review, this is the quality of work you get from a small independent shop. Sometimes they dont call back on your expected timing, but they do call and the work is impeccable.Keep up the good work guys! Customer for life.
