The staff at this store is so sweet. I ordered some stuff in the app for pickup and didnt realize I did it too late, so when I went to pick it up the sweet associate said I could pull the items myself and she would process my order. I only shopped on the app for the extra discount, so I was elated 😊

Do Not purchase anything from this store unless you are 1000% sure you can use it. I tried to return a couple items that would not work with my receipt and they decided to return half of what I paid. One it was 3 days after initial purchase Two. I had my original reciept. So why again am I only entitled to half of what I paid back? The items clearly are marked * by the price I paid followed by what the full price is then my discount...yet I get returned the discount which has a - near it...Will not go here again...

Theyre rearranging the entire store, so some things may be difficult to find, but the staff is more than happy to help. Be sure to download the app to get coupon codes. Its a great place for seasonal decorations and kidscrafts.

Good grief, this is the best Joanns in Atlanta extended area. They stock more fabric types and inventory than any of the Joanns stores. Have fun, you will find fabric inspiration for any project.

The young lady Adi was not very excited to help .. Disappointing bc i wasnt very familiar w the store & was looking for 2 very specific items which left me trying to find things on my own. The store itself was clean & organized. I left w nothing .. Sadly to find out today that my Father-in-law had to make a special trip looking for the same items.. Which he found Thankfully! But it wouldve been nice to have more help. Melissa on our trip last week was very helpful

I LOVE this store. This location is well stocked, clean, and has a wonderful selection. Also they always have amazing sales! Unfortunately I give this location a two stars because of the staff. They aren’t friendly or welcoming. As a customer who frequents the store I have yet to have any positive interactions with the employees. They also don’t help when I’ve asked questions, they seem annoyed and inconvenienced when I do and then just kind of shoo you away. Hoping this changes soon!

My wife very likes it! A lot of staff to buy. She likes embroidery aisle. Nice choice of stitch fabrics, but put 4 stars because of lack of DMC threads.

This is my go to yarn store. They have such a wide variety and at the check out the cashier helps you find coupons to use on your purchase! Very friendly employees.

Good selection of fabrics but very rude staff. I had coupons and I was told by a rude employee that she cannot apply the discounts. I asked her several times why, since my total was over $65 and it says clearly in their policy that you get $10 off if your total purchase is over $50. She angrily snapped at me saying that she does not know why and that the computer is not letting her and there is nothing else she can tell me. Very rude and unprofessional and seem to be influenced to treat certain customers very badly.

Very clean, very organized, but almost no interaction with the staff. I saw probably four different staff members but was only greeted once and never asked if I need anything. It was honestly hard to get someones attention so I could pick up my online order. So the physical store and my experience walking around was lovely. But the customer service was definitely lacking.

The other Joann in the area downsized. This one still has a lot of fabric

Unfortunately I cant give less than 1 star. We spent several hundred dollars on a custom frame for a print and clearly the person working on it has no clue how a picture should hang.This is the worst job I have ever seen. The picture will not hang flat because the wire was too long and the brackets were in the incorrect position! We took it back and the salesperson started blaming the poor hanging on the laws of physics. The wire was attached at the incorrect position and was too long for the frame. In the end, she removed the wire and moved the brackets up to a position too high for the frame and one of them was extending beyond the outside of the frame.

They had my sewing and crafting needs and took the time to make sure I had all available coupons at checkout.

Great place for crafters like my wife, they have good prices normally, even vetter with sales & coupons. But still my wife figures ways to stock up on their goods, and like casinos, the house always wins. But if you dont love your wife enough to let her shop then why be married. My go-to spot for a wide selection of fabric choices and home goods that look much more expensive than they really are. This is definitely a convenient location with a IG parking lot. The store is always clean and organized and they staff up enough that there’s rarely a long line.

I came to pickup an online order that was out of stock, so the manager provided an upgraded product for our trouble. The staff was super friendly and was able to find the order on hold in a few minutes. I was well serviced during my visit.

This new super store is so cool! The employees are very helpful and Joanns, more than most stores, is super accomodating of coupons. Prices are super reasonable if you take advantage of sales and coupons.

Had to race here one late night for my child’s school project my wife is out of town and we forgot about it. I have never been here before as I’m not the one who handles this type of thing normally lolThe staff were so helpful and they had a great amount of supplies. We got an A+ on project lol.

Be sure to read the Fine Print about RETURNS for online purchase. Says at the top they process returns with a smile, no hassles. True, but much further down (I had to look for it after not getting all my $ back) they tell you they take a $7.95 fee off online returns. Just know this isn t Amazon! Otherwise, great craft store. I d never been in there.

Jo-Ann fabrics and crafts is very big. However I was shocked at the inability to find fabric to make draperies from scratch. They had no fabric that was high quality enough for draperies. Very surprising. I thought for sure I would find it in a fabric store but they dont carry it. They only carry thin lightweight cheap fabric to make your draperies out of

Needed a piece of foam for an outside ottoman. Had just what I needed and on sale.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and the store was woefully understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to have fabric cut and another 20 minutes to check out. Other customers must have forgot about COVID because every wherewe went someone came to stand practically on top of us.

Called about a product. Worker says they have plenty in stock. I ask to double confirm cause Im a hour away and she says they do. I drive there asap and they are all out and has been for 2 days. How do you mess that up or see something that isnt there? Manager didnt seem to think.it was a very big deal that driving 2 hrs for nothing.

This was my first time at this location & I was disappointed. Its Covid time & I understand a lot of items are unattainable-that wasnt the issue. This store is lack luster & several employees showed an I dont care attitude. Patrick at the cutting counter was great, & friendly.

This location has a large selection of on hand fabrics. This is very helpful when you need to fill in the gaps for a project. Issue is they have some less than friendly sales people. When you have more than one coupon they act like your trying to rob them of a few dollars. It’s infuriating because some of them flat out refuse to try the coupon. I try to use other companies and Jo-Ann is the last place I go. It’s just better that way for me. I like being happy and the service here makes me unhappy.

If youre looking for beading/jewelry making supplies then forget about Hobby Lobby and Michaels! Joanns has a much wider selection of tools, wire, findings, etc.... At least 3x more!!

This place has a huge variety of items for all of your crafting needs. Only down side is that the prices add up quickly.

One thing you need to know is to take the number if you want some cloth?No mention of that anywhere in the store?

Its the largest Joanns in the metro area. If you crochet or knit its great (or not if you have a problem with too many choices). There was row after row of yarn along with end caps and floor stands in the main paths. I was surprised by the variety of flavors and colors for homemade lip balm as well. I cant imagine having an issue finding anything you need there.

Employees dont wear masks correctly but the service is good and the products are consistent

Its a good store to by craft items, fabrics, swing machines and other stuff to build handmade items.

If you sew ( or knit or craft) tell your family to drop you off and come back and get you in a few hours :)You can wander around this store a long time - just the fabric area kept me occupied for an hour. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Go check it out

It was my first time doing curbside pickup and I was charged for a paintbrush that I never received. When I asked about the missing paintbrush because I had went into the store to grab my order, the cashier was extremely rude about it. I asked her if I was going to be charged for it because my receipt online said that it had been put into my bag. She was extremely condescending with her answer and said it was out of stock and I wouldnt be charged. I was, indeed, charged. When I contacted the corporate office, I never got a response. Guess JoAnn is out here just stealing from folks. Never going back to any JoAnn store after this horrible experience.

Lots of great stuff, but its extraordinarily expensive!

They have an excellent selection of everything you need from paints to sewing notions, childrens crafts to supplies for the serious artist. The store is laid out well and its easy to see the signs notating different sections of the store. Employees are helpful and friendly. However, we did have to wait in a long line to check out because there was only one cashier. They did call more cashiers up front but it took a while.

The employees were helpful and conscious of social distancing. There stock and supply was is awesome!

I will never go back here again. I am disable and ask the young lady where the restroom, she just said in the back. She did not say it up stairs. And when I ask her about the fabric she did not want to help. The manger and employees need more customers service.

First time in the store. The layout was very logical and well marked. I walked in, located what I needed immediately and was out within 5 minutes. The cashier was pleasant and quick. Nice experience.

Its ok. Make sure and grab a number if you need anything cut. I wish they had a better selection of quality apparel fabric and nicer yarn. Quite a good place for the basics however and its nice to but online and pick up. Customer service here is top notch though. Great group of people working here.

Went in to get an item that showed in stock at this location. We even called before we left our house to make sure the website was correct and was told by the manager that the of the website said “in stock”, then they had the item. We live about 45 minutes away. When we arrived, the item was not there and we asked the same manager we spoke to on the phone and he said it must be in the back. We waited because we thought he would go check but he didn’t. We asked again and he said he didn’t have anyone available to check for us. We reminded him that we called first and we live pretty far away and he just kind of looked at us like, “so?” We will never shop here again. So disappointed in the customer service.

Huge selection - its easy to get lost in the store. Had tough time finding an associate who could help. Checkout line had only one cashier. Wish they could add more cashiers esp when there are a lot of customers in line.

I wasnt too impressed with the staff. Knit picking over coupons and rewards, holding up the line with little regard for the elderly people standing there with one cashier. Made me appreciate my Kennesaw store all the more. Good fabric selection though.

The store has a wide variety of fabrics yarns paints and other various crafting supplies for people of all ages. the staff is friendly and willing to help and the store has a very nice atmosphere when you go in you feel comfortable like youre welcome there and they would like you to come back and not like some stores that make you feel like theyre in a hurry to rush you out the door so they can get on to the next person
