Let me start by saying, Stephanie is the greatest! She was invaluable helping me to figure out the size, style, and fabric for a sectional I wanted for my great room. She came to the house and not only figured out the size and placement of the sectional, but also gave me the great idea to add a chair which completed the look of “our” vision. In addition, she gave me decor tips, which I also incorporated into the room. I could not have made the room as beautiful as it is without her professional advice. It was very easy and fun working with her. The delivery of the furniture was also a pleasant experience made by two men who were also very friendly and helpful in moving the furniture an inch this way or that to get it perfectly placed. I am so glad I decided, on the spur of the moment, to stop into Ethan Allen while running some other errands. Lastly, the quality of the furniture is superior. I love the transformation of the room and almost feel like I am in a new house!

As a long standing financing executive to the furniture industry we have used Ethan Allen to furnish our last 3 homes. Fast forward to 2019 and my wife hired EA and Jenny for new drapes for our home in Milton. As the drapes were almost two stories tall in our great room. Jenny and the EA did a great job of measuring and subsequently installing the drapes. As our first experience with Jenny was 5 stars. We re-hired Jenny and the EA team in 2021 to provide drapes for our lower level sitting room and bar area.This 2nd experience as a repeat customer was the polar opposite of our initial experience.1) Drapes were not measured and Jenny used the measurements off the existing drapes which were a different style.2) The new drapes have 2x the required material and we were over charged 2x due to this excess material.3) In September, Jenny came to our home to install with my wife and we did not have 2x the rings due to the excess material4) Due to not measuring properly (length )the drapes need to be returned to address the incorrect sizing.5) 2 weeks turned into a month plus with little / no communication on status6) Jenny recommend we order new rings ( metal) we said ok and we’re charged $192 for rings that showed up as plastic and you could buy off of Amazon for $30!Today (10/27/21)was the final straw.. Jenny dumped the altered drapes at our house with no offer to help install and fix her mistakes!The final comment to my wife was yeah..we can have someone come out and hang them with you but that is an extra charge.Long story long we no longer endorse EA or Jenny. Buyer Beware of poor after the sale support.

My husband and I have joyfully filled our apartment with beautiful furnishings from Ethan Allen. Our consultant, John Roberts from Atlanta has been amazing to work with. I live in NY, but was introduced to John by my parents after he did some work for them. While weve met in person, most of our interaction has been over the phone and email. He has a great design vision, and is so easy and wonderful to work with. He listens to my input and elevates my choices by recommending the right shades of color and fabrics. Our entire apartment (except for the kitchen) is filled with furnishings from Ethan Allen - and we are so thrilled !

Converted mother-in-law suite into “man cave”. Stephanie knew exactly what I was looking for. Definitely not inexpensive but would say you get more than you pay for. The highest quality furniture, custom made. Great customer service even after purchase. Almost went with a cheaper cost-co option that LOOKED high end but upon reading reviews decided against due to poor customer service and construction. Believe all our future furniture purchases will be from Ethan Allen.

I want to take a moment and recognize Stephanie Holdren. Several weeks ago while out furniture shopping, I stopped at Ethan Allen to look around. Stephanie approached and we began to easily converse about what I was looking for. She asked just the right questions and quickly got a feel for my style, budget, and the look I was trying to achieve. After thinking a bit and deciding to move forward with Ethan Allen, I visited Stephanie again and we went into more details. She put together a wonderful presentation for me later that week with fabrics, decor, lamps, etc. It made all the difference in me actually visualizing what my fully designed space would look like. She chose beautiful fabrics that coordinated with one another yet will allow us to fully utilize and enjoy the pieces. Stephanie is amazing! Since the first day we met, she felt like a friend to me. So very positive and working to make my space what I need it to be. She softly suggested alternatives to help me think differently about the design, but always letting me come to the final conclusion about the purchase. She has a gift for reading the customer and knowing just the right way to present information and ideas. I highly recommend Stephanie for her interpersonal and design skills. In fact, my experience working with her was so positive, my Mother decided it was time to make some updates in her home and Stephanie is now working with her as well! I couldnt be more pleased to have connected with Stephanie and am looking forward to being a recurring client going forward!

This is my second purchase from Ethan Allen in Alpharetta and both experiences were exceptional. I purchased two chairs and the designers were helpful and knowledgeable. John Roberts suggested I use the AR technology to see how the chair would look in my room and so I did and ended up purchasing the chair because it looked perfect in the spot I was putting it in. My family has purchased from Ethan Allen in the past. Good quality furniture that lasts.

I visited Ethan Allen in Alpharetta, GA during one of their outstanding sales. This was my second time shopping in their store. The design consultant, Stephanie, provided exceptional customer service. She was attentive to my 100 questions, patient, and did a floor plan design of my bedroom for help me visualize it. I ordered the Robyn Bed in Antique Black - which I thought was so beautiful. I was nervous about ordering all black, however Stephanie comforted my by comparing it to a picture frame which will make all of the other features stand out in my bedroom. I thought aha- thats right - sounds elegant. My bed will arrive in July and I am super excited about it! I even ran into an issue with ordering my product. I spoke with the manager John about it and without hesitation, he did what it took to make me happy. Outstanding customer service! This is a great store and I look forward to making many more purchases from Stephanie and John.

Id like to take a moment and thank Dawn Porter for being such a great consultant during our time at Ethan Allen Alpharetta a couple of weeks ago. We were looking for a living room couch and several other items. She was able to quickly catch our needs and was able to offer what we were looking for. Moreover, we had to change our mind several times for decisions but she was so kind and patient with us. She printed the quote for quite a number of times! My husband and I happened into Ethan Allen in Alpharetta about 5 years ago and met Jenny Delara.We didn’t have an appointment but she took time with us and guided us in a direction that only an experienced and talented designer could do. I never realized the resources that Ethan Allen had to offer were so extensive. The end result was amazing creativity shown throughout our new home at that time and now with our new residence in Florida. Dawn Porter has been very helpful in helping me to achieve the items needed to complete my lake home. Due to COVID I was not able to meet with her personally but her communication and expertise helped me obtain the two pieces of Ethan Allen that finished off a bedroom and sunroom. The Delivery gentleman, Tyrone, was terrific! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly!

My experience at Ethan Allen with Kathy was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. I purchased an upholstered bed. The bed arrived early which was a nice surprised. Communication with the warehouse and delivery people was excellent. The men delivering the bed were on time, wore booties to cover their shoes and gloves to protect my bed. Excellent experience. The bed is perfect!

Not only did Jenny Delara help us to find the right furniture to furnish open spaces in our home, but she helped us to build a better layout for our current furniture. Went to get a dining table felt completely unwelcome, not a single salesperson acknowledged yes looked around for 15 minutes no one bothered to talk to us, while every white customer had been acknowledged. I cannot believe in this day and age they would treat customers the same way, Went to the store next door and was greated upon entering to bad they lost a client for ever

Jenny Delara is an interior designer in the Alpharetta showroom and recently counseled us on some fabulous ideas for our home. She listened extremely well and recommended solutions that would work for our budget and aesthetic. Very friendly and personable - she created a fantastic experience for us. I was impressed with the quality and detailing of the furniture in the store. I love that the pieces are crafted in the US and except for a specific line, are custom. On my last visit, I made the best decision ever and asked for help from a designer. I was paired with Alan Serrano who spent time asking me questions about my family, our space, and our style. He walked the store with me showing me pieces, getting my feedback and adjusting his suggestions. Later that day, he came to my house to take pictures and measurements. A few days later, he invited my husband and I to come to the store to view the pieces and fabrics he had selected on our behalf as well as back up options in case we werent thrilled with his first picks. Alan completely NAILED IT! He presented us with several 3-D drawings of our space with the furniture selections placed in the rooms, then helped us envision the effects with the fabrics and trimmings. He helped us feel like we were making educated decisions on our investment. In less than a week, he helped me (us) solve the design dilemmas I have been pondering for nearly four years! I am truly grateful for Alans guidance and look forward to having a space that is calming and inviting that my family will love to spend time together in. I know we will enjoy it for years to come.

I could not be more pleased with my Ethan Allen experience. My husband and I were remodeling our basement and needed to create a space that was multi-functional incorporating an office, gym and entertainment area. Our designer, Paula Cicciarello, went above and beyond in helping us. Her design was fantastic. She knew just what we were looking for, she really listened to us and found everything we needed to complete the room. She was mindful of our budget and worked with us in every way, even coming to our home to take measurements and see what our needs were. Her most brilliant idea was to reconfigure the way the room was going to be set up. We had never even thought of her layout before, but when she suggested it, it made so much more sense than our original idea and made the traffic flow so much better in the room. The quality of Ethan Allens furniture is truly remarkable. They were the only place that had an entertainment console to fit the dimensions I needed (I needed one that wasnt high). They custom designed my sectional couch to fit in my basement space perfectly. Even when the furniture was ready to be delivered before the floors were complete, they were able to put a hold on the delivery and work with us until the remaining remodeling was done. I am so thankful for their detail in every aspect of my basement remodel . It is now my favorite room in my house and I couldnt be more pleased!

If you want great design and great service youll want to work with Alan Serrano. My wife and I met Alan at the North Point Parkway Ethan Allen showroom in January. We were looking to furnish our living room after remodeling our home. Alan was great to work with and has a real talent for listening to our needs and picking pieces that made sense for our living space. Not to mention, a great eye for picking elegant colors, patterns and materials that complimented our remodel. Our experience with Alan in January was such a success we asked him to design a keeping room off of our kitchen this July. My wife and I cannot wait to live in another one of his wonderful creations. She is an incredible Design Consultant. She is awesome at listening to what you know you want and using her designers education and eye to expound on your dream room or piece. From our fantastic designer Dawn Porter, to the nice gentlemen delivering our new beautifully crafted furniture, we had a great experience start to finish. We bought a new home with a different style from our previous home so we needed some help pulling things together. My husband strongly believes in high quality American made furniture, furniture that will last us a long time. We have always known Ethan Allen to have a great reputation. We were so grateful to have met Dawn Porter the day we walked in to browse around. Dawn was so gracious to help pull 3 rooms together for us. She came to our house to do some measurements and to also see our style. We were looking for something stylish and classy yet something yet fun. Dawn nailed it! The patters, the colors everything worked perfectly with our style. There isnt one thing I would change about what we ordered (leather chair and ottoman, sofa and ottoman, dining table, kitchen table, 4 side chairs, 4 arm chairs, 2 rugs, 2 throw pillows and a bench for the dining table). We love it all! And it all came in the time frame they told us. No delays. Smooth from start to finish!

Edit: I returned the table and bought another Ethan Allen table which is very good.Original Review:They make stuff up out of whole cloth.I had gone to the Ethan Allen at North Point to buy a certain table and had inadvertently left my phone at home.At the store, I saw another table (floor model) on final sale and, after asking a few questions, decided to buy it instead. I did not have my phone with me and relied on the staff to answer my questions.The table in question was the Lenox Trestle table.1. The list price was $1699.2. The floor model was on final sale for $865. No warranty.3. I asked where the table had been made as the tag did not say, and the man at the reception desk looked it up on the internet and told me Vermont. (The only reason I shop at Ethan Allen is to buy American-made furniture).4. The designer or sales lady said the table was on final sale because the model was discontinued.5. After buying it for $865, I was told that the tables actual price was $758 and that they would refund me the difference.When I got home, I looked up the table on the internet and found out the following:1. The list price is $758 (for a new table, not a floor model).2. It was on sale (just a regular sale) for ~$606 (for a new table).3. The table was made in Indonesia.4. The table is in stock and continues to be sold by Ethan Allen. The model is not discontinued.5. The table is sold under Ethan Allens typical limited warranty.If you choose to shop at the Ethan Allen at North Point, verify every single thing yourself.

I ordered an outdoor furniture set in February. To this day, I have no couch but they have my money and nobody is returning my calls, texts, or emails with an updated delivery date as I was told these would have been delivered end of May. In the beginning, the service was great and I continued to buy more furniture from them, but now the service has taken a complete 180 and there is no help to find my missing furniture. Would appreciate if someone could reach out to me ASAP to fix this.

Alan Serrano from Ethan Allen in Alpharetta is just fabulous! He completely transformed our family room. Everyone that sees it says how much bigger and brighter it is, even though we have much more, larger furniture now. He is super easy to work with, always prompt and works with your ideas and real-life use in mind.

My experience with the Ethan Allen store at Northpoint was outstanding. I was a customer ready to purchase. Three competitive stores in the area were not attentive to me as a shopper. From the moment I walked in the door John Roberts was committed to helping me. He listened and offered advice, Before I left, he printed out reviews of the furniture I was interested in, and sent me home with a fabric sample. I returned the next day to complete my purchase. I returned a third time to take a photo of the chair that is being custom made for me, and Jenny Delara offered a paint sample for my wall and advice. From start to finish, the staff at Northpoint were exceptional in meeting my needs. I appreciated their customer service.

I visited to view beds. I am not happy that beds are so tall and mattresses so deep these days. I expressed my needs and the Salesperson was ever so sympathetic and took his time to show what was available. Beds are attractive, but not for me.

Still waiting for my last piece of my order but received my media center and chairs on Saturday and love them! The men who delivered them were polite and timely and made sure everything was perfect for us before they left. Jenny was very helpful in the store and helping us with our selection. My only disappointment was after our order was placed I didn’t hear anything about it unless I emailed and asked and was told the bookshelves would be released the following week. The chairs I found out were being delivered when I got the delivery confirmation by email. Jenny told us when we purchased she would be there for delivery etc but we did not receive any of that service after the sale. We were also told we would get regular updates didn’t get that either. 5 stars for the furniture though

From the moment I met Paula Cicciarello, I felt comfortable and trusted her judgment with space, color and style! She quickly knew what I needed and went that extra mile to find the right fabric for my chairs. Ive been searching for a long time, but came back to Ethan Allen, mainly because of Paula. As satisfied customer on a previous Family Room makeover, we returned to Ethan Allen when we needed new window treatments for our bedroom. As before, we requested our in store designer Kathy Sadrzadeh. She was fantastic- professional, friendly and responsive. I wasnt ready to completely redo the room, but Kathy helped me pick a wall color that will coordinate with the Hunter Douglas blinds we chose. I highly recommend both Kathy and Ethan Allen.

She quickly was able to put a design together that made sense and flowed with my living room. The next day she had a computer-generated layout of everything discussed. It was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable moving forward. I recently purchased 6 dining room chairs, as well as a swivel family room chair from the Roseville Ethan Allen store. Pam Anderson was my designer, and she did a outstanding job! She came by my house to look at my space, got a feel for my style and ultimately pulled together a illustration to help me see how the new pieces would look together. After sitting on many chairs, I choose the Olivia chair in a rich velveteen berry color, and a beautiful exotic fabric for the Wes swivel chair for the family room. She also had some suggestions for pillows and a accessory piece or two. It was a fun experience, and took the pressure off me trying to find the “right” look. Using a designer is the way to go, in the end you save money by not making mistakes and you don’t overbuy as well. I am confident that my furniture investment will pay off in complimenting my current pieces and pull it all together.
