I needed fabric to cover an antique chair that had belonged to my husband’s grandmother. Elizabeth helped me find the perfect fabric as well as fabric for a lumbar and throw pillow without breaking the bank. Both the chair and pillows turned out absolutely beautiful and were ready sooner than I expected. I will definitely use them again!

I have had numerous pieces - 2 sofas, 2 swivel rockers and a glider - reupholstered with fabric from Boca and using their workroom. I couldnt be more pleased. Elizabeth and Diane were incredibly helpful with the fabric selection - so much to choose from, plus more that can be ordered - and each finished piece is stunning. It takes a while, but I think it takes a while anywhere and was expecting patient time while I waited for the pieces to be done, ranging from 4 - 8 weeks depending on the time I used them and what was being done. Also used their pick up and delivery and the guys obviously knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. I have had two bad experiences here. One in store, where I was blown off when I asked for assistance and another when calling in to get more information on services offered. I gave this store two chances and will not be giving them a third. Glad I did not spend my money here! Very nasty people.

Diversity and customer service issues with all staff- training should be mandatory for everyone working here on Sunday 11/29!I wish I had read the poor customer service reviews prior to walking in. My best advice is ( after reading earlier posts) steer clear of this Alpharetta location!!!! The customer service I experienced today by the cashier Elizabeth was horrible!!I plan to share this poor treatment in my John’s Creek neighborhood next door app.I also will post on my John’s creek neighborhood newsletter the poor interaction and disrespect I experienced!I spent money there today - but I hope to deter anyone else from experiencing the demeaning interaction that I was faced with!Go anywhere but here!!Note to Elizabeth: : How dare you throw my credit card across the counter towards me!And when I did not pick the card up from the wooden counter- what did she do? She continued to push it towards me-that’s how I know it was intentional! I guess the one ounce lift - to courteously place it in my hand - was too much!No one in John’s Creek should tolerate this !Go elsewhere !

I had a cushion, pillows and a valance made here several years back. Customer service was not great, thought I’d go back and give a second chance. Customer service was worse than I remembered. Will never go back.

Went to the store and was so impressed with how clean the store was and my experience was A+. They sanitized the scissors after each customer use. The staff was very knowledgeable and a dream to work with. Selection and quality of fabric was top notch, a CUT above the rest, and best in Atlanta. Special shout out to Elizabeth and her staff. I needed upholstery fabric for 6 dinning room chairs. I called & spoke with Elizabeth & after telling her what color & pattern I wanted, she cut numerous fabric samples for me to take home. I made my decision & purchased the next day. She was so helpful & nice. This store has the best selection & prices of high-end fabrics. My decorator wanted to charge be 3X the price. I highly recommend this wonderful store.

I know nothing about fabrics so Elizabeth really helped me understand draperies and what their process was in regard to workroom. I’m excited to see how my samples will look in my beach house. Elizabeth went out of her way to correct properly a mistake made in communicating what size drapery panels I wanted. A short time later, and with a minimal of inconvenience, I now have beautiful draperies! Boca Bargoons has a plethora of lovely fabric choices, well organized by color and type, for reasonable prices. The seamstress sews beautifully. Boca Bargoons, and Elizabeth in particular, took very good care of me.

I was having a baby shower in my home and had the upholstery cleaned on my dining room chairs. While they were being professionally cleaned, the fabric on one of the chairs was torn. I called Boca Bargoons and they said they could have my chairs reupholstered in time for my shower. They have beautiful and many quality fabrics to choose from. Solid honest business!I went in with no experience or knowledge on decorating. The ladies there took the time to help guide me through the process and advise me on costs. Their honest decorating opinions were also very helpful.

If you are looking for decor fabric, this place has a HUGE selection. There is also a wide price range. Fabrics are separated by color for the most part. Customer service is lacking, as we were not acknowledged entire time there. Note: Masks are required, however, social distancing is sloppy; be aware.

This was my third experience with Boca Bargoons in Alpharetta. Previously I had panels made for our living room, dining room and bedroom. The fabric was beautiful and the panels turned out great. We decided to update our office and have new valances made so I returned to Boca Bargoons with paint sample in hand. Elizabeth along with another associate were very helpful and assisted me with picking out options that would go well with the paint color we chose. They were patient and I did not feel at all rushed. They did an AWESOME job reupholstering some barstools for us! Elizabeth was very helpful and I was able to make a fabric selection in less than 15 minutes. They got our barstools back much quicker than they anticipated. Highly recommend!

I am a huge fan of Boca and their employees. Just this week I went in looking for fabric I’d gotten a sample of weeks ago and Dianne helped. E. We walked the store twice with no luck but she took a picture of my sample and promised she would get back with me. In less than an hour, she called saying she found the fabric!! I went right over and bought my yardage and the next day I bought 4 more yards!! It was important for me as I’m moving to a house I’m building and Dianne recognized my needs!!! Run to Boca and ask for Dianne!!!

Not sure who “helped” us, but she was extremely rude. Tried to get her to show us some fabric, she showed my dad one he didn’t like, he said he didn’t like it, and she replied with “wow you’re opinionated”. Lol, yeah if we’re spending $50 or more a yard at this place we sure are gonna get something we like. Just really rude. Probably won’t come back. Would not come here if you value customer service. And yes, we know you close at 5:30. No need to mention it :)

Best fabric store in metro Atlanta. The prices for high end designer fabrics cant be beat and they have huge selections in every color possible.

Went in for service, and DIANE was unwilling to assist, pushed me off on other employee. I picked out some swatches and asked for an in home consultation, and I was told that no one could help me, and that manager would call me....it never happened. They had a full breakfast spread though, but no service. DIANE was rude, unhelpful and dishonest. AWFUL. Go elsewhere!

I have been in twice and both times I was not greeted by the sales clerks or asked if I needed any help. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
