The staff was so awesome and friendly. My air pressure was low and I wanted to make sure there were no nails in my tire. They took my tires off put them underwater to check and thankfully it was just a weather issue that made the pressure go down. But they did all of that for free! I will definitely be back when I need a new set of tires!

Ive used this location for 6 years due to mere convenience, but after multiple poor customer service issues, I am not going back.In 2020, I decided to save a few bucks and have Mavis repair my Audi brakes. When I asked, front desk assured me they used certified Audi parts. After service, brakes squeaked and I gave them a chance to adjust them. Still squeaking, I took my car to Audi service who indicated Mavis used after-market parts and installed the brakes incorrectly (giving me video documentation). I had Audi redo the job with proper parts. When I returned to Mavis, I asked for a refund which manager finally agreed to, but only after arguing with him and telling him I was going to leave as a customer. Based on his concession, I decided to give Mavis a 2nd chance but just for tires.Last week, I took my Audi to Mavis to get a new tire. Disjointed customer service with these observations:- Front desk vocalized an attitude toward their NY corporate office booking reservations and other policies. I dont need to hear these internal issues and its not professional.- Front desk promised to call me back multiple times and did not. They took down my number and action items using sticky notes.- Front desk promised my tire would be there at 2pm on Monday so I dropped car off. Tire never came so I had to go back and pick up car.- Front desk did not call the next day to confirm re-appointment.- Front desk couldnt explain how much reimbursement my purchased road hazard option would cover without leaving messages with New York corporate. After 3 days, they never heard back from corporate.- When I bought Road Hazard, I wasnt informed that the reimbursement provided depreciated as tire wore out. So its not giving you full credit after say a year.From my experiences, this business has major broken business processes. Ive documented the above in hopes it might help them tighten up their ship. Ill be using Audi service in the meantime.

Came in with my granddaughter to get her flat fixed. The gentlemen here were very efficient - we were in and out in about 30 minutes, including going back to get her car. Will come again.

I bought a set of tires from this location last week and woke up one morning and my tire was flat. I pumped it up and took it to the store and was told that I had to bring it back another day. I’ve had SUCH a bad experience with them. I originally was pleased with my tire and brake service to fix a low rumble when I used the brakes but a couple days later it was back so I brought it back in and they fixed that problem BUT created a whole new one!! My car now sounds like a horse drawn carriage!! And to top that off James told me he fixed my back tires “shoes” and the head tech, Brandon, told me they only worked on the front tires. I felt very misled and wronged that they don’t even know what they did to my car. I am super hesitant to bring it back in for a 3rd time in 1.5 weeks because I am scared something else is going to go wrong! At this point I want my money back so I can fix it elsewhere.

Today was my first experience at Mavis and it won’t be my last! James was terrific and a pleasure to work with. He looked out for costs while being knowledgeable on the service required. Though it’s a tires and break shop, they did more by replacing my spark plugs and a headlight. They really can do it all!

Very pleased with the service provided by James today. He was friendly and helpful with new tires and new headlight bulb for for my car.

James and his staff were a great help in correcting a problem with a new tire created at a different Mavis. He gave me a complimentary oil change and I will continue to use the Mavis on Arnold Mill. It was worth the drive over to find people who will take care of their customers!

12390 Mavis Tires was very helpful. They made sure that they got every detail on how I wanted my tires to be changed out. Even though it required a little extra labor than the usual process they had no problem with complying with me. Great assistance and attitude from the employees at this facility.

If you want excellent customer service then you need to go to the Mavis Tire store in Crabapple and ask for Lori. They fixed my tire and inspected all of the tires quickly. Lori represents Mavis exceptionally well, and her customer service skills are outstanding, something severely lacking in many business these days. Mavis also does price matching on any tires you may be buying so you can get a competitive price and great customer service.

This shop is challenged by being understaffed., like all businesses these days. I walked in on Sunday to get a nail in my tire inspected and was told it would be 3 hours. I made an appt for 8 AM the next day and when I arrived was greater by the best auto service manage I have ever met, James. James is doing his very best to turn around a difficult situation and shared with me what has done and plans to do. While I can’t comment about the tires or repair service they sell, I 100% endorse James. His attitude and desire to succeed is indeed rare these days and I hope that Mavis management recognizes what they have in James, because someone else would do well to hire him away and support him with training, resources and recognition. He is a gem.
