Although it’s a smaller Publix, they have pretty much everything you need. They recently moved things around but I think it was done in a way that actually makes it easier to find things. The staff here is friendly and always asking to make sure you can find what you need. The store is well organized and clean. Produce is pretty fresh and well priced. At checkout they always offer to help you to your car which is a really nice gesture.

The Publix Deli is normally a to d place to get some food,but today was really disappointing. The guy was extremely slow when making my wrap and it fell apart the second I thought ook it out of the wrapper.You can tell when someone doesnt care about what they do.

One of my favorite Publix locations! Everyone is always so helpful and courteous, with a smile. They stock many of the specialty items we need and use. I love Publix! I also dont mind paying a little extra to shop at clean stores, stocked shelves, and fast checkout lines.

Very disappointed in this store lately. Fruits and vegetables are rotting 1-3 days after I buy them. Also bakery the last few times we have called in the morning around 10am they would NOT make chocolate covered strawberries for a pickup time of 6-7pm. Spoke to assistant manager Henry who seemed to care less. This Publix has really gone down hill!!

I have started driving the few extra miles to come to thus Publix instead of the in at Midway. It is much nicer.

I used to shop this location of Publix regularly. Since covid I get my groceries delivered from there by instacart. Either way, its a great grocery store.

My favorite Publix!!! The staff is so friendly and its always clean. One time I forgot something in the middle of my checkout. A team member offered and ran to go get the item.

Their deli department is fantastic. Fast,friendly service while they prepared a delicious wrap to me.ill definitely be back

My car broke down in front of this Publix. The assistant manager, Jeff, steps out, pushes my car out of the road, and then gives me a jump. I can NOT thank him enough!! So glad the employees of Publix are as high quality as their products!!

The deli staff is less than personable and recently they stopped serving onion rings. I asked them how I could order them and every time I get a different answer. Absolute no consistency within the deli department. The grocery store itself is your normal Publix with all that Publix has to offer. what I enjoy about this place is the light crowds in the early weekday mornings. If you want to be able to shop without being in crowds this is the place to go during the weekday.

As much as it pains me to leave a bad review about this Publix, I must. I shop at the Publix on Bethany because it’s closer to my house but they are ALWAYS out of stock of something simple. ALWAYS. Like why are you always out of herbs. One time I went and they were out of russet potatoes. During my visit yesterday, like usual they were out bagel thins, lactaid milk, and Lipton tea so I had to travel to the Publix on old Milton. I get that sometimes items may be out of stock but this always happens at this Publix. At least the customer service is good. That I cannot complain about.

They wasnt as clean as I expected. The produce selection needed some help. Their fruits and vegetables were not up to standards. They were kind of over ripped . To top it off the staff were really rude. It just seem like they really hated their job.

I accidentally ordered a birthday cake at another Publix far away and the baker mgr went ahead and made me a new cake right there on the spot! It saved the day. I can’t thank them enough for the great customer service. Caesar, Pravin and Natinder. Thank you all so much!!

Ive been shopping at this particular Publix since the day it opened for business. As with all Publix Grocery stores, its clean, products are displayed properly, the Staff is always dressed neatly and look well-groomed and clean. Their Customer Service skills are excellent which is unheard of today. If I could I would give Publix 10 stars out of 5.

We picked up a birthday cake order on 10/10/20. I asked for specific colors for a starbucks themed party. The colors were spot on and the cake tasted amazing. The cake was freshly made and enjoyed by everyone!

75% of the staff there make you feel as if you are non existent. Those 75% would pass you in the isle as if they are mad with the world. That location is among the very few worst Publix I seen (this includes some management staff). They need to step up their courtesy game. This is my and my associates opinion. That Bethany location need to model the courtesy actions of some other very courteous publix locations I shop.

I’m sorry but I have to review and with 1 Star for the bakery from this location! Bread is most all the time in the morning not fresh bread I had spoken with a men why the bread was so hard ? And he told me they are supposed to be like it is.... why the another Publix was not like this one .... he’s best Answer should be ! Hire we do like this because most of people prefer harder ... that’s it no body is the same and no body or any maker works like the same. I’m sorry but is so ease to see when someone is not going right ....

I placed an online-order for a sandwich thirty-five minutes in advance and when I arrived the sandwich was not ready and there was a line of three other people. When I asked if my sandwich was ready I had to show the order email on my phone. The employee went to check where the online orders are printed out and there was a line of four other orders that had not been completed. I did this all while on my break (that I have to clock out of) which is also why I placed an online order to begin with. Manager didnt really care when I brought my complaint up to the customer service desk.Not returning to this Publix.

Can anyone explain why you installed so many CCTV cams in store recently? I dont count, but I will say at least 50-100 new cams are installed compared to last month. They are REALLY easy to tell (only about 9 ft off the ground, not on the celling). Really uncomfortable to customers.

My GoTo groceries store, Publix. Such smiling faces and helpful staff. I can’t ask for a more joyful shopping experience than this. And that friendly enquiry, “How has your day been so far?”, makes my day a tad better every time I hear.

Reluctantly purchased fish from the seafood department due to the smell of the department ( we had a craving ). Fresh seafood does not smell at all. After getting home and beginning to cook it, it was obvious that it was rotten. We returned and got a refund for the fish and went to the deli to replace it with some chicken, which they were completely out of. There were 2 boxes of dried up wings left that looked very old. Looking at the sides, I had to ask the employee if those were supposed to be mashed potatoes... Everything on the side bar looked extremely old, unappetizing and untouched. We wont be shopping at this Publix again.

I cant actually believe Im leaving a review for a grocery store, but I am. I go to this one because their bread is way better than any of the other Publix. I dont know why, Id assume there should be consistency across the board with their bakeries, but its not the case. I happen to work near this one, so thats why I go. I legit only go for the bread, but end up buying other things of course. Tonight I was in there after work just laughing at the lame music and dancing around, smelling candles and different soaps... I go to checkout and see that all the doors were locked and I was the only dingus in the store. They had one line open just waiting on my dumba**. I totally feel like an a*hole because I know what its like waiting on customers to close. I didnt realize what time it was and I basically held everyone up but no one said a thing to me. Theyre all really nice whenever I go in there, too. So, thanks yall! Sorry for holding up the whole dang store to close. Thanks for being hella sweet and always making good bread! (Ill forgive you for not having any sourdough)

Why is it on the day before Thanksgiving at 3 in the afternoon, do you decide that now is a good time to redo the shelves on every aisle. Talked to the assistant manager and she brushed me off. Poor customer service from that so called ass. manager. She needs to attend a few more training classes.The store manager I hope doesnt repeat next years shopping experience everyone had trying to work around large trolleys full of boxes on almost every single aisle while everyone and their mother was shopping for Turkey day!

FIVE STARS to the bakery! I had to order a rush cake on Monday morning and they were so helpful! Their chocolate cake with fudge icing is an amazing combination and I prefer it to any gourmet bakery.Thanks!

Good publix location, but if youre in the parking lot when cambridge highschool lets out, its a nightmare. Despite countless signs, the students park all over, they scream, honk, walk in the middle of the street and act generally like total idiots. Enforce your signs and stop letting these children use your location as a playground.

Were here at least twice a week, every week, sometimes at odd times. And the folks here never fail to be helpful and have great attitudes, without being intrusive. Theyre not perfect, but whenever I cant find something I have no trouble finding someone to help.

Does anyone else notice when ever there is the slightest inconvenience to the deli section staff they physically show it and make the situation very uncomfortable... sometimes they even will be short and rude 🤷‍♂️

I visited Publix Food Market couple of times to take meat and every time Publix Employee Pejman (who works at Meat department) provided us great support and guidelines to take best meat. Do not send your prescriptions here. Ive been in extreme pain for two days unable to get the medicine I need by myself. When I was finally able to send someone to pick it up, Publix says they dont have it, and if they did its not covered by my insurance. To switch the medicine to something that doesnt cost a fortune needs doctor approval, and theyre closed. They could have called me at any point today to work this out but no. Now Im stuck another night without the medicine I need. Thanks a lot.

Everyone is so nice except the rude woman at the deli. I loathe coming there and asking for things. She always has an attitude. I tend to go somewhere else now, but I know my kid loves the deli meat from Publix. Makes me sad and uncomfortable.

Ive gone here for years, so often that a lot of the staff know me. I havent encountered anyone who was rude or anything besides pleasant, ever They have a good selection, its clean, and if you shop the BOGOs you can save a ton of $$.

Rush hour check out, 4-5 deep with 3 lines. Kroger here I come. Service desk said it would be a while
