I was a bit skeptical going here for a post purchase inspection, thought I would be over charged and phantom issues presented for repair. I was pleasantly surprised, they were friendly professional and honest. They did the inspection which cost $99 and told me I had an excellent buy. No upsell, no phantom issues to repair. I will go to them in the future when I need repairs.

The shop is as good as I had heard and I had heard many good recommendations for it. Wow! I had a really simple, stupid issue - tail light out, and Id unsuccessfully tried replacing the bulb. Brought to Christian Brothers and within 5 minutes, the tech/rep had fixed it. We had a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that interested us. As usual, Christian Brothers did a great job, providing us with details not only on the condition of the car, which was excellent, but also on maintenance items which were past due or due soon. We were able to take this report to the car dealership and get maintenance items done at time of purchase. This alone saved us more than the cost of the inspection.

I have always recommended this facility, however this time I believe they attempted to take advantage of me, and their warranty is not worth the paper its written on. This is from a guy that spent a lot of years in the automotive repair industry.

Overall Ive heard good things but after taking my car Ive been very unsatisfied. I worked in toyota for about a year and this is probably the worst oil change Ive had. My coolant went bad and wasnt flushed and changed recommendations werent done well and tried to upsell me on multiple things. Taking my car to another shop and never stepping foot back here. Also had about a quart of oil spilled onto my engine. I went in to let them know and they kept trying to sell me things. Terrible.

I chose CBA first for the location close to home, secondly they were highly rated on the Nextdoor app and because they have a warranty. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and attentive. Great service, was fast and easy

I could not be more unhappy with this repair shop. I went to this location for years and was very satisfied. However a few years ago I began to notice I was bringing my car back each time because the issue was not resolved the first time. I am not sure what changed, Ownership? In any case I quit going for several years. Recently I gave them another chance. Again I had to visit the shop 3 times (hopefully it is resolved now) before the job was completed. This time the issue was leaking coolant. To be fair I told them I believed it was the water pump. When I picked the car up the coolant was all over the ground. I was told it was residual.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I will never take my car anywhere else ever again! Every member of staff is friendly and professional. There is continuous meaningful communication. The repairs on my car were justified in advance with pictures and explanations. They promised me a safe, repaired car by a certain time and they delivered! Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of.

Was quoted over $900 for a standard brake job for one axle. Industry standard is $250-$500. Went to certified Toyota dealership and paid ~$350. Not sure if they are just hoping customers dont do their research

Nice and well maintained workshop. Tony (service manager) was great in communicating via text and emails to keep me updated. He sent me the diagnostics and quote to fix it very quickly. Cost of repairs were rather reasonable than what I am used to paying in the West coast. Work was done to my satisfaction and vehicle is runs smooth.

Had a hell of a time trying to get some 02 sensors in my car replaced before coming here. After one place was unable to fix it that was closer to my house and being told to go the the dealership, an then being quoted by the dealership a 1500 dollar repair cost i called around to shops farther out and requested some quotes. I spoke with Kevin over the phone who got back to me with a reasonable quote quite quickly. He had a very wide knowledge of the specifics of who makes parts for Honda and their shop had a vendor so he was able to get ahold of the exact part numbers that was needed to fix my vehicle as Honda’s only take Honda parts. The quote given was very reasonable. After fixing the vehicle the check engine light came back on which was odd. Brought it right back in and he reset it for me and when it came on again he scheduled me to come back in to get it diagnosed as my new parts were under warranty. I brought the car back in and they did a complete diagnostic check and went through each of my wires for 2 hours and ended up finding one that had been cut behind some insulation. Not sure which of the previous 2 places had done it. They fixed it before the end of day and the car has been running smoothly since. End cost was a little under 800 dollars for all replacement parts and repairs. 700 dollars saved. Kevin kept me updated through email and phone on each step of the repairs and was wonderfully helpful and reassuring. Won’t be taking my car to anyplace else. Highly recommend.

I don’t know where to begin other than they are ordained by God to do this work. Kevin was so calm and pleasant as I explained my situation with anxiety from being ripped off by another mechanic shop. He kept his word, had my vehicle inspected the next morning and repaired the same morning! We had been riding in the Georgia heat since May thinking we would have to pay the same high price again on the same repairs from another shop and it was just the opposite with Christian Brothers Automotive. Thank you for repairing my A/C, thank you for being affordable and thank you for removing the stress of finding a good, honest and highly qualified mechanic. Just had my first visit...this place rocks! Greeted with a warm cookie. Photos taken of my vehicle which were then presented to me. Text updates arriving when they got my car into the bay (and only minutes after my arrival) and when estimate completed. Super friendly staff willing to explain things in detail and answer all questions. And a super clean waiting room that looks more like an inn than a service shop. I got my tire repaired at a local shop who wanted 120 for an alignment they said I needed. I decided to take it to christian bros because it was a little cheaper. They gave me a call back after checking it out saying it was an unnecessary service and that everything looked perfectly fine. They could have easily done an alignment and I would have been none the wiser. Speaks alot about integrity and exactly what you would expect about the brand.

I loved everything from the friendliness and freshly baked cookies offers at 7 oclock in the morning, to the simplicity of the explanation of what was done to and with my vehicle. This was the first time ever I didnt feel like someone was taking advantage of vehicular mechanical ignorance. It was the first time ever I didnt feel the need to call my dad and verify legitimacy. I didnt have to guess the status of my vehicle because I received text message update and a phone call throughout the day. Not to mention my my vehicle was returned to me in better condition.AND THEY HAD FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES AT 7AM!

They quoted me on a part and repair, I approved, cleared my day and brought the car in. Few hours after bringing it in I received a call that a mistake has been made and the actual part is $200 more than what I was quoted for and approved . Very impressed with service manager, Mario. His sense of humor helped when I needed a new compressor to get air conditioning back in my car. This was a very expensive repair. But he helped me understand all the charges and was able to take un-necessary work off the final bill.

I dont usually do reviews but everyone at Christian Brothers was so awesome I just had to... I just so happened to be in the area and my brake light came on and then I felt a release in my brake pedal... Im glad it happened when it did I was right there by Christian Brothers... I asked them could they look at my car for me.. They said yes and checked it out right away... Come to find out my CV axle exploded and cut into my brake line... I thank God because that could have been a disaster waiting to happen.... As I was waiting they asked me if I needed some refreshments something to drink and a snack... Every one on their staff made me feel very comfortable... They came back with a responsible price I needed some other things done.. I went head on and let them knock them right on out as well... A job that takes up to five hours was done in two... Ive been to a lot of Automotive mechanic shops and this is by far the most cleanest shop Ive ever been to... I live in Decatur I just so happened to be in Alpharetta from now on out, when I have car trouble... I will be bringing it to Christian Brothers in Alpharetta... These guys are awesome. They have always been honest and very courteous with us every time we have taken our vehicle. Where the dealer was quoting us a ridiculous amount of money Christian Brothers were able to do the work for half the price.

They have a shuttle so I didnt have to buy a Marta Bus pass when I left my vehicle there and was picked up the next day. Fair pricing for quality work.
